Here at Skykomish Outfitters we have 10+ vehicles we service and maintain. Oreillys in sultan is nothing short of awesome. Especially Lacey and Jaden! If I wrote a review for every time those two have nailed it, it would be at least 30 5+ Star reviews! Thanks guys!!!!

Our car died while on a trip. Had enough juice left to get to this store. Super friendly staff; helped test and diagnose a battery issue; they even had tools we could borrow to put a new battery in. Couldn t have asked for a better scenario. Thanks for all your help!!

My Jeep needed a new Parking Socket so I called and see if they had one in stocked. The lady ordered it for pick up the next day. Found out that it was $60, so they gave me a better deal than what it was listed. I would highly recommend them

I have good luck finding what I need at this store. Associates are friendly and willing to help. I have noticed that they are getting busier all the time. But if someone else is in back, they come up and help. Great store.

This place has super friendly, knowledgeable workers. Came in and got our alternator tested, got a new one. Happy they had one in stock. Easy peasy lemon squeezey.

I ve been here a couple of times each time I was helped by the assistant manager TJ. He was so incredibly friendly and helpful each time even when he had a line of customers. He went above and beyond to assist with my needs and I m very grateful. Nice to see good customer service still exists.

Called in to confirm what I needed was in stock. When I got there, they didn't have it. One of the employees proceeds to argue with me about how I don't need it and it doesn't exist. I just ordered it from Amazon. Wasted my time and ruined my day.

Stopped by on the way to Wenatchee to get a bolt to fix the car's hood that the dealership couldn't help us with.The staff were very helpful finding the right not and bolt and lent us the wrench to attach it securely to the hood.Cannot heap high praises enough for this O'Reilly, five stars all the way!
