I had an amazing experience with Aaron from Finish Line. My friends were going to a wedding when they slid on black ice and crashed their car into an embankment on State Road 20. Aaron showed up within 10 minutes of our AAA call. We were not at the location and had run to get the keys. Aaron was patient and understanding with the entire situation. He took care of us ladies while treating us with respect and understanding. I cannot say enough about positive about this experience. Thank you!!!

I called finish line a few days prior before actually towing my car because I was in a sticky situation and wasn't sure ifI was able to get my car towed. The office was very friendly and the Driver Jesse made sure my car got to point A to Point B safely. Ricky saved us from a nightmare we couldn't escape. Our car broke down at a local music festival at 2:00am. The staff, volunteers and even police couldn't help. AAA couldn't even help that late at night -- the drivers probably saw the details of the pickup and rejected it for fear of how difficult it would be to get the car out of a festival environment on a farm. We had slept in the car without any camping gear, so we were a little defeated by the time we went through AAA again this morning in search of a tow. Ricky showed up quickly for the job he knew might be really hard, inspired us with his positive attitude about the tough situation, got our car loaded up quickly and drove us back home. He told us they saw this job as one that no one else would do, so they knew they had to get it done (and he did, with a smile and positive words to cheer us up and adjust our perspective on the stressful situation). He was our hero today and I highly recommend this company!

I would give a 10-Star rating to Ricky from Finish Line Towing if I could! We were headed out for a day of hiking when my friends truck broke down in Startup. Ricky arrived and I was immediately impressed with his spotless new 2022 Freightliner and how friendly and professional he was. We set off towards Kenmore and what struck me was how POSITIVE he was, he just kept saying "Life is Beautiful" as he told us about his wife, kids and grandkids. He made what was otherwise a stressful day a true joy! He loves his job and it shows. I never write reviews but this was above and beyond. Thank you SO much!Service: Car towing

Ricky is THE BEST EVER!! One of my kiddos locked my keys in the car and Ricky had my car unlocked ridiculously fast. If you re in a bind and need help with your vehicle this is the company to call! Enrique (Ricky) was great. Very helpful and prompt. The power steering went out and I had been stuck in my driveway for a week. Every other company was giving me 4-5 hour estimates to show up. Best towing experience ever! Amadeus went above and beyond when he not only towed my car but then bought the tool he needed to get my tire fixed and get me back on the road. He even helped me fix the tire! So thankful for Amadeus and Finish Line for completely turning around the very stressful experience of breaking down in an unfamiliar area.

Great service and excellent body work are priceless! Finish Line is by far the cream of the crop in collision repair. They walked me through the whole process after my accident. The paint came out FLAWLESS! Very professional tow truck drivers. This place is great! Thank you for saving my baby!

My car was towed by Ricki from Monroe to Everett and I was very impressed with his professionalism. I've had a negative and creepy experience with another company before and was feeling wary about getting my car towed. Ricki was good natured and kind without crossing any boundaries. He did a great job and I'll remember your company if I need assistance in the future. Thank you.

Great service, showed up when they said they would and got my car out of a ditch quickly and without damaging the vehicle. It was a tricky tow and the driver (Ricky was his name) had my vehicle out in less than 10 minutes.I hope I never need a tow again, but if I do, I will definitely call Finish Line!

I had a difficult towing situation (no key was available and the steering was locked with the car at a 90 degree angle to the truck on a narrow driveway) with a very low slung roadster that another company could not tow and Jose very adeptly got my car onto his trailer without a scratch. He is masterful. Highly recommend him for any towing jobs.

I had my passenger front fender replaced and painted along with new headlights installed for an outstanding price! I just picked up my car yesterday, .... and I have to say, I'am very impressed and satisfied with the work these guys do. I asked Jose about a small dent and scratch in my front side of my trunk, if there was any kit to pop it out. He went into detail of how it could be done,.... and reaches for some fine grit sanding paper and buffing wheel and takes it right out! Finish Line goes above and beyond for their customers! I have some business cards and pens to hand out to friends and family, I know they will be pleased of their work (: Thank You so much Finish Line of Sultan!-Chelsea-

Finish Line recently repaired one of our large commercial trucks and did it very efficiently. The end result was fantastic. Everyone we dealt with was very kind and polite. I would highly recommend Finish Line.

I recently had my BMW repaired at Finish Line after it was hit in the front end and I was horribly disappointed. Jesse said he would order a new OEM factory hood but instead he put a cheap flimsy aftermarket hood on and the gaps are TERRIBLE! I was also charged for a new driver side headlamp assembly but Jesse put a used one on. I was TOTALLY DECEIVED and that is TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! There are big gaps where the hood is supposed to meet the headlamps and where the hood meets the bumper. Also they moved my front bumper/spoiler up to compensate for the terrible gaps! My front spoiler now sits too high and looks really bad! I now have to buy a new OEM hood and take it to an actual professional body shop. All in all it was an awful experience taking my car to FINISH LINE. Also the price for the bad repair job was too high. Unfortunately my car is now a billboard for the poor quality of work done! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FINISH LINE TO ANYBODY! I'm responding to FINISH LINE'S response on 4/10/20 to my review. THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT FINSH LINE RUINED THE FRONT END OF MY CAR! I WILL CONTINUE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NEVER TO TAKE THEIR VEHICLE THERE FOR ANY KIND OF SO CALLED REPAIR. GOOD LUCK TO ANYBODY TAKING THEIR VEHICLE TO JESSE AT FINISH LINE, YOU WOULD BE TAKING A BIG CHANCE WITH YOUR VEHICLE. ALSO THERE WERE SOME THINGS IN YOUR RESPONSE THAT WERE ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE. I GUESS LESSON LEARNED NOT TO TRUST SOME PEOPLE.
