Always have good experiences with Accurate Auto in Sultan. Reasonably priced and great customer service. They are my to go place for my 20 year old Honda Pilot keeping me on the road with oil changes, new rear brakes, timing belt, water pump, door lock activator. Close to home and great to work with.

They are very polite and very professional.I couldn't thank them enough for taking well care for my toyota 4runner. *BE AWARE*I wanted to wait a week to post this. Just to make sure I wasn t wrong.I took my car in because I knew the brush on the shifting cable was broken and needed to be replaced. I did a bit of research and figured out the problem. They wanted to charge me $600 dollars to replace the entire shifting cable. I said no and explained to them the issue that if it was the shifting cable then there would be no way for me to drive my car to their shop. I brought the car home and bought the part myself which was $18 dollars and 45 mins of my time to replace. I drove my car from Sultan to Spokane and back, every day for work, and taking the kids to school with no issues at all. I saved ($582) I wonder how they are getting people that don t know anything about cars. Very sad. I love the previous owner and his team was amazing. I will not be going back to this place. Just posting this so other people don t get scammed.

I d give more stars if I could. I experienced great customer service with a smile From Amador, hope I spelled it right. Had a stone caught in my wheel and he knew exactly what to do and fixed it in less than 30 seconds. Best experience at an auto shop. Thank you!!!!

I had a really bad parasitic electrical draw and i was pulling my hair out. i spend days looking for the issue. I was worried that because of the age of my jeep that they wouldn't look at it, most any other shop wouldn't. But they fit me in the next day, and had the tech solved the issue pretty quickly i think they had the thing for a couple of hours and was ready to go.I will be using them again for any of my cars, and have recommended them to neighbors and friendsService: Electrical repair

Repairs were done with excellent communication and great workmanship. The diagnostics performed by the mechanics was spot on. The dealership wanted to replace a harness in my car with a cost of over $2600.00, Paul and his crew found the real problem and the car was fixed for far less!! I couldn t be happier with the savings and honesty of these guys! Paul and his crew are Ethical. They've helped me with numerous issues on my Dodge Grand Caravan and my former Ford Escape Hybrid, and gone out of their way to do so.Recently, Paul even made a house call for me after a coil went bad in the new engine of my poor Dodge Lemon.He was originally recommended to me by a friend who's used him for years.
