Service was awesome, prompt, and professional. Got me right in and diagnosed the issue with my wipers. Which was pretty obvious, they wouldn't turn off. got parts and had me back on the road P.D.Q. Also they listened to my jokes and even laughed at most of them

What a pleasant experience and great service from the owner Jim! Explained what needed to be done and what didn't. Loved these guys "and girl" i went to them with a job that they werent really used to doing. I had the whole front end rebuild with a new suspension and 6 inch lift installed. As well as new lights and wiring , full service to transmission, engine, transfer case, radiator, and differential.They took on the challenge and did a great job. I took my car because of a problem with my car engine. They fixed the axel bearing, and the result is that my car engine is still broken, and I paid $$$ for fixing the axel bearing and not the car engine! It's funny, but I will never come back here.

Took my truck into KPro to diagnose a problem with my transmission. Even though they were very busy they made time to check my truck out. After evaluating my systems Jim took the time to explain the error codes and the interdependencies. We discussed possible remedies, the probability of success, and rough cost estimates. I haven t decided what to do, but really appreciate an auto repair shop that presents facts to make an informed decision. This shop saved the day for me. My old mechanic moved and I had an emergency right before a road trip - electric rear windows failed. Called all over and this shop was the only one I found that would help in time. They were fabulous. They got the first one stabilized and parts ordered. The second window failed on my way out of town (!), and they stabilized that one too while I waited. I found my new mechanics. Thanks guys!!Service: Auto power window repair

I had the coils and plugs changed. I was treated great. Jim Kirkham and staff were amazing. He was so patient and took great care to help me understand what was going on with my car. I was so nervous and had no clue about auto repair. In short my car was fixed and the cost was more than reasonable. The guys in Stanwood have done a great job of taking care of neglected maintenance on my used 4.6 liter Cadillac. Front locking hubs installed: flawless 100% satisfaction.Motor not starting: 95% satisfied... The small thing is after picking up my truck I noticed 3 fuse box covers that had not been reinstalled. I found 2 of the 3 after some hunting around. I still can't find a location for the 3rd fuse box cover plate.New alternator installed: 95% satisfied. There was a hose clamp that had been moved and not retightened all of the way. One day on the way into work I pushed the petal to the floor and the air supply hose from my turbo to the intercooler blew at 18 pounds of boost. It took a few minutes with a screwdriver to fix it. No damage or costs... just a tad bit inconvenienced...Still, over all a good job and at a very reasonable price.Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair

Sudden systems failure caused me to stop by Kpro Auto. They responded same day to give the summary of their work and offer options. It was a very busy day for them but they still let me bring in my problem and took the time to evaluate the potential issues. Thanks Jim, you were awesome.

Do your home work before going here!!!!! These guys are extremely unprofessional and are the poster child for crooks in the auto repair business. I brought my 92 Ford truck (Low mileage) in there for starting issues. It took them well over 2 months to complete it. Triple the quoted price ($2,400.00) and even charged me for the tow bill when it broke down a mile down the road after picking it up from them the first time. They claim to not have the diagnostic ability for older vehicles. Embarrassed to have them in this small community of ours!

The guys at Kpro got my truck in and fixed in the timeframe they gave me from the very begining. They also completed the work for less $ than quoted for. And on top of that they replaced my transmission pan bolt that TWO different DODGE DEALERSHIPS totally neglected to mention or fix during TWO different transmission services in the past. Kpro goes above and beyond to make sure you get quality work done THE FIRST TIME. My truck is back to driving/shifting as good if not better than ever!Service: Transmission

They were amazing I had my starter go out on my commuter car. Gave them a call and they were very busy but fit me in anyway. It was fixed within a day they even used a starter that I already bought. Most of the time stops at K-Pro are for regular service and replacement of worn out parts. Jim and the gang do a great job of helping us to stay ahead of this routine maintenance to keep us on the road.The real test of a good shop is when you get hit with a real stumper of a problem like I just had. My 12 year old truck had been running fine but then just refused to start one morning. Jim and his team diagnosed the overall problem that could have cost bongo bucks to fix. Rather than just take the expensive, brute force path to the repair they researched the problem and came up with a much more surgical and inexpensive approach to a remedy. The result - the truck's back to running like a top and the price was a small fraction of what the brute force route would have cost.We're lucky to have a such a competent, customer oriented group like K-Pro available to us here in Stanwood. Thanks to the whole gang. My recent experience wins the K-Pro team the magic wand award.

Owning a Ford diesel is an expensive and challenging experience. It is great to have Kpro as a wingman of this experience. Jim and his team are very fair, quick and professional in the repair of my truck I will always use them for my auto repairs.
