I had my Husbands truck towed. It s a big ole Ford. The guy was out of Marysville. He was there in 5 minutes. It was a bit of a chore to get it out of the parking spot. He worked hard to get the job done quickly. He was polite and friendly. Also great with communicating time of arrival. Highly recommended. I wish I knew the name of the guy. If reading this, Thanks!! You were great to work with. You are awesome at your job. I m sure you remember this tow!

I appreciate the assistance I had with customer service when speaking her on phone about my unusual situation. She calmly helped me sort things out and dispatch a driver promptly. The tow truck driver was terrific, he also organized my predicament with both care and attention. Skillfully he took next steps to troubleshoot my issues and get me back on the road in a reasonably period of time.

They have helped the clients at our shop hundreds of times and have taken great care of each car. I, unfortunately, had to use them for my personal car last night. The tow truck driver arrived and was ready to tackle the obstacle of my car being completely flipped over. He picked up all of the debris and obtained my papers and belongings from inside. I'm thankful that they came after midnight and made quick work of everything. Highly recommend!

I think it's kind of sneaky the way you guys filter out bad reviews, but fortunately I had a very good experience overall.My motorcycle was delivered on time and safely. The driver was very communicative with me throughout the entire process. Shout out to AJ for being super nice and super professional. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience?

Came super fast and took me to the nearest tire shop. All other companies I would had to wait hours until a flatbed truck was available due to my car being an AWD. Was back on the road driving my car under an hour. Time is money! By the way, Cheryl was awesome! She helped me search for the closest tire shop from where I was at.

I unfortunately forgot the guys name , but he was extremely friendly, cleanly, and professional! I had my young dog who is afraid of everything with me. I m pretty sure he didn t want a dog in his clean truck, but he didn t protest at all. Quick clean and helpful.For the record, this probably the third review I have ever left in my life because I hate the internet, but he deserves it.

My truck died somewhere between Mirrormont and Snoqualmie. Dick s came down, picked me up, and delivered the truck to the service department 100 miles away in less than 3 hours! The tow didn t cost a fortune either!

Overall the service was great. However, when I told the driver I had State Farm insurance, he told me I couldn t pay him directly through my insurance (which isn t true). So, instead I had to go to my agents office and have her write me a check. Please let your drivers know that State Farm works directly with Dick s Towing. Other than that, I will always use Dick s Towing.

I believe it was Kyle, he will know. He did everything he could to help us get back on the road. He really went above and beyond. Very nice guy. Easy to talk to. He took great care of my One Piece.

The company is AMAZING!!! Dispatcher was friendly, the driver showed up super quick, was very respectful and OMG he was so fast! Highly recommend if you need a tow in the Monroe area!!! A++++ service

Great company. They got to me within about 20 minutes. Driver was courteous and very thorough and took great care in handling my vehicle. Very reasonably priced also. Highly recommend!

Joshua helped us out of a biiiiig pickle. The only reason I docked a star was because originally we were told by the company we would see someone to tow us, "within the hour," when we called back an hour later they said actually it would be another hour and a half and we missed our flight in that case. Josh made the experience as good as it could be tho. He was accommodating and respectful.Service: Car towing

The tow was fine and the driver was nice, so customer service would be 5 stars but the prices in general are astronomical so there s no way to get a solid 5 stars from me.

The tow truck operator was very skilled in loading the car with care out off difficult spot it was in. He was very friendly as are the people in the office. And bc of an accident I was late but he was patient and waited for me to get around the traffic and pleasantly waited for me.
