Used the Vacuum for 2 minutes. My card was charged $10.00! NOT COOL. I highly suggest not using Clean Spot.

Anytime I use my debit card the machines they charge 10$-25$ for a 1-2 minute wash. Going to contact the managers soon because I m very annoyed.

Wish they had more auto washes. I had to wait behind 4 cars, just for a basic wash because it's not that nice outside

The self service station I used could use a refresher. The dial to select soap option wasn't matching the description, found myself using tire decreaser on my car before I figured out what was wrong. The timer didn't display the countdown. Half of it was broken.Assuming that this is one of those chain car wash companies. They could do better. They clearly spent some money on the automatic wash instead of fixing up the self-service.In the end, I spent $10 for a quick rub down. I've been to better, less expensive self-service washes.

This used to be excellent. Now they are stingy on the dispensed cleaning products now and the price went up 2.00.

Spent $11 to wash my truck on the way to Camano for the weekend. Could not be happier with results. I don't know where the less than four star reviews are coming from. This is a self service wash station and you will get wet. No dirt or spots left on my rig.

The automatic car wasn t isn t that great, but it s good for a quick rinse off. A bit expensive for that. The hand wash is a much better value, and the equipment worked well.

I've used this wash a few times, usually not much of a problem. Yesterday I was trying to wash my mother's car and only soap was coming out of the rinse... had to go to another car wash.

Just took my truck, 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 Mega Cab through and it cleaned my truck better than any car wash. Super impressed!!

We have gone to the car wash in Marysville alot, and been to the one in Stanwood afew times. We like going because it is brushless and it does a pretty good job plus $14. it is worth it. Well we went today 12-30-2022 there was a line but we thought it was worth it, to wash my new car. So we waited our turn and went in like we usually did. It started out fine. Then the wand, that the water comes out started to bang against my new car right at the rear view mirror. My husband said "what the heck " and we drove out of the car wash on the middle of the wash. He told the lady in the next car. Then he paid another $5. to raise off my new car. I don't know why the wond went weird on us it didn't happen to the ones in front of us or behind us that we noticed. But we won't be back to the Stanwood car wash again . Not sure if we will go to the Marysville one again or not.

If you need a touch-free car wash to blow the dirt off between hand washes, this is a good place to go. No tracks in the floor on the automatic side so no worries of damaged wheels.

Over $18.00 spent to wash my car and it still is not clean. The brush was soft but too soft to actually get my car clean just brushed over the residue. My car was not filthy just dirty from the rainy days last week.No light in stall so you can't see how good or bad you are doing on the vehicle. The hose kept kinking off the pressure too. The bar that holds it was stiff and took a yank to get it to move so those was not slapping your car while you navigated around the vehicle.I now have to wash it again. What a waste of water and money.

Had a little difficulty washing my own vehicle but it was good. Took me 13 minutes and 8$. I do like there brush and water pressure. I usually love the vacuum area with the shampoo and spray, but sometimes the vacuum is clogged lol probably a way to get your money back in sure.

First things first, the card reader was glitching out and wouldn't stop the amount of time I was "paying for" and after reaching 36 minutes it said "enter tokens" WHAT? Tried to use my card twice and was a bit frustrated cuz I don't carry cash. Went to the atm and pulled $20 to get tokens. Used all of the washing "options" at least once, some twice because the car was pretty dirty. By the end of the ordeal the car was still filthy. Typing this as I'm in line for an automatic touchless wash. Ridiculous.

Got the laser car wash ultimate version for nineteen dollars. Did a really nice job and the polish as well. There were some more stubborn bits it did not get off but then again it is a jet wash not a human scrubbing the dirt off. Good value would get it again but maybe try the basic to see the difference.

The owner literally just washed my car for me!! We went through the "Laser Clean" automatic car wash with the most basic wash setting. When we were done, the owner happened to be there & noticed our car. She said they were working out some kinks with the new wash & didn't deal like it was quite up to her standard so she washed our car herself in the self wash! Unprompted, she was instantly willing to make sure we had the best experience with this car wash place. That, to me, shows real quality in a business. Thank you! Will definitely be coming back!

Self service car wash, carpet shampooer, fragrance machine & vacuums... All the equipment works & there's isn't trash laying around. You can use your debit card or bills or coins. Make sure to press the button next to the card reader when you finish. Changing it to off doesn't stop the time/money from adding up.

NO HOT WATER!! All that money and there was no hot water to wash your car in the self service! The pressure of the wands is NIL, at best. The foaming brush is marginal as well.Unexpectedly, I pulled into the self-service stall next to the automatic car wash and got absolutely SOAKED from the dirty water overspray over the top of the wall from other vehicles going through!! Disgusting! I am going to write the owner and ask for my money back! Also this place makes you use their tokens instead of quarters, which is pretty annoying. I spent $11 on a car wash and my car is still pretty filthy because of the NO hot water situation. I have pictures of all of this too but don t know how to upload them here. :-/I give it 1-star because it s clean and up in a good spot. I like the location, it s not too crowded.

This is my go to!Edit, been coming here for years, today I happened to throw a few things out of my car before vacuuming and washing, (garbage= fast food bag and 2 drinks) and was verbally accosted by someone looking very dirty claiming to own the place. I retrieved several dollars of quarters to show him I'm a paying customer, he didn't care. Major jerk, avoid at all costs. I'll never go here again the place is poorly run anyways. Don't put a garbage can out for customers to use, then verbally assault them when they do.

This is a pretty expensive place to go wash your car, considering you have to do it yourself. You end up spending just as much money as if you went to an automated car wash. But when you're 4x4 rig is covered in mud, this is a good place to go to do the initial hose down so you don't turn your driveway into a mud pit. That's really all I use it for.

A little complicated for someone who has no idea how to do a self wash, but I figured it out, I just wish the pricing was more clear, cuz I have no idea how much my total was. Great wash tho!

Experience was good as far as self cleaning goes. We drove back around to ask the lady working there a question. She then proceeded to comment on the mess we made. I offered to sweep it up because it wasn t intentional. She just said no I got it. I m not one to complain but it definitely rubbed me the wrong way.

After a trip to Idaho last week my truck was a complete mess with deicer and sand, coated top to bottom from the snow storm. I was very sceptical about a brushless wash.. but I am very impressed with the results, not perfect but impressive to say the least ! The owner was there to greet you and explain the process, and gave me a free air freshener and a discount for the wait ! Highly recommend and I will be returning !

It is Brushless and as long as you don't have too many bugs and too much dirt the drive thru works good but when your overdue for cleaning either do yourself at home or go thru 2x. For routine maintenance wash, wax its GREAT. gal that works there is awesome and super nice.

I love working here! Its the best place to wash any vehicle, boat, RV, dirt bike, motorcycle, quad or trailer. The bays have everything you need to have a spot free super squeaky clean car wash and the vacuums and carpet cleaners work great to have your interior looking new again. The products stocked in the vending machines are top of the line, they only cost $1 each except the reusable drying towels which are $2 each and you really do get more bang for you buck! Scott, the Manager recently added The Automatic Car Wash System and Customers love it and have been saying all great things about it. The only thing I would recommend is bringing a chamois towel to get any of the water drips left on your vehicle after going through the timed drying step of the car wash (which is only 45 seconds). If your vehicle has window covers and side mirrors that don't fold inwards, it is hard for the car wash to completely rinse off the soap from that area, so just have a chamois ready to wipe it off and your car will look brand new! :) Also a great tip I learned from a customer is to bring a bottle of cheap windex, any brand (And yes it is safe for your vehicle, at least that's what the Mercedes auto body Manager said) and spray it on the areas of your vehicle that are covered in insects and hard dried mud, its like a pre wash before the pre wash so that you won't be spending forever trying to scrub off the little creepy crawlers. It's also open 24/7 so come on over, wash your vehicle and say HI!!

Not at all impressed. Friday, July 13th my husband took his Saturn station wagon to the automated wash. The top half of his car got cleaned. The bottom half was still filthy and looked untouched. The next day, we took my Kia minivan through. The top third, if that much, looks clean while the rest looks untouched. Half of the driver's window is still streaked with dirt and shows handprints. We don't plan on using this place again if this is the level of "clean" we get from the middle setting on the control box where you pay.
