Keith has taken care of my grandpa, my dad and now me. I have never had an issue with customer service, parts, or anything else at this store. Keith has gone so far as to find a part at another store in town when time was a factor. He is always my first and generally my only call. If he doesn't have a part, I haven't seen it take more than a day to get it, usually early the next morning.

Keith will treat you right, deal fairly, and tell you what your vehicle actually needs (even if it is nothing). I am so thankful to know a reliable, trustworthy place to go when I have questions about one of our cars. They don't do repair work, but they have helped me figure out quite a few different things over the years that have saved me money.

I just recently broke down in Ellensburg on my way home from a family vacation. I wrote reviews for the towing company and the garage that got me back on the road and home safely, but have never thought twice about writing a review for Stanwood's Carquest! I will call no other parts store because Keith has always gone above and beyond for me to provide exceptional parts and service along with technical advice on how to perform the repairs needed. He has built a reputation second to none in respects to quality parts, service, professionalism, honesty, and would recommend Carquest to anyone and everyone! My only regret is that I've been going to him for over a decade and have just now shared my appreciation for him. Thank you Keith and all the Carquest staff for providing 10 star service to anyone who walks through your door!!!My grandkids will be calling you a few years down the road to order parts for their vehicles.

I needed wiper blades and an air filter for my 4 Runner. I got everything and at a better price than from the dealer. The staff was very helpful and friendly

This is the place to go for auto parts in Stanwood. These guys know there stuff, they know who to talk too, and most importantly they are car guys. They will not steer you wrong and if they don't have the part, they usually know who does. I tried Autozone and was as disappointed as I was when I used everyone else. Go to Carquest.

They are always so helpful and knowledgeable & if they don t have it in stock they can either get it that day or first thing in the morning. They are awesome!!!

We bought a rebuilt engine from car quest in 2020. Keith was not helpful with this process. He did not guide us in the right direction and constantly ordered us work parts for our project.
