Very much appreciated for Erick taking his time of day to make sure not only that my car is safe to be back on the road but helped me out with a very bad stripped battery terminal screw, definitely gonna order a new negative cable and coming back for your business thank you happy holidays. Update: Still my favorite shop in town! I would absolutely rate them 10 stars if I could. Arik and his team are wonderful!This shop does amazing work and they re fast, honest, reliable and willing to get the job done for a great price. They have absolutely transformed my car and I couldn t be happier with it. Definitely bring your car here!

Arik, Mike, and Garett are awesome. I took my 2008 mustang in after it was going in to limp mode with no codes popping up, Arik got it diagnosed and fixed the same day. I also took the car in to have a subwoofer installed in the trunk, the two 8" door subs, and factory amps upgraded, everything was done in a very timely manner while being just as clean as a professional stereo shop installation, it all sounds amazing and I am more than happy with their work. I definitely recommend anyone with electrical issues gets ahold of them for help.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

A shout out to Arick and Mike and April! Wicked Wrench is hands down the best experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop, these guys really know their stuff, they are honest in what they do and best of all super reasonable on price. A few things;1. if you have warranty work needing to be done, go somewhere else, they will make you wait months and only squeeze you in when they have down time.2. if they are doing warranty work where repairs are made by the warranty company, don't bring your car here they will force you to pay the 3% charge on the entire bill when warranty company uses a card, which is illegal, they dont know how to do math, its just easier for them to bilk the customer even if you pay by cash or check3. After having work done here take it to a mechanic you trust to go over they claimed to have fixed chances are they jerry rigged your car with parts that are either to big.Either way be careful

Wicked wrench is my go-to for all things auto. I know I can go to this shop and not get pushed into doing services that are not necessary, and not get taking advantage of for someone who does not know things about cars. Great communication and explanation on what is needed for your rig. Arik is my favorite and has amazing customer service, and is always so friendly and welcoming.Service: Auto maintenance

Mike, Arik, April and Garrett are great.They ve done work on mine and my mom s car. Did a great job replacing my moms brake pads and rotors and helped diagnose an MPG issue she was having. Helped me find a new driver seat for my car, saved me hundreds, and fit me in on short notice to install it. Definitely recommend swinging by their shop for any automotive work you need done.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My favorite mechanic in town. Erik is such a good dude, always does quality work, and truly cares about his customers. They also have great rates for the work they do. Couldn't be happier with the service I've received from them and won't take my or my wife's vehicles anywhere else!

Mike and his team are top notch. They changed out the oil for my 2012 Mazda 3 a few weeks ago. Service was professional, skilled, fair pricing, with quick turnaround time. Yesterday my car was lurching around, dashboard warning lights were going crazy. Mike let me come right over, did an electric scan and got to the source of the problem - a loose battery cable. Wicked Wrench is my go-to mechanic.

This is a great mechanic shop.they were quick, and did just what I asked. And nothing more . They knew I was strapped for money. I feel like the price was fair if not under what I had been quoted elsewhere. I will be going to them for all my vehicles needs. Very friendly and accommodating. Wouldn't recommend anyone else. Unfortunately I learned about these guys as I was leaving town and had them work on my vehicle. They did a great job and squeezed me before I moved across the country. Work held up 2000 miles later. Thank you guys!

I really appreciate the help they gave us with a stressful situation. We were unable to get the car fixed due to a part not being available, which is out of their control, but they allowed to keep my car there until I was able to find a solution. Here on a recommendation for an oil change. Very knowledgeable and helpful, let me bring my own oil and filter without a problem. Down to earth -- I don't know enough about cars in general but have done some of my own repairs and appreciate Arik talking me through a few thoughts on some braking issues.They opened in September 2019 and I believe independent and knowledgeable repair shops like this deserve our support!

I've been here many times and I love them! Super nice, professional people. They've done so much for my Subaru and I could not appreciate it enough! My go to shop for sure. 4 whee drive was messing up.They located the problem and gave estimate.Very good business men. Showed me the problem. Rebuilding front differential. Has over 300,000 miles. Basically normal wear and tear. Its in good hands.

WARNING... I was referred here by someone trustworthy and Wicked Wrench took advantage of us! They made us wait 17 days for our repair, returned our truck with terrible wiring issues, the truck literally stayed running with the starter engaged and grinding hideously while the key was removed and in the OFF POSITION. . The starter was BRAND NEW AND INSTALLED THE DAY BEFORE. We had to disconnect the battery and have the truck towed again. WICKED WRENCH ACCEPTED NO RESPONSIBILITY AND INSULETED US WHEN WE CALLED TO EXPLAIN. This company is using "gaslight tactics " . They SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND FIND ANOTHER REPUTABLE REPAIR SHOP. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!!! We are reporting them to the BBB because the issue is very serious. People are struggling in the community, gas is sky high and then we have CROOKS AND SCAMMERS pretending to be mechanics who are STEALING YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU GO IN FOR REPAIRS. Don't support this type of business!!

we called to make an appointment to have our A/C compressor replaced, because we were told it was bad. dropped our car off, and after talking to them for 2 minutes they told us they didn't think it was the compressor, but they'd look at it and let us know before moving forward. they called a few hours later, it wasn't! they saved us hundreds of dollars. they could have not been honest and taken our money, and we wouldn't have known any better! they will forever have our business!

This shop treats you fair, they will not do work that your car doesn't need, I have taken my car there a few times, they have done an excellent job both times.I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. They have gained a customer for life.
