Where to start? Well, I had several estimates gathered when my nephew suggested trying a dealership service. I contacted Wendle Nissan service and spoke with Sean Perault, he gave me an estimate that was $600 less than the best estimate I had found. During the repair process Sean stayed in touch with me on the progress of repairs. He even told me about things that I didn t need right then which saved me some money. All in all my experience with this place has made me a loyal customer as Sean was open and honest about needed repair work !!! I will continue to use Wendle in the future. Also , kudos to the technician that worked on my car, he saved my alternator. Very happy customer!!!Would give more stars if it were possible.

Recently had my oil changed in my F150, there was an issue initially getting this service done. But to Jeff s credit he quickly remedied the issue and turned a negative experience into a positive one.I will continue to take both my Fords to Wendle.

Horrible customer service. I bought a used Pathfinder that came with only one key and no fob. I called the service department to ask about getting replacements and they said they had them and I could come in any time. I went there at 1230 today. Ericka told me that the parts department was at lunch so the service department would not be able to help me until after 1. On the online hours it doesn't mention that they are closed during lunch. Ericka took my name and phone number and made an appointment for me to come back at 230. I drove back up there and walked in at 230. Ericka immediately tells me that they sold the only key after I left. Considering that I had an appointment I'm not sure why this key was sold to the other person. Not only that by why was I not called about it? I wasted time and gas driving there twice today and still don't have a spare key. Ericka offered zero apologies for my inconvenience and instead offered to make me another appointment. What is the point? I literally had an appointment. I'd rather drive out to the valley or even Idaho than to try to deal with this mess again.

Utilizing the flyer I received in the mail, I proceeded to Wendell Nissan for an oil change and tire rotation.And waited in there waiting room.Overall, it was efficient, quick and cost efficient. And well done with cheerful customer service.The only issue I have, is they did not. Let me know about the need for an interior car and engine filter which I would have had replaced there had they told me prior to telling me it was completed.They did tell me verbally at the end, and it was noted on the paperwork. I just wish they would have told me before they completed buttoning it up so that I could have had them do it.Overall, a good experience.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The staff at Wendle Nissan and ford were amazing. They were giving me updates throughout the whole entire process as I waited for my vehicle to be done they were in good spirits and very friendly.

Mom bought a rogue sport and they did a excellent job and gave her a banging deal. She realized the next morning she had bought the wrong car. She called them and Scott said no problem we can exchange it for the regular rogue. Scott has done an excellent job of getting it done. I would recommend this Nissan dealership to anyone. Not often I say a dealership is awsome , but these guys are awsome.

Wendell has taken care of our car since 2017. We are very happy with the service. They are friendly, professional, and caring. Any questions we have had they answered and even solved problems we did not know we had. We needed some new headlights, they followed through with that challenge. They alert me to any potential problems and what to watch for in the performance of the car.

Just had an oil change and a new rear windshield wiper. Didn t have tires rotated because I just j be ought them about 2,000 miles ago. Quick service done well. Will be back for next oil change and replace. brake fluid

Friendly, helpful staff. We purchased a used Leaf, took it in for a service and they caught a recall that was due on it and quickly got it fixed. I just moved from the Seattle area and this dealer provided the worst service I have ever received. I went in for a standard 100,000 mile oil change and tire rotation. It took 20 minutes to check me in while he was staring at the computer then over 90 minutes waiting. The bill was to be $80 and Josh (the confused service person) said they added an air filter (which I didn t need or authorize) for $140. Then he told me that was a mistake. He then rewrote the service invoice under a lady s name who wasn t there. All they did was an express oil change and did not rotate the tires. I felt these guys were crooks and trying to up the charges any way they can. So unprofessional. They ended up not charging me and refused to give me the service copy receipt until I insisted on it. I have never had such bad service. I take my car in every 5,000 miles and always had wonderful service before from Lee Johnson and Bellevue Nissan. Never again will I go there and I will tell all my friends if this horrible experience.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Got my car in after months of phone calls that went unretuened. They finally got an online scheduling which made life so much easier. Their staff is always wonderful, but lack of returned calls has been a problem. It seems to have fixed itself though.They were able to determine what was wrong with my vehicle and quoted me an estimate for repairs. I had to take my car to the body shop anyway so they sold me the parts so the body shop could just do the work and they were incredibly helpful for procrastination on my part and pick up same day.Would love to give a 5 star, but I had about 8 or 9 months of no answered or returned phone calls.

Went in for a spring tire swap and oil change. I was having an issue with an oil leak and asked them to check that out. They not only found and fixed the problem but we re really excited to tell me that it was minor and a low cost fix! Service was super friendly per usual and very efficient. I stopped by Wendle Nissan without an appointment to see if i could have a car inspected. Josh Richards, Service Advisor at Wendle Nissan went way out of his way to look at the vehicle that I was in the process of buying from an out of state dealership. He confirmed my suspicion that there had been some significant hidden water damage to the car. Because of his willingness to stop what he was doing, listen, and then help me, I was able to avoid making a big mistake. Thank you!
