These guys were great! Fast, curtious and knowledgeable! I was very happy with my experience!I definitely recommend this store.

They do a really good job when they are not busy. This last time I went in, I was up sold two lights. The price of the head and break lights changed twice while I was there (originally told 16 and then 24.99). After doing the first light they told me that they no longer had time to do the second light due to a line of cars that showed up after they started working on my car. What was frustrating about this is that they removed half the bolts from my brake light and never even put them all back on. The reason I pay extra to go here is because I like how they do more than oil change and a full service check of my car. I went in with low tire pressure and even after reminding them twice, I still left with low tire pressure. They also never reset my oil change so my car is still beeping at me to change it. I cannot reset the oil life until I take care of my tire pressure so now I m having to take time off work to bring it back in today. Several of the attendants were discussing how the line was long and they were eager to leave for the weekend and would be stuck working late. I can feel their frustration but I also think that vehicles that show up well before closing should be taken care of and all vehicles should get the same service each visit.

I ve used Valvoline at this location, along with in tri-cities, Washington and a Texas location during a road-trip. They always go the extra mile for me no matter what location I visit. I have a 2004 Nissan Murano which is high mileage and burns oil like crazy, even after repairs made through a mechanic. With that said, they have always had discounts and gone the extra mile for me to ensure safety prior to long drives and top off anything else needed. I m not a mechanic but prior to a long drive they added something that would help clear out junk since a long drive is the perfect time to do that and I have an older vehicle. They take their time to hear me out with my situation particular to my vehicle needs. I m always satisfied after leaving and since all mechanics, myself, and valvoline have a hard time checking my oil through the dipstick reader due to my car in particular, they even offer me to come back the next day to check it out and make sure everything remained top notch. I feel safe going here since they know exactly how much oil to put in my car with such a hard dipstick reader situation. They always have discounts available and are very professional. You can call ahead to find out how busy they are and get a text or email sent for any discounts available. I ve also found them on Groupon for discounts. Overall great experience!!

I've taken both of our vehicles here multiple times. The crew is always friendly, never pushy, and super quick. Last time I was in they were super busy but still greeted me as I pulled up. Didn't mind waiting at all. Highly recommend this place.

Christopher was super kind and very informative. He patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. I had an oil change and my fuel system cleaned. Cool guys! Definitely recommend!

I had an amazing first experience at Valvoline today. Gene and his co-workers helped me today, they were very informative and only made recommendations for the things I needed. They were very fast as well! I highly recommend these guys and this location

I've been coming here for my last 3 oil changes. I like that I can stay in my vehicle, I get coupons, and the fellas that work here are nice and never pushy. I rarely have to wait long. I usually just have them do the oil change and last go 'round I had them put on a new rear wiper blade. My kids came with me and like to watch the monitors and see when someone is working under the car. Great place, I'll keep coming back.Service: Oil change

Stripped my belly pan bolts and screws. Used the wrong oil filter causing a leak. Do not recommend. Been going here for 5 years but after this last experience I won t be coming back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Jody and Tim are integral employees! Both vouched for the maintenance of my car and were honest and fully transparent on their feedback and recommendations. If I could, I would give them a 6 stars. Extremely professional and polite. They are not trying to push you into the more expensive oils and explain each type to you in a way a average person will understand. An example of their honesty: I had purchased my car used and they scanned my VIN and told me my cabin air filter had been replaced the year before. Instead of trying to get more money, they were honest and didn t try to get me to replace it. Best place in town to get your oil changed.

We have used this Valvoline on Lowell (99208) for a couple of years. We have since moved and still travel 20-25 minutes to use it as we are very happy with their services and the work they do. What impresses me is that they make service suggestions for your car (based on the mileage) so we can get it done right there. We will continue to use them for our truck service needs.Service: Oil change

I've never gone anywhere besides Firestone for an oil change. But I'm writing this as I sit in my car and they're changing my oil... this place has already won my business. I'm pretty sure this this is the best way to do an oil change. Great, friendly service. I'll be going here for all my oil changes in spokane. So thankful I gave them a try!!Service: Oil change

VERY impressed with this place. First time there today and they were very professional, kept you informed the whole time and it was really cool being able to stay in my car while they did my oil change. Checked my lights for free, checked my tires psi and topped off if needed. Let me know a few minor things that were going on with my car and just overall gave amazing service. If I wasn t moving to Oregon I d only go there. My mom was with me and she was very impressed as well so she decided to take her vehicles there from now on. Great jobs guys. Wish I got the name of the guy who helped me but this place definitely is the place you d want to go for a quick oil change! They were so quick as well! Less than 15 minutes. Always a quality experience here. No pressure, easy to follow and understand explanations of recommendations. Would recommend this location to anyone who wouldn't otherwise perform their own vehicle maintenance.

Excellent, friendly service. The staff are patient with me as I'm paranoid when I let others touch my rig. Fair prices and much quicker service then what I get at the dealership or other shops so far (40 minutes vs 2 hrs). I drive a diesel 1-ton truck.

Stopped in for an oil change and things were going just fine. The employees were friendly and professional. The prices are a little steep, but they do a good job...and they went out of their way to help me out when my car wouldn't start at the end. My battery wasn't just dead, it was in the morgue awaiting cremation. I was quite embarrassed, but they were great. They brought up their personal cars to help jump start my car but it still didn't work. Like I said, my car was DEAD. They got creative and figured out a solution. They were so helpful and I really appreciate it!!Service: Oil change

I was helped by tj my dads a Mechanic so normally he does these things for me but he hasn t been able to do so... my car needed one badly so I went in you could definitely tell it was my first time the guys there were awesome I showed up with a 50% discount which didn t apply because the kind of oil I needed for my car but tj still honored 20% which I greatly appreciated. They did amazing definitely recommend

Very fast and efficient! I didnt feel like I was getting pressured into unnecessary services like some oil change places make you feel. Really appreciated the friendly service! The crew is entirely different than it was a few months ago when I had my last oil change. They're very energetic and friendly, walk you through everything they do, respectfully upsell products and services (not obnoxiously, they've never pushed me to pay for something that didn't really need to be done). It's a bit pricey but I personally think the excellent service makes up for it.

I'm very picky about my vehicles and have had great service here. They never try to upsell or try to get me to change filters or fluids that don't need changed. They have always been honest with me and my wife. The prices are good for a lube center, they may not be the cheapest but, in my opinion the best for a lube center. I'm a mechanic and the guys at this location are knowledgeable on what they are doing. I read previous reviews, I was treated great by all employees. I'm happy to find a non-dealer lube center that takes care in what they do and seem to enjoy what they do. Thank you, you have earned my business.

Super fast! It took 20 mins for a full oil change. I can't speak highly enough of Valvoline, especially this location. They're honest, friendly, and extremely helpful.

Josh (the on duty manager) REALLY helped me and my daughter out with a battery and great service. This facility and the employees went above and beyond to make my college aged daughter feel comfortable and taken care of while she was away from home with a dead battery. We went to the location on Lowell off of Indian Trail, so this review is for that one. Did not have to get out of my car, was done in about 15 minutes and not one of my 4 kids complained while we waited. The crew was quick and when one if the guys told me how to reset the oil life info on my car and he saw that we still had 53% oil life remaining, he told me that I can wait until it's at 5% due to the type of oil that we use. He apologized and said that if he had known that he wouldn't have done the oil change, would have just topped it off. This was the second time we took this car there and both my husband and I are very happy with this place.

Great service, but the lines are too long. Everytime I drive by there are a line of cars. People want quick oil changes, not waiting in lines for hours. I started changing my own oil and it is faster and cheaper.
