Bought new tires and asked for an oil change also. We had a little mix up but James and Calebjumped up and fixed everything for the mounting. Awesome attention and service. Highly recommend!

This Tirerama has been above and beyond for me so many times. They've worked on my personal cars as well as sublets for cars for the shop I work at, and Garick and James always take great care of us. They also serviced my horse trailer for a beyond reasonable price. I highly recommend these guys.

Fast, friendly, professional! Went in with a nail in my tire. Had me in and out in less than 20 mins at no charge! Covid aware too.. Before handing keys, the gentleman sprayed and wiped off every touched surface in front of me.

Went to Tire-Rama for a mount and balance around 2pm during the busy time of year, when winter tires need to be off. They got me in and done at closing. They waited for me 20 min after hours to pick up the car because I was walking. Thank you so much,we will be coming back again you Rock.

Good service seems hard to come by these days. Garrick and James always offer exceptional service. They have helped me out multiple times when in a bind. They always have a positive attitude and genuinely want to help. I highly recommend them.

These guys are so nice! They helped me get new tires within my price range and even chatted with me while I waited. Way better than Les Schwab! I ll go here every single time I need tire stuff.

These guys were great! Got a new set of Cooper tires for my Tundra yesterday and it was a very plesant experience. Work was done before the time they gave me, and they still gave me a good deal even after missing out on thier recent sale that ended on Oct 1st. Thanks for a flawless experience!

I had a flat on a Saturday pulled in right at closing. The guy stayed and fixed my flat with no questions. Another guy that wasn't working jumped in and knocked it out. They wouldn't take a dime. I was so impressed I'm back here today to buy 4 new tires on another vehicle. Thanks guys you have a loyal customer for life! Kudos and thank you!!!

I walked in to schedule a seasonal tire swap and they said they do walk in only. Luckily for me they had a spot for me I lived just up the road so I went and grabbed my other tires and came back.The swap took a bit longer than they quoted but not to much longer

The guys at tire-rama were great they stayed open and help me check the front end of my car which had developed a wobble. After diagnosing the problem, they make sure I was safe to be on the road and even while staying late on a Tuesday night, the crew at tire rama had a great attitude, especially the kind man who showed such excellent customer thank you and God bless I would recommend this place to anyone in need of car services

Came last minute to get snow tires and was able to get in and out quickly. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. They all gave great advice to help pick out a set of Winter tires perfect for my car. Nothing but great attitudes here. Would recommend to everyone :)

Fairest place in town, they won t try to scam you, and they have some of the best prices. Always extremely impressed by them and will continue coming back!

(Original review below)My original review was based on my visit in-store. I review nearly 75% of the places I visit in my travels and this is the first time I had an establishment reach out to me.This made me feel Tire-Rama is still the home town store without the corporate feel. I spoke with both Glen in the corporate office who directed me to the district manager Greg. Both of these guys were concerned and ready to help and correct this issue. Thank you guys.I will continue to buy my tires at Tire-Rama due to the customer service and their concern for an upset patron. Good job Tire-Rama and staff.Original review (2-star):Came here at first opening, as I had blown a tire as I was traveling through the area, to find they had a very limited selection. On top of that, of what they could offer, was not even in stock at their store as they stated it was.So although being the first person there at opening, it still took over 2 hours to mount/balance 4 tires.Staff was friendly, but didnt seem to be knowledgeable.Also, my 80k mile, $980 tires only lasted me 11 months. It would have been nice if the "Tire/Suspension" shop told me my ball joints/etc were bad and causing uneven wear.... Where are the professionals????

I had a nail in my tire and got to Tire-Rama 20 minutes before close. They told me they could take care of it and did not even charge me. Every location I've been to has been so fantastic!

Been to this Tire-Rama for last 7 years and have never been disappointed!Took wife's car in to fix a slow leak in right rear tire and they fixed it right away!Asked for cost and Manager handed me the keys and said no charge!Very surprised and thanked him!Would recommend this establishment to anyone!

These guys have been so good to me every time I've been in. I got an appointment for a simple tire change over and it took 14 minutes! I was so pleased! Thanks guys!

Thank you for being so quick on changing my shop tires on our delivery van. Also fixing the tire wheels that where not on the van properly, come to find out that was another shop that thought it was ok to do. You guys will be in my first to bring to for sure.

Garrick is the best. In a world where various shops are less than honest when diagnosing problems, Tire-Rama has always been up front, helpful, and they appreciate their customers fully. They've maintained, done safety checks, and fixed small problems on five of our vehicles over the last few years, and there's never been an issue. If you are looking for a place to build a trusting relationship, this is the place.

Had an emergency with a back tire. Called multiple places including my regular shop and everyone either blew me off or laughed that I needed a tire ASAP. Called these guys and they got me right in and they were so kind. Very grateful for them!

Feel like I got ripped off! Went in for a diagnostic paid $100 just to be told really nothing. Not helpful at all. I feel like it was a waste of money. They qouted me $1,200 to get my catalytic converter replaced. It's 3 years old and wasn't the problem. If you need repairs go to Chaney Automotive on E Francis. They don't rip you off or give you vague answers. Not to mention didn't even give me a print out of the diagnostic. Thanks for nothing Tire Rama!

These guys on northwest boulevard are awesome. I was having issues with my car and took it to my old mechanic for months who told me there was no problem. Paid over a thousand bucks for nothing. Finally fed up I took it to these guys and Garrick found the issue ( mass air flow sensor) and fixed it for me. Now I won't take my car anywhere else. They don't over charge and they are 100 percent professional! Just got brand new tires there too... Would recommend this staff to everyone!

Came in with some pretty rough tires and a flat and they were able to get me in the same day and get me a new set of quality tires. Helped my family out so much. Super appreciative of the team here. Awesome work guys.

Its was great experience. They were professional, covid-19 awareness- face mask worn , understanding, and patient. I am so happy with the service I recieved and will go back next time I have any car issues. Reasonably priced too! Thank you Tire Rama!
