J.J. and crew are AWESOME. We broke down in Spokane with our motorhome and our first estimate was over 23,000.00. I called J.J. and they said they could fix us up. They allowed us to stay in the motorhome parked in the driveway while they fixed it. Told us each step they were taking to get it done and kept us up to date. They are Cummins diesel experts and did the work for under 10,000 and even apologized that it cost us that much. Will visit everytime we come through Washington.

RIP OFF!!!! Make sure you get a quote before you go to this shop. They took 3 hours to change one nox sensor for freightliner. And they up charged nox sensor for 170$ from dealer. And i asked him why you charged me too much and he said you didn't ask for a quote beforehand. So be ready to get ripped off when you coming here

Excellent service. We are full time RVrs traveling in our converted school bus. Ezra, the head mechanic, is a straight up guy. I recommend Spokane Truck Service to anyone needing commercial or personal diesel work done.

We have a class A motorhome and we re losing our brakes. Max and his amazing team got us in quickly and figured out the issue. They were not able to fix it that day but we parked by their shop for the night and they worked on it most of the next day. Service was amazing and so reasonably priced.It was also such a pleasure to listen to all the guys talk and laugh. Just super polite lovely people from the mechanics to the office staff. My best experience with a shop by far! Josh was friendly and honest. I needed urgent mobile repair and they sent two guys! The two were knowledgeable, professional, and very nice. They cut down on time to save me on the bill. Prices are very fair. I will return for PM in the future and recommend them to all local owners.

We broke down in an older hired vehicle just north of Spokane and were towed to Spokane Truck Service by our Roadside Assistance provider. There were multiple issues with the hired vehicle but the mechanic, Max, worked so hard to try to get the vehicle roadworthy enough for us to return it. He fixed multiple fuel leaks and clearly explained the further works required to ensure the vehicle was roadworthy - he couldn t replace some major parts in our time frame as it was an older car and they weren t available. He was knowledgeable, kind and took great care with the van to do what he could. He even gave us his mobile number in case we had further issues in the following days, which we did. We rang him multiple times and he helped us troubleshoot over the phone, coaching us through techniques to get the car started. Thanks to him we were able to get the van moving. He received nothing for his additional help, he is just a lovely guy who cares about his job and for his customers. Paul and his crew helped when Noone else would. One of my hotshot trucks developed few issues while on a cross country trip. On a min notice they spend a day getting to the bottom of the issues and fixing everything so the driver can get home safely.
