Absolutely no transparency whatsoever, they had me convinced that they did vp44 testing in house so I sent it in, I paid for shipping and when I asked them how much the testing would cost they completely changed the story and said it would be an additional $100 for them to ship it to who knows where plus another $250 to do the testing and that it would just be better to buy their rebuilt pump for $1300 "to save me the trouble". I chose not to go that route with them and asked to have my pump returned and it was damn near impossible to have them sent it back being persistent about them keeping it until I was ready to buy their pump, i was not one bit interested and they finally ended up charging me $60 for the shipping which was ridiculous since it was their lack of transparency that cost me this very uncomfortable experience on the phone. Very shady people is all I have left to say.

The PT pump on my 1979 Versatile 875 finally failed. The tractor and Cummins 855 engine are still strong as we take care of our equipment, so definitely needed to keep this unit going.After a little research, I could not believe the replacement cost of a new Cummins PT injection pump.I discovered Spokane Diesel Pump Repair and the rest is history. My Versatile 875 is back in the field pulling the heavy disc again without even bogging down. It runs as good or better now than when we bought it used back in 1995.When I went to pick up the pump, it looked as if it was new, plus saved thousands of dollars.Very impressive team at Spokane Diesel Pump Repair and highly recommend them.Ron LewisBaumgardner Farms

After being broke down for 19 hours and calling at least a dozen Mobil mechanics, and lots of tears Terry and Brian came to our rescue. They knew exactly what to do AND were very nice. And by the way they aren t considered a Mobil service. They made an exception and arrived exactly when we hey said they would be there! Sweet Guys! Highly recommend this diesel shop!

Theses guys were so great with advice to my better half. So the next day he sent me there to have my fuel filter changed. I had the wrong one with me so they ordered one and had it there in 15 min. In total i was there less then an hour. Brian was wonderful and every guy there was kind and knowledgeable. I will continue to take my vw jetta tdi here for any and all needs.

Dyno is my knowledge nugget! Very friendly and intelligent! I ve been a technician in the automotive heavy equipment field for over 30 years! He s my goto guy on anything diesel related! Couldn t stress enough how important knowledge is with Diesel engines! And he s the man!

There ripping people off tell ya one thing There dubbing up prices and living strat to your face. I could have bot a new pump for 800 dollars. And that charged me 1050 for a rebuild pump that was mine never a gain. Con artist. Thay have done this 2 time to me and a friend

These guys helped me with an injector part in to them and they were able to get me the hard to find part that I could not even find on eBay. They have walked me over the phone on how to repair my 7.3 Powerstroke and can do service calls! They even helped diagnose air getting into my powerstroke just by what I explained to them. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I was not impressed at all with my recent transaction i ordered a rebuilt injector for my truck they charged a core which we brought the next day after purchase... they decided they wouldn't take our core sometime later so I had the purchase refunded a couple weeks later when I could get in.Instead of refunding me the entire amount including the shipping they refunded me over $100 short saying it was for shipping the part back and fees associated with the transaction. I will not be doing business here again

I wanted my detroit diesel turbo rebuilt, and they told me they could do it, and have it like new. A week and 1200.00 later it was done. It looked like new fresh paint and new parts supposedly. A few days later the actuator broke. I called to ask how this was possible wasn't it new? No it was not the just painted and reused the part. Well i was told they would ship me a part asap, and I had made arrangements with Freightliner to fix it. A week later no parts, and can't get a hold of anybody. Freightliner helps me fix it to get back to Spokane, and tells me they replaced only sensors no major parts. By the time I get back to Spokane all the new paint has burned off (they didn't use high heat paint), and the turbo is cover in black soot from exhaust leaks where they had taken the turbo apart to clean it. It barely works. I thought about going to them for a warranty or repair, but decided I don't have the time or the money to have them try to fix and only fail. They could't get it right the first time why would they the second or even the third. It is not worth it to pay good money to a company that cuts every corner and puts out the least amount effort on a job to make as much money as possible. The best part I took the old turbo into Freightliner. They asked what happened to it I told them I had it rebuilt by Spokane Diesel Pump, and they all chuckled at me. Yep I should have know better. Well another 2,000 later I have a new turbo she runs great. If I can only pass on one thing. These guys are crooks they cut every possibly corner and reuse as many parts as possible all the time charging the customer for the complete rebuild. Not worth the time or money.

I have no complaints, Everytime I've gone there with my own right, with a friend, or a company vehicle the guys here gave me/ us great advice and great service. They didn't push a bunch of stuff I/we didn't need and showed me what was wrong and how to fix it.

Great bunch of guys and great service. They rebuilt the injection pump for my B6000 Kubota tractor and saved me a bunch of money and the tractor runs like new with plenty of power for such a little tractor.

These guys rock!! They go above what is required. They have great customer service! If you need a your diesel pump rebuilt or repaired then take it to them!

I've gotten two years on 2002 Duramax injectors. Price is the same as everyone else so peace of mind is free.
