Very pleased with my experience. I own an older vehicle that needed a power steering pump and a few other repairs. My automotive issues were resolved timely and thoroughly. The mechanic did an estimate so I knew what to expect and kept me informed through the process. I do recommend.

I had a lot of suspension work done here on my van a couple weeks ago (upper ball joints, tie rods, etc). I feel like Wayne is a straight-shooter, did quality work at a good price, was willing to use parts I had already bought, didnt mind taking me back to show me things on the van, caught things that other mechanics had either missed or not cared enough to point out, and was generally very thorough. Also he never seems like he is in a rush which is refreshing. My van is driving great and I m very happy- will be spreading the word!

I called around at-least 10 different repair shops around Spokane trying to get my car looked at, unfortunately all the shops were booked until close to the end of the month. My car issue was starting to turn into a safety concern so I was a little worried. I called Rollin-On and spoke with Wayne who told me to drop my car off (called close to closing) so he could fix it in the A.M. Over the phone, Wayne ensured he had the exact part I needed, how long it would take and the exact price. Wayne was very knowledgeable and I felt like the price was fair where no one was trying to low-ball me. Definitely will come back here to have work done on my vehicles if needed.Service: Steering & suspension repair

The guys in this shop have helped me and relatives numerous times. They make it very easy to come on in and get an estimate and every job I've had done there was excellent work. To a single woman their integrity and fairness are qualities highly valued and I keep returning to.

Wayne and Brad are awesome. Between mine and my husbands cars and now three teenage drivers, they do a great job of working us in pretty quickly, communicating what the issues are and provide some options on repair that keep automotive repair costs under control!This place is like your favorite restaurant- you want to tell people but also want to keep it a secret!Highly recommend!

Brad at Rollin On Auto was very detail oriented about the whole process of what needed done with clear details. His mechanical skills are impressive and his creative thinking to make it more reasonably priced was much appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs some work done. Always recommend this shop to my friends, fast, efficient work and one of the very rare honest mechanic shops in Spokane! They give it to you straight and fix it right the first time, plus they're actually affordable. Brad and Wayne are the best, I'll never take my car to another place!

This placed saved me! I was going from Montana to north of Seattle and a check engine light came on. Every place I called said they were out 2 to 3 weeks and these guys got me in and took great care if me for an affordable price. Definitely worth going to!

Wayne was very Knowledgeable about my PT Cruiser. Flushed out power steering fluid when most would have tried to sell me a new pump.very honest Also let me know of upcoming maintenance. Terrible service. This guy told me. " I will lock you're vehicle in my shop over the weekend ". I said yes that works if I had not allready paid for service charged me over $ 400 in additional fees without my written consent. In my personal opinion. Wayne is. A non trustworthy businessman my brake shoes were covered in leaking brake fluid he said. " I'll just spray those off with brake clean ". I said no the warranty on those Is now void , as the manager at NAPA confirmed , he ordered wrong parts , so I went up to napa on Francis and got the right parts ! Stay far away ! . He told. Me "since you're so certified why don't you do it ?!" , I replied "because I'm paying you ". Never had a owner of a business with this terrible customer service attitude

They charge for work they didn't do and put use parts and charged for new. Broke plastic covers and glued them together without telling me. Don't use them.
