This is the best mechanic experience I've ever had. They were fast and extremely helpful. The rates were reasonable and my bronco was done in a week. The people on the phone would actually take time to fully listen and would promptly call anytime something came up. I definitely recommend them

I usually dread getting anything diagnosed/fixed on my car because there s always surprises with cost & things usually aren t done thoroughly. I don t know anything about vehicles, so I have to trust what anyone says. That being said, I had a big repair I needed done to my car & I called around to quite a few places until I landed on Ray & Roy s. They were extremely kind when I called & explained what I thought I needed done to my vehicle. They gave me the best price, got me an appointment, let me know exactly what they were going to look for to repair & potential extra costs, had the parts ready & actually remembered me when I came in (they are booked out a little ways a good sign!) Shuttled me home & back to the shop. They called when the vehicle was done & I didn t have to call 3 or 4 times like I have at other places. And the best part was my quote was spot on down to the penny. My car runs great. I would highly highly recommend! I ll definitely be going back for anything I need done in the future.

So far, so good! Charlie was extremely helpful in making sure I understood my options for keeping my buggy operating. We tend to try to keep our vehicles well beyond the 200k range and currently have two that require tlc. We re hopeful that R&R can keep them running!

Editing this review. Brought a jeep in for heater core and cylinder head repair. I noticed very loud rattle from Jeep after picking it up. When I called in the man who answered the phone blew me off, claiming it came in that way. See the response below from owner. I did not bring it back in to them because of the way they guy answered the phone. Why would I when it such an inconvenience for them?This is the same guy who told me he could not tell me what brand, company, service my cylinder head came from or if it was magnufluxed. He also told me they do not test drive the vehicles after the repair. A head repair and they don't drive it? Really? If they would have they would have seen the issue was not fixed. They were so interested in everything BUT the problem I came in for. At least that is how it feels.Within the week the Jeep is running much much worse. It is insanely loud, the RPM's are all over the place sometimes it stalls. All the same check engine codes are on. I should have called ages ago but I just gave these guys $5k. I have no more money. The Jeep is sitting in my driveway now. I can not afford to pay these people anymore money. For all I know this head is bad too. If the owner is willing to look at my Jeep without charging me anymore I will take him up on it. For now I need a second opinion and see what my options are from there.

My car is SO QUIET! When I brought it in, it sounded like a rocketship taking off. Mechanic Kevin did a great job changing out the water pump and timing. Service writers Charlie and Shawn provided great service. I don't want to take my car anywhere else.

I always rely on the highly skilled professionals at Ray and Roy's to service my vehicles. They have successfully worked on my Fiat, Dodge, and my wife's Subaru. Shawn and Charlie, in particular, provide exceptional assistance. Without a doubt, their expertise is unmatched, and I have complete confidence in their exceptional abilities.

Took my Toyota Highlander in twice to R&R s for suspension noise. Left the vehicle with them for three weeks the first time. Picked up the SUV and after paying ~$500 (of which $165 was to diagnose the problem) the noise was less than 10% improved. Took the vehicle back and after another $1500 charge I am still hearing noise. The folks there were nice and professional. My complaint is that I paid as agreed but R&R fell short on their end of the bargain. Will take the SUV now to the dealer. I d appreciate a refund of the labor to diagnose the problem since this wasn t done correctly.

They did a great job solving the mystery of why my truck was running rough. It was a very uncommon, difficult and time consuming issue to diagnose but they found the issue and only charge me the two hours they quoted. I highly recommend Ray and Roy's. I will be returning for all my future automotive repair needs. Great job guys.

I needed to check out a car for my daughter before purchasing. They did a very thorough job and spent a lot of time explaining things. They got me in last minute and were knowledgeable and very kind.

They squeezed my truck in to find a leak in one of my airbags. Took a couple hours to find them (there was more than one), they fixed them quickly, and I was on my way. Excellent mechanics and great customer service!

Had my radiator replaced in my 2018 Jeep Cherokee Grand. This shop did a great job. Highly recommend them for your auto repair needs.

Our family always goes to Ray and Roy s. Always nice and great service. Dropped my car off trying to get squeezed in same day, it was no issue all fixed up!:)New post: Thank you guys for always being honest! Scheduled an appointment expecting to get all of my breaks replaced. Soon after I dropped my car off, they call back to tell me only the fronts need service, rather than doing all of them to earn more money. I really appreciate you guys! Keep up the great honest work! Great service. Super professional and knowledgeable. Very Fast and punctual. Would Highly recommend them for any of your general maintenance and repairs. I m unsure in they re a specialty shop or not( like Diesel only shop) but didn t matter in my case, needed AC work done. But I really don t believe they would have trouble with anything that you could throw at them.

The customer service was excellent, from working to find a way to get our vehicle in before the next opening shown on the schedule, to notifying me of the issues found in a timely manner, to even showing me the broken parts when I arrived to pick up my car to help understand better what the problem had been. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in the same day, even though they had quite a few cars to work on. I could not have been more pleased with my experience with them and will surely be using this shop again in the future.Service: A/C installation & repair

I needed a battery for my car Shawn answered the phone and let me know he had a battery and to come on down. He checked and made sure that is what I needed to have my car working. He also checked my oil. Such great service... I now will be taking my car to have it serviced on a regular basis. He was very kind. Helped me right away and explained what was going on. Recently purchased a used car for our daughter and wanted a place that would take care of some known issues but also give the car a good inspection for any other issues. Went to Ray & Roy s Repair based off a recommendation and was very satisfied and happy with their work. The took care of some urgent repairs and provided a nice recommendation for some exhaust line work needing done (Discount Muffler - who also did a great job). Vehicle will be going back for a wheel alignment but will be waiting until just after getting some new tires on the vehicle.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Road schooling is very adventurous except when the vehicle you're driving has a problem the AC in my van has been a problem for a long time even the dealerships could not figure it out along with other suggested mechanics along our adventures. were able to quickly use their 70 years of knowledge and experience and found the problem that even the dealership could not find. Ray and roy mechanic shop listened to me and understood that adventures cant happen without transportation and this was critical to us. They found the problem and fixed it as quickly as they could. Super friendly and knowledgeable kind courteous. Now wonder they have been in the biz for 70 years. Was blessed to have found them.

I am a life long customer, as was my mother! Ray and Roy's has always given me an honest diagnostic on my car issues and recommended options on repairs! They have always been honest and have never suggested repairs that are not needed! They work with me when repairs are needed by prioritizing the most necessary first!
