Ladies these men are SCAMMERS! they will take advantage of you every chance they get. Plus they're super rude. If you need a good mechanic in the area go to A-1 auto. They are honest and upfront (regardless of if you're a woman)

I will always go back to Perfection Tire on Northwest because of their honesty! Went in today for alignment, balance and rotation and they called to let me know my car didn't need an alignment and just needed the rotation and balancing. Hard to find a place that is honest and doesn't just say your car needed something when it didn't. They were also very quick and professional. They've got a new happy customer!

Bought 4 new, 50000 mile tires about 3.5 years ago. I noticed both front tires were almost bald and 1 going flat. When I went back to store, the desk gentleman told me my warranty was void because I never came in for rotations. I had to ask him to pump tire back up so I could get home. I asked about the mileage and the tires had about 22000 miles on the tires. I was handed a price for 2 new tires w no discount. None of my previous tires, that I never rotated, wore like these tires. Had alignment checked and it's good. I'll go elsewhere for new tires. Cold/rude service both times I've been there. Invoice#1-129775

Ladies, DO NOT go here!! These men are scammers. I was told they couldn't do an alignment because I needed a $300 part first. When in fact I did not. I left and took my car somewhere else, explained the situation to the new mechanic, and got what I needed without paying an extra $300 (fun fact: the part I didnt even need only cost $127). Horrible service. I wish I could rate worse..

As someone who prefers to do my own work and has a hard time trusting mechanics, the employees at this location have earned my full respect and confidence. We had just spray painted a set of rims and they went above and beyond to ensure they were not damaged when mounting a new set of tires.They were then 100% honest about the exact work needed in order to fully align a rusty 21 year old Subaru and never tried to upsell us any junk like air filters or belts!They allowed us to supply our own parts, and now the car looks great and drives perfectly straight for a very reasonable price.They currently have the best 4-wheel alignment price in town at $90!Lastly, they explained how if we waited another week we could get an additional rebate on a set of snow tires, which we will be going back for soon. I highly recommend stopping by and talking to these virtuous gentlemen because they have more options in person than what is on their website.

Customer service is the best. Jesse the store manager did not try to sell me anything I didn t need and Evan explained and even showed me the difference of tire and what would be the safest tire for my area ( I live where it heavily snows). Charles is awesome with customer service, even when I was running late for my appointment due to the snow. I drive 30 miles to this shop from my home because of the confidence I have in their work knowledge and work ethics. Thanks Guy s! Great job!

I like this shop - I feel like they get the work done when they say they will, and the store manager stays in communication with you. They always pick up the phone even though they are always slammed with a parking lot full of repairs. I feel like pricing is fair and they can normally get you in within 1-3 days depending on what you need help with.

Be careful when bringing your car here, had two very bad expenses.1. Brought truck in to have tires we purchased put onto our truck, the mechanics or tire guts, dropped tires off side of truck causing them to bounce back and dent our truck, our truck was in great condition, they never fessed up to the damage they caused, we found after we got home.2. Brought car in due to a slow leek, they aired it up the tire and explained it was low on air, two days later went to affordable tire for same reason, they actually removed my tire and found out the tire was damaged severely, had perfection actually removed my tire they would have seen the wires sticking out, sat in their lobby almost an hour for them to put air in and have them lie to me.3. Moral is if you go here, take pictures of your car before they drive it and inspect afterwards.

Just a good shop. Got me in to check breaks, didn't even have time but went ahead and changed my breaks for me. Also got me scheduled quick for my next repair at a 400 dollar less cost. Definitely going to be a regular here.

i went here because i had a tire going flat they sold me a tire and put it on the rim told me to come back in 45 min which i did then they told me if they put just the one tire on it would mess up my car because its all wheel drive i felt cornered they wanted me to sign a release and they wld out the tire on or buy 3 more tires so i left there with the same problem i had when i showed up but out 200 bucks for a tire in my trunk. wasn't happy at all seems like they should've told me before any thing was done even selling me the tire i shouldve been told i wld need all 4 before they did anything

Great service! These guys are honest and straight forward about what is going on and how much it will cost. They serviced my car back in October. I told them I was going to be driving cross country, and needed it looked over because I hadn't felt very safe in it for years. I'd taken it in to other shops before, and they usually just disregarded my concerns or did some work and said it was fixed but it still had the same issues.The manager took the time to walk through what the consequences were if I did or didn't elect to do each service at the time. He also showed me what was wrong with my car, and what was causing the sounds I was hearing.Not only did I feel much safer in my car after they worked on it, but I drove over 3,000 miles in 3.5 days, changing across multiple climates, with no issues at all. My car feels new again!These guys are really amazing!

These guys are great. Got me in for a check 4 wheel drive light when everyone else was saying not until after Christmas. Fixed my windshield wipers that I had nor scheduled to be done. I felt comfortable driving my suv out of state for the holiday's. Keep these guys in mind for auto and tire repair.

This is the best tire/auto shop I have done business with. Todd, the manager, was great to work with and very knowledgeable about tires & cars.I brought in my 4runner to have new tires installed, which were all done within a very timely manner. I met Dan, the technician who was very knowledgeable, friendly, & hard working. But he still had time to answer my questions. I did have a couple tires that wouldn't balance so Todd immediately ordered some new ones that were there the very next day. He got me right in and Dan installed the tires and I was on my way. I am very happy to have found this shop where everyone is honest and very helpful. I recommend this automotive/ tire shop to everyone!

I've had a great experience your comp., However my wife came home and told me that the mechanics were to tired to complete a job we are requesting, and paying for. Honestly, when I have a customer. I Make that I should make it work out for them no matter what It would take. Honestly I'm not sure if I will be coming back. Thanks for your past work. More than likely, I won't return..

Bought a Car from them that the Owner Gary drove for 3 years before selling to me. gave me a carfax with the car. left off the 2nd owner of when he owned it. when ran later it showed he wrecked it while he owned it. Pretty sleazy for a car car business owner to deliberatley lie about his personal wrecked vehicle that he sold me.Yes you do sell cars. And everyone can see that by the 15 in your lot with prices on them. Nice try though.

Love this place! If I could give Ten stars I would! Great staff who are always honest and answers all my questions. Been coming to them for years now & have never had a problem getting what I need. Fast service & reasonably priced.Anytime I have issues or need a car service, they are the first ones I go to!Definitely recommend to everyone! :)Thanks Perfection guys!

They had my vehicle for 29 days. Check engine light still comes on. Was okay with all that! Less than one week later problem with my fuel pump. That they replaced it leaks. Unbelievable.3 weeks later,after getting front end work,alignment is out of sack. Now I'm taking it to different Perfection tire .only to be told that now I need 2 new tires!!

Charles stopped what he was doing to fix my flat. I was on my way to work and was worried I would be late. It was raining and cold; yet, his kindness and compassion still showed while fixing my flat. I definitely recommend getting your tire needs met here.

So my question is why are you so rude to people and turning down business because you have tires coming in isn't that part of your job. All you had to do is take a nail out of a tire and make sure it wasn't leaking that you only were closing in an hour. And that you had tires coming in and you couldn't help a senior citizen out with trying to get a nail out of their tire so they could drive safely your tires coming in were more important than the safety of a client

I used to go here all the time when Tom was still service manager. I went back in cause my brake lights wouldn't work. I am a certified student technician from SCC and did all the checks I could with the equipment I had at home but needed my rig back on the road fast so I brought it in. The new own was very condescending and treated me like an ignorant child. They had my pick up for 24 hours with no call. I called and they said I could pick it up saying they didn't know what was wrong with it so I went to pick it up paid the $100 dollar diagnostic fee and drove home. I got out of the pickup to see that my trailer brake was completely cut out of the system and the wires were wrapped around my brake pedal. I called back and he told me he had to remove it from the system cause it was wired wrong (I've had the truck for over two years and never had a single problem with the trailer brake.) They said they would repair it for more money, more money for something they should have put back together for free when they were done with their tests. I'm really upset by this cause for so many years they were so good to me. I do not recommend going to this shop.

Awesome service and prices! I am a 22 year old female so sometimes I feel like auto places take advantage of women. Every time I go to Perfection I have excellent service! They sat down and explained everything that they needed to do and why, and they didn t pressure me to do anything on my car that I didn t want done. Out of all the auto places in Spokane I recommend them! I drive from out of town just for their service!

Be careful. They either will try and sell u a lemon or charge u way to much. Prices like that I might as well go to les Schwab.

Always fix my flats for free. Agon is a cool veteran who sells cars that are good, fixed, dependable. He buys them at auction and sells them for maybe $600 profit, but he might have had to fix a few things. Very honest place I have bought two cars and all are great.

Great service! Had issues with my car on the way to work Jake looked at it and then made a appointment for next day, they were fast and great price! Thank you for the wonderful service! It's stressful when your car is broken and it's nice to know this place cares, my car is running like new! Thank you again Jake!

I have been using this particular Perfection Tire and Auto for nearly 30 years. They have always taken good care of my vehicles. They are thorough in their work, accurate in the diagnoses, and very friendly and genuinely care about their customers.

Jesse went out of his way to find me some studded snow tires it was amazing! They got me in for my appointment quickly my car in and out and it was just a great experience. So grateful for this place!

Perfection Tire on Northwest Blvd. is the Jewel of Spokane. The owner has given me hope that there are still honest and incredible human beings left in this world. The other workers are just as wonderful, and they all know their trade well including the owner. I had a horrible experience with another shop I took my car to fix the problem I was having. Diagnostics said it was just a spark plug, but this shop told me it was going to cost me almost $300 to fix the problem. I took my car to Perfection Tire and it only cost me $20. How can you beat that. I will never take my car to another shop ever again. Perfection Tire on Northwest Blvd. is as I said, the Jewel of Spokane and I would recommend it to everyone for all their automotive needs, including tires.

Had an issue with a lug nut free spinning on the stud on my 2016 wrx. Couldn't get the tire off. They helped me right away and only charged me the parts. Vs I called Les Shwabb and they said $125 an hour and anticipate 3 hours plus parts... 100% will be back here.Jesse and Troy are phenomenal mechanics.
