Went in 7:40AM Monday morning to find a Brake Light Switch for a 97-02 Ford Expedition and was greeted & assisted by Maria.We found this part at the Francis & Market Street location, she called and had them verify it was actually on hand, had them put it in will call so it would be there for me when I arrived.excellent customer service!

Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff! I'm learning how to take care of my old Toyota (Youtube University, people!). And I walked in needing a part, not totally sure what it was I was looking for, and their staff took at least fifteen minutes to look through all of their heat sensors to help me find what I was looking for! Very patient, kind, and trustworthy.

I needed a replacement bulb for a headlight.. the employee was very helpful to identify the one that I needed, and even put it in for me. The price was less than I expected.I haven't used this chain before, but would certainly go back if needed.

I was in there for the first time with my fianc� a few days ago looking for license plate caps/bolts. There was no one in there but us and the one employee. after searching the entire store, we asked for help. The guy looked in half of two spots then told us they didn't carry that then went back to the front checkout spot. We continued to look for a few minutes then found them ourselves. It appears the employees aren't trained enough and aren't very friendly. Customer service was a little awkward as it was very quiet in there and the guy was a little awkward himself. Not sure if I will return for future shopping. The selection isn't that great either.

We rolled in Sunday evening looking for a gasket in a haystack. The assistant manager (my apologies for not getting his name, straight mid length hair) looked up our part, not surprised it didn t come up. But oreilly s assistant manager didn t give up! After a few minutes of searching he found an obscure gasket that would work. This gentleman didn t have to go out of his way, he could have said they just didn t have it, but he went above and beyond to get us what we needed. Thank you. You saved our cross country trip.

The staff at this particular location is always genuine, courteous, and knowledge. As most of us know, issues with cars and trucks are frustrating and we can't expect the local auto parts store employees to know everything. However, each time I've had a perplexing question or issue (I have decades of auto/truck repair and maintenance experience), any one of the employees have given me their time and experience or referred me to a more knowledge employee or spent the time to research the issue with me.That kind of personal help and problem solving attitude make all the difference in solving automotive issues. I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff for the past five years or so, and the prices are just as low as Auto Zone, Walmart, Napa, etc.

Went in to get new headlights and man was it an adventure figuring out how to replace them on a new truck. But one man (I believe his name was Cody) stepped up and went above and beyond. This man deserves a raise. That's what customer service is about. Not only did he help us figure everything out but he was extremely knowledgeable and got us set up and on our way! Hopefully he see this message and understand his help was very appreciated. He works at the O'Reillys at the Division "Y". Thank you again for all the help!

I have always loved your customer service for parts and questions. Today I had the pleasure of being helped by James. My issue was not related to a purchase. I got a flat tire right next to the store. I have never changed a tire ever. James knew what to do and helped me get back on my way! Thank you! I like O'Reillys in Millwood. The guys in there can be very helpful and everything is easy to find. If you need something specific and they don't have it they will get it within one to three days. They also have very reasonable prices.

You know it's a reliable location when the staff themselves will tell you not to buy one of their items because they know it doesn't work. That I respect very much. Means that they're genuine.

Store location is easy to find. Building and Store are clean and presentable at all times. Employees are willing to help at any time and are very knowledgeable on auto mechanics. Have the best suggestions, tips and tricks for simplifying fixing your car or truck.Very helpful with referrals/references of a very broad range of car and trucks classes and series. It's the only place I shop for auto.

SAT 17 JUNE 2023 7:45pO'REILLY'S AUTO PARTS8702 N DIVISIONSPOKANE WAI just left this store after buying two 1 oz. bottles of Purell hand sanitizer. When I asked the clerk to put my receipt in the bag with the bottles, he told me that O'REILLY AUTO PARTS does not provide bags for customers to place their products and receipts in.What a shame, to treat a long standing customer. I was with this company back when it was Al's Auto Parts. I called two other competing auto parts companies who both provide bags for their customers.Go figure!

All the employees and specifically the manager were fantastic. They were knowledgeable and respectfully shared that knowledge without making me feel stupid. They have been the best priced (for all the parts I've needed) and had my part brought from another store in less than 24hours.

Very nice young lady helped me, didn't quite understand the part numbers but was able to grab a ladder and chase them down. But she did a great job stepping up and learning as well as great service.Prices were higher than I expected but the parts were on the shelf on the 4th of July.I've used this store in the past and will continue to use them

They get good stuff and can order better stuff pretty fast. It's best to bring the part you need replaced to show them because sometimes they have to find it in their system and they don't always know how to find the part without a reference. But they can usually find it if they have it. Also not the best place to get bike parts. Mainly they have car stuff. Good deals on things.

I grew weary of shuffling through cross reference books. O'REILLY'S Corey used his considerable experience and quickly found parts for my Husqvarna and John Deere lawn mower and tractor.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced!! I bought a car cover which didn't fit despite the specifications on the box. Took it back 30 minutes later and they refused to let me exchange it for a larger size stating it was now used!! The WOMAN at the counter was dreadful!! N. Division location.

They'll tell you to stuff it, your loss. Purchased 2 tools one wasn't as described and the other didn't work properly, same day return with receipt. Was told if you even tried the tool out and it didn't work or product isn't as described, to bad I can't get my $50 back. Went to another location absolutely no problems. This store though has horrible service and won't shop there.

Even with Masks required. It is still a nice place to get any Auto parts that you are in Need of.No Matter time of Day, or Very Busy!The Staff working there are Always Polite and Very Helpful to your Needs!To Me this is one of the Top Auto Parts Store in the Whole Spokane Area!!

Terrible experience at this store. Will never go back again. However, corporate was great at resolving the problem. If you have problems here, the corporate and store number are posted outside near the door. Corporate will help resolve your issue.The manager told me lifetime warranty is only good for one exchange even if part a keeps failing. I had replaced the lifts on my trunk lid several times with no hassle from other stores because they kept failing. After asking some questions, we discovered they sold me the wrong part (size was the same but these were too weak to lift trunk properly) so he finally agreed to replace with the correct item. Came back several days later to pick up the new part and he wanted $18 after telling me previously he would swap the item under warranty. I left without the lifts for my trunk after the manager became extremely rude demanding the $18. He made a comment that I may have given wrong information about my car when i bought them. However, the part had two numbers reversed and the part they sold did not even go to the make of car I own.I called corporate the next day and they confirmed lifetime warranty is for the life of the part with no limits on the number of exchanges. Corporate customer service was great and admitted the mistake was on their end. Corporate set me up with the correct part at a different store and issued a gift certificate for the trouble.

Been coming to this O'Reilly since they moved into this location years ago. The staff is very knowledgeable friendly and quick to help in any way they can. They pretty much know their stuff here. They also have a great tool borrowing program make a small down payment get it back when you bring the tool back for specialty tools that you don't want to buy cuz you only you're going to use it once. Highly recommend going here.
