Return customer here! When I asked for help during a busy time I said I wasn t in a hurry. He multi tasked very well helping multiple others. He then took the time to find the correct part and fixed my car while raining! Thank you guy with the curly hair!

Yeah they just lost another customer for life.Bought a brand new battery from them and said it was good with a 3 year warranty. Wouldn't work in my car so I brought it back with the receipt, and they wouldn't return it or exchange it.Took it to Toyota and they recommended a different battery, testing the load it was no good. So I ended up wasting $230 with these clowns at O'Reilly.

I had an unpleasant experience here. They told me a certain part number but that's incorrect and now I can't return it. . The guys are knowledgeable here but that wasn't a good time for me. Not cool. Wasted money is never good

O'Reilly's is always my first stop when working on my truck or vehicles of any sort. They have repeatedly helped with difficult repairs and the staff is always up for a challenge. They usually have better diagrams/schematics than auto zone, and that can make all the difference in certain situations. All around great auto parts store.

Ive always used other auto part stores, mainly because of location and staff experience, But i will say lately o Reilly auto parts as came thru to the max. There has been several times lately they have came thru last minute and on the fly. Not only that they had it in stock and at a moment's notice, there staff is a little young and slightly inexperienced but that's okay, i helped them help me. I will be going thru them more often. For sure

Nicolaus is always happy to help me with anything that I need for my vehicles this why this will always be my store to come to no matter how far I have to drive. But the whole team here is great. U all rock

Not much to say, exceptional parts store they have most everything you need in-stock if not one of the many O'Reilly Auto Parts stores do or they'll order it for you. And they're always friendly and helpful

Friendly professional help. I needed a taillight replacement bulb. The attendant looked it up and sold me the generic one which was less than $10 and it worked!

If I can help it I don't go to any other O'Riley stores other than this one. The people are nice and willing to help. Also they have not once ordered/given me a wrong part yet. I honestly hope they all get raises.

Super friendly, knowledgeable & helpful staff!! I wish I would have gotten his name! I was 375 miles away from home. He Took the time to explain to me what my vehicle codes were and offered to assist in getting the parts changed out for me! Thanks O'Reilly's!

I like this place. Good employees are hard to find, especially the ones who actually care and are helpful in every which way they can. But! I wish they had a way to make automobile keys with or without chips and pair fobs to your vehicle for half the price of dealership's?? But I understand the liability and making sure that the vehicle they were rekeying was the people who actually came in to get the key made. That would actually be an headache and everything would have to be perfect as far as customers paperwork for vehicles and employees making sure that paperwork was legit. Maybe, have a state representative and teach a class to The employees and owners so they would know and log everything that goes on?? IDK... I just wish you guy's could, but I get it. But thanks for all you do guy's and gal's, Manager's, and owners! I'll be back!

Excellent customer service was given to me while on my road trip. I needed new windshield wipers as I was going over several snowing and rainy mountain passes. I wish I remembered the Latino brother that help me on several items I purchased but he was very knowledgeable and also contacted another store to see if I could obtain a new wipers for my back window on my old Toyoda 4runner. I highly recommend you check out the crew at the Spokane O'Reilly auto parts. Keep up the great work and I will be back on my continuing business travels. I appreciate you making my road trip safer.

Customer with long hair gave us wrong battery type and Gave us a 5 daller bill that was like half gone and we asked for a normal good one and they laughed when we left the store

I love O'Reillys but this store is awesome! I have had to come in quite a few times lately and have never felt ignorant or out of place. Being a woman I was treated like anyone else and that is perfect! Thank you for your patience and understanding. I have already recommend you and will continue.

Dropped off 4 brake rotors to be turned at 10 am, it's now past 4 pm with no call or nothing if their done, will never take rotors there ever or shop there again! Ridiculous!!!

O'Reilly is just a great place for car parts whether you know what you are doing or not.My family has been buying almost all our car parts here as we fix our trucks and cars,and the staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable.Lots of free testing, tool rentals, and fast in store pickup.

This O'Reilly auto is pretty much just like the test except for the awesome and helpful staff that will go out of the way to help you provided that they are not over whelmed with customers.

Had a fuse blow out on my car and needed it to be able to drive home. Had to walk 2 miles and they stayed open to make sure I got the part I needed. Best store ever! Thank you so very much for the help and making sure i could get home tonight!

Got help from Joshua today and he was very kind and customer service oriented. Was very helpful in helping find and install the wiper blades we needed and even put in windshield washer fluid for us. Thanks. 5/5 will definitely recommend.
