Although I didn't have an appointment, I stopped to see if the people at Northwest Auto Service could look at my vehicle as it started to have an engine problem the day before. They agreed and were able to fit it into their schedule. They took care of it and called to say it was done later in the day. I'm pleased with the work they did and at a reasonable price. They were good to explain what was done. I'll return in the future for any other issues.

We discovered Northwest Auto Services about a year ago and I'm so happy to have found an honest shop owner and mechanic. We've been exceptionally pleased with each visit. Bryan is personable, knowledgeable, and thorough and he will clearly and patiently answer any questions you may have. Bryan has been quick to communicate diagnosis, notify when vehicle is ready, etc... The pricing has always been very reasonable. I m confident you will have a pleasant experience here and will get top-notch quality service.

I absolutely recommend Northwest Auto Services to everyone. I went to Andy for years and he told me he would only sell to someone he know was honest and reliable . I am a widow and truly appreciate the outstanding service Bryan provides. He only does things that are necessary and his prices are reasonable, especially when your getting quality service. I am very grateful that when I call he gets me in. 5 stars all the way from me always.

The Owner, Brian, is very knowledgeable, helpful in sharing the brake issues with my Highlander, trustworthy, kept me informed, completed the work needed and in a timely manner. Very pleased with this experience and will contact him the next time I need any mechanical work on my car.

Northwest auto service has been wonderful for whatever I need! Bryan always works hard to get me in as soon as possible, whether it s for an emergency or a scheduled service. Great service at a very reasonable and affordable price. They got it done in a timely manner. The gentleman Brian is very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend! I have gone twice and my husband once and we will keep going with any vehicle issues.

My starter had to be replaced suddenly NWAS was able to get me in same day and for a really reasonable price. My car was done hours before I even guessed and I really appreciate them saving me today. I had a great experience at Northwest Auto Services. I was able to call and get a quick and detailed estimate over the phone, as well as the options I had for my service. I found the prices more affordable compared to other shops I ve gone to.The entrance/waiting room has a inviting atmosphere and the employees were super kind and helpful. You can also see inside the working area of the shop from the waiting room, I felt more comfortable knowing I could see them working on my vehicle.My brakes are working much smoother than before and I haven t had any issues, I definitely recommend this local auto shop for the superb experience and better pricing.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

I came to Northwest Auto Services several month ago for alignment for Toyota Prius. After I left shop my alignment was not good as I was driving on highway. I called to the office next day and mention that alignment is not good. Without any questions the owner told me to come back. Redid completely alignment so it is very good now. Thought i just needed freon to make my ac work...they were one of the cheaper places near me. Turned out my compressor was bad!!! They were able to get me scheduled 2 days later and had my ac working like a CHAMP in a few hrs!!! They underbid the competition by almost 100 bucks, they are literally a few blocks from my house, hope to get a quote on another issue soon!!! I am a female and honestly did not feel like they were out to take advantage or overcharge me. My experience here was very good and I believe they are honest people, very nice husband and wife TEAM!!! Couldnt be more pleased with this company. I will definitely refer anyone needing a good honest mechanic to Northwest Auto Services!!!Service: Air conditioning

NAS was recommended to me by a long-time church acquaintance. I didn't know the people there before going but was very happy at the speed and cost of the repairs, and by the fact that I was kept so well informed of progress. I was relieved as well to see that the equipment they were using on my 2017 Jeep was so up-to-date. NAS is the only auto repair facility I use now. They blatantly lied about having done a service, and I don't trust that they do the work they promised.Scheduled a pretrip inspection and oil change for 2 vehicles before driving them cross-country. We noticed excessive corrosion on one's battery and asked if they did a battery life check - we were assured a check/cleaning was included in the service and they gave the all clear on our battery's life (despite clearly not having touched it). We brought it back in to have them do the service they lied about doing previously, and received an all clear again. The battery had to be replaced 2 weeks later, after major issues caused by failing battery life.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection

I had some driveline issues. They worked with some other Spokane vendors to source the specialty parts locally in just a few days in the midst of all the shipping challenges these days. This locally owned family operated business is community minded and focused on superior service. While getting to know the staff, I learned they specialize in the European brands, but that didn't get in the way of them fixing up my old Chevy.Highly recommend this shop. HONEST friendly service. They replaced all four of my brakes, My rottars we re still good, I appreciate the fact that they didn t lie to me and say we needed to change those to(I would not have known) So many places overcharge me(a woman who doesn t know a-lot about cars) and replace things that were perfectly fine. My AC went out during the hot season. My dealer shop couldn't get me in for a month. So I came to NW auto services.The technician took time to explain everything in detail about how the AC works and what we are looking for during diagnosis. This helped me feel very comfortable with my choice to hire NW auto services for my AC repair.Thank you!

I brought my Sonoma truck in because I didn t have any heat. I suspected a thermostat issue. Also the air vents were not cooperating with the selector knob. Brian indeed had to replace the thermostat but also needed to perform a complete cooling flush to clean out excess corrosion. Also replaced a bad vacuum tube to restore air vent function. Now I ve got heat and air flow control. Thanks Brian.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brought my car in for a diagnosis and fix before driving across the country and was told wheel bearing needed replaced, ended up having to go purchase the part myself because he said it would be in that day and then said it was out of stock at the warehouse. And he completely misdiagnosed the problem when it was actually a bad tie rod. No way to take my car back in as I'm now across the country so I'm just out that money

Settled on the bill/services before anything was even done. Obviously didn't have to pay till after it was done. No sneaky charges or gotchas at all. Brian is welcoming and friendly. Definitely will recommend!

Brian performed an inspection of the oil pan and crankcase cover as well as an oil change. Work was done on a timely basis at a reasonable charge.
