Northwest auto glass is the best auto glass in Spokane. Serge and his team do a phenomenal job. I had a windshield installed and, after a couple of weeks, had issues with the moldings. I brought the truck back; without hesitation, the company went out of its way to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. My molding is set in place and is not going anywhere. Serge is conscientious and a man of integrity. If and when he makes a mistake, he will take ownership and make it right. These guys are amazing! They did a fantastic job replacing my rear window in less than 2 hours, later looking at the final product I realized that they pulled the dent out of my door free of charge! I am so grateful for these guys and 100% recommend!

NorthWest Auto Glass is a family-owned and operated business. I recently took an older vehicle in for sunroof repair per a referral from one of the highest-rated shops in Spokane. I wasn't disappointed. Serge, the owner, is thorough, helpful, and kind. He showed me, in detail, what the issue was and how he fixed it. This helped later because the sunroof mechanism had broken and shortly after it was fixed the other side gave out. Serge even went to the junkyard to find a mechanism for this older vehicle and he installed this, too. He did this at no charge after he worked on it for over an hour.The waiting area is extremely clean and inviting.I will be back for all auto glass needs.

Sergay was awesome. I kicked a ball through the windshield of our Skoolie home. He got us in right away. He was extremely kind and his prices were extremely reasonable at only $400 and only took a couple hours for a bus windshield. The place was clean and the lady up front was super kind. This will be our glass shoppe from now on.

My car window was broken into and shattered at 4AM. I panicked calling around all day (Friday) as we get snow this weekend and that would stink with no window! I found this place at 1PM -- by 3PM I'm relaxing at home knowing NW Auto Glass ordered my glass same day, fixed my window same day and sent me on my way. REASONABLE, cheaper pricing than I feel I'd pay in a handful of places. QUICK, compassionate help! I'm so so so happy I found this place. They even helped and vacuumed the broken window glass!!! Highly recommend! :) THANK YOU!

I stopped in the same day I needed up getting a rock chip. They were friendly and helpful. I appreciated their willingness to fix the chip even though the cold weather kept causing issues. I d highly recommend this company to anyone in the Spokane area.

These guys were amazing. Above and beyond service, professional and incredibly fair pricing. My car was broken into. They were very busy but still managed to get me in early that day, got the job done perfectly and quickly and even took the time to clean up the glass and mess the thieves left in my car. Thank you, you have earned all my future business and anyone I know who needs window repair I will be sending your way!

My passenger side mirror was broken and this shop popped up while trying to find a shop. I called and they responded quickly. There was miscommunication on my end at first, then sizing errors, only for the heated part but they did their best to fix my mirror asap and align my cars need before going with the last resort which was a non-heated mirror. I received the correct heated mirror and they also used an original part for the mirror, polished the scuffs, so my car still matched! I definitely recommend this company!

This is a family owned business, and typically, you don t get better service than such. This place certainly lives up to the quality workmanship for a reasonable price.If I ever need another windshield replacement, this place is a no brainer for me. (and .,.. I went to a place that rhymes with safe ends with light. Had an appointment set up for 2:00 on a Saturday total cost was going to be $577 plus tax, got there the guy said he had the rear window and the trim that I needed and so did the website, left my car there so my window could get fixed... I get a call 2 hours later saying they didn't have the proper window after they told me they did, Half week goes by and out of nowhere I decided to call Northwest Auto Glass not only did they get me in the same day they had the proper window and trim and it cost half of what they quoted me at Safelite the installation and everything was done proper!! I highly recommend using this locally owned business. This place is definitely on point when it comes to installing glass!!

Sergey was very professional and friendly. Was able to make appointment next day in the morning. I was in at 10am, out 10:45am! Wow! Great job! Windshield was matched to OEM quality glass. Installation was clean, no mess, glass was sparkly clean, all of this showed professionalism. I appreciate your hard work and care! Thank you!It was a pleasure to use these guys again almost 1 year later with my other car. I called them in the morning around 9am, car was already in the shop at 11am same morning. Everything done by 11:45am. Extremely happy. Thank you again, excellent work.

The people were fantastic! I had my windshield replaced a few months ago. I recently noticed a crack and didn t think anything had hit my windshield. They pointed out something did hit it and showed me . They did the repair to stop the crack from spreading at no cost!

Passenger window broken out at trailhead. Called Safelite and spoke with a lady in Atlanta who told me she would have to special order a replacement and could not tell me when the repair would occur. Called NW Auto Glass and they had my window in stock and fixed it the next morning saving me $100 from Safelite bid. I highly recommend this company.

This place is great! I was upset when my car was broken into, someone shattered my passenger rear window. I called them, they quoted me & ordered the window & had it the next day, and were able to get me in that next day when the window arrived also! I had to get my kids from school & was able go in right after I picked them up. They were very kind & accommodating, especially have 2 young kids. The sweet lady (didn't catch her name)but she offered to put YouTube on the TV for them, which was a life saver! They were quick and had the best price in town from the ones I called! If I ever need any glass repaired or replaced again this is the ONLY place I will be going to! I highly recommend them!!! Had my window replaced today by NW glass and they are the best!! - Very friendly, clean office and waiting room, and very professional. They got me in the day after I called and were ready for me when I arrived. They even gave me a nice loaner for the 2-1/2 hours it took to do the job.Thank you NorthWest Auto Glass!!

Phenomenal service was provided. My rear panoramic sunroof glass on my 2020 RAM 1500 unexpectedly shattered. Dealer was half a year out on parts. Called NW Auto Glass and spoke to Sergi. He didn't have one either but said that they could order and ship the glass in, from an out-of-state wrecking yard. I approved. As soon as the glass arrived, I dropped off my truck. They repaired it perfectly the same day. I am so happy! I will definitely be back for any future repairs.

This is by far the cleanest, most comfortable setting for any automotive-related repair I have ever experienced. I called around for quotes to replace my windshield and their prices were less than HALF of some of their competitors. The waiting room is squeaky clean and tastefully decorated with comfortable chairs, flourishing plants, a few nice toys for children, and a well-stocked coffee bar. I brought a book to read, but found myself mesmerized by an exotic ASMR-ish silent cooking show. The staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The prices are exactly as quoted, no pink tax with a last minute bait-and-switch. They are doing business right. It s never fun to have a cracked windshield but NorthWest Auto Glass is the place you want to be to have it taken care of I feel relaxed as though I have had a morning at the spa and my beautiful new windshield is icing on the cake!Services: Auto windshield replacement, Wiper blade installation

Very quick and dead on on the estimate. Had a question on tint difference with replacement glass. They were more than accommodating to answer my questions and explained state regs. regarding tinting on windows. Good people. Will recommend N.W. auto glass!
