Had my service truck taken in there by my mobile mechanic as he got sick and couldn't finish the job.he tool it in to jerrad and he was to finish installing a new power steering pump in doing the pump he punctured a hole in my radiator and yes he replaced the radiator for free but in replacing it he failed to put the transmission cooling lines properly back on and my transmission fluid went everywhere in my driveway. I took the truck to Aamco this morning and had them look it over at which point next-gen said they would cover the bill. A few hours later they asked if they could do the work and I told them no due to all the issues the last time and the fact I already had it towed to the new shop. I was told they won't pay for it to be fixed so now I have to get the lawyers involves. Would not recommend to my own enemy.

Jared and Johnathan are absolutely amazing!!I called all around town to have my new tires I order online for my 92 F-150 changed out and all of the corporate stores had long wait times as folks are changing over from winter tires which is understandable. I was excited and wanted them on today!As I was passing by NextGen on the corner of Market and Frances I pulled over to see if NextGen could put them on and they said they could!!I am happy to support small businesses like NextGen and am very happy with their work! I appreciated their kindness and genuine personal service they provided!! I have already inquired about transmission services and tune up and trust them to do it!!Thank you,Julie F.

My husband is a mechanic and we have been taking vehicles that have simple issues with them to a lot of auto shops here in Spokane to see which ones have the best services as well as which ones just want to take you for your money and or treat you as if you are easy to get over on and take advantage of people EXPETIALLY if they are young and female, well this shop here was one of the worst I mean they mechanics depending on which one works on your vehicle, weren't too bad but the service and then the fact that they over charged me and not only that tried charging me for things I did not need. I really want anyone whome uses this place for auto work to really watch what you are getting charged for and what they are charging you. Thanks

Had him put in a new power steering pump and in the process he punctured my radiator, which wouldn't be an issue because he put a new radiator in. That being said the radiator cooling pump to the transmission failed less than 24 hours after install of the new parts due to him messing up the compression fittings from the hoses quick release valves, according to Aamco, there were marks from channel locks used to remove the quick release instead of using the correct tool. I offered for him to make it right, at first he said he would pay for the services from the new shop (Aamco), and 20 minutes later he called back and I was told that he would only honor his work if they could work on it themselves as opposed to having Aamco go over it. The intercooler line fell off and leaked all over the place.

Worst auto shop I have dealt with in Spokane they over charged me and ripped me off. There customer service is horrible that lady that works there is rude and I know her and that rude guy at the desk as well as got me for 1,000 dollars I had to bring my vehicle back 5 different times I believe his name is Jared don't let him work on your vehicle mine kept breaking down and everytime I had to bring it back they charged me more and more and more!

this place is awesome they helped me out with a customer of mine who had a starter go bad the same day they bought it. got them in right away and fixed same day! Thank you
