Nef s has been repairing and servicing our family vehicles for a few years now and we have always received excellent service. Nef s recently repaired my husband s vehicle that had multiple issues. We received an email with a detailed estimate and a video so we could see the issue ourselves. They presented options for us to consider before the work was done. They stayed in touch via text notifying us of the progress. They really went above and beyond initially by offering to come pickup his car. They got it running and drove it to the shop while we were at work.This kept us from having the expense of getting it towed to their shop. Nef s thank you, we appreciate your team!

Thanks to Juan and his team at Nef's, I was able to get my car back in way better shape than ever before. I have only imagined the way it would be, and now I'm happy driving down the road! Thanks! First I asked for an appointment using their online site which Chris was quick getting back to me. Everyone at Nef s is very kind, knowledgeable and transparent. Transparency being very high on my list of qualifications. I was called, told exactly what was wrong and the price. When I picked up my vehicle I assumed the price would have tax ADDED on. NOPE! Their bottom line price is the bottom line. Thanks Nef s! I will continue to use Nef s for all my vehicles in the future. Their honesty is greatly appreciated.Service: Electrical repair

These guys have been my trusted go to for auto repairs for the last 7 years or so. I have brought my car in expecting to pay out the wazoo for it, only for them to tell me it was a simple fuse. So when the big repairs finally did come I trusted their opinion and was good with spending the $$$. Being a female and finding a trusted auto repair shop is a tough thing to find. I'm happy to give them my patronage and would absolutely recommend them to anyone seeking auto repairs.

I went to Nef s auto repair because of problems with the air conditioning. They did a good job with the car and charged lesser than the quoted price because the diagnostic work didn t take alot of their time.I think the garage does a great work on the car and charges a fair price.

Chris is very helpful, honest and caring not just earning big sale but advices if it's necessary. It's goes for the whole team and the mechanics who knows best. Best service and honest and with integrity. Keep up the good works. I surely recommend you to my friends and anybody who needs a repair.

A couple months ago, I called Nef to see if they could take a look at my car which was having issues accelerating. I had no luck with my local shops figuring out the issue. After looking at reviews I decided to call Nef. Chris answered and was so understanding of my situation. He worked me into their busy schedule (within a few days) despite me living 2 hours away and not having a super flexible schedule. Nef did a great job with my car and fixed the issue. Highly recommend. They are well priced and know what they are doing.

I've been visiting Nef's for years (due to my 1991 Camaro lol) Thanks to my dad for recommending Nef's. I wouldn't replace them and I appreciate them. if any friends have problems with a car, I would recommend Nef's.

I love Nef's! All the staff is friendly and helpful. They are honest about what needs to be done and when (sometimes it's not urgent). I trust them and never feel like I'm being sold unnecessary services. Highly recommend!

These guys rock!! They got me in same day for some major maintenance during the holiday season, they have always been honest about pricing and work needed, and to top it off, they are extremely nice and friendly. I have taken multiple vehicles to these guys over the years, and they never disappoint!! 10/10 would recommend

My family has been taking our vehicles to Nefs for a few years and they never disappoint. They offer great customer service and communicate with me through the entire process, including following up to make sure my vehicle is running as it should. Nef s always takes great care of my family s vehicles. They are communicative, reasonably priced, and employ certified experts. All of my questions got answered completely and respectfully. This is a popular shop, and for good reason! Kinda pricey for not having to drop a fuel tank for a fuel pump. But good service. I only drive my car like 3 miles a week so the 2 year warranty is going to be put to the test.

Nef's gave me an estimate at a fair price.The work was done when they said it would be, and the price was the same as was quoted. The people there are professional, and courteous. The owner is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain things in a way that is easy to understand. I highly recommend them.

You guys did a really good job on the car. But you forgot to take the summer air out of my baptizer and put Fresh Air Winter air in it. Everything else is just doing fantastic thank you guys gotta let you off

Took my car here and they did a wonderful job. Originally took my car to the dealership and they repaired it , but I continued to have the same issue with my car. I took my car to Nefs and they actually fixed the issue!!! They also don t treat women like they don t know anything about cars which I super appreciate!

I have used Nef's several times over the years. I've always been super happy with the service there. They are always very communicative and friendly.I've never had a negative experience with them. They become my go-to place whenever I have vehicle issues.

This is an update to the previous post on the experience at Nef's related to the Mercedes ml350 timing chain quote. I did get a follow up call from the owner. He was concerned that I didn't have a positive experience and regretted that I had to be referred out to Mercedes for a more in depth examination for the job required. He then asked that I come back for a refund of the roughly $170 I was charged for the time. Stand up gesture and Mr. Neff truly cares about his customer's experience.

I ve been going to Nef s Auto for more than six years and have only experienced attentive customer service and excellent work on my car. The team is communicative, fair, and helped me take my last Subaru over 250k miles. I recommend them highly and without reservation.
