I had my brakes start to go out, they had me in the next day and back on the road after a few hours. They were honest and fair in their pricing, and were very professional and kind. I would definitely trust them with future service.

This place is excellent! They treat you great and do a wonderful job to get the job done right. Kristi is so helpful and friendly. I cannot say enough great things about her! She is wonderful. Larry fixed my car and it runs perfectly!

My wife's Chevy traverse wasn't blowing hot air only blowing warm air so we took it to meineke. I got a call that it was either the radiator or the water pump and that it would cost somewhere about $1,000 a piece. I told them to go ahead and try the radiator first and see if that fixes it and if necessary we could move on from there. I got to call the next day saying it was fixed and everything was great. We picked up the car paid them about $1,200 only to determine that the heat still doesn't work on the way home. I specifically asked when they called if the heat problem was fixed and they said it was. Hence the reason for the one star otherwise they were very friendly and fast but they didn't actually fix the problem and then lied to me about it.

Thank you Meineke Spokane. We had a service issue from another repair shop and a major issue with the front end of our car. Scott and Kristie were very professional and after a few rigurous inspections and repairs, our car drives like it is brand new.

I have had really great service with this company. My Dad has been going here for years (when it had a different name) and when I needed service, he recommended it to me. I drive older cars, all over 200k miles, and they have taken great care of my cars. Most recently I had a power steering issue and they diagnosed it quickly. While they were fixing that, I also had them replace a CV Axel. Next week, I am bringing in my other car for some front end work. I highly recommend them. Larry is great to work with.

The bill was over a $150 more than the quote. After referring to the quoted price it was then reduced to around $70 over the quoted price. As for the quality of the work, can t say, it s has only been a couple of days since getting the work done. Not going back. Can t trust them. Fingers crossed that my vehicle is in the proper working order.Notice all the responses to negative reviews are the same. No response on implementing corrective action(s) to improve. Save yourself the headache. Don t ruin another day with this nonsense. Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Service is good as long as Larry is involved, but since Meineke bought out Ulrichs, prices have skyrocketed. Their labor rates are very high. Use to get excellent and honest service at a very reasonable price, but not anymore.Recently had a simple part replaced. I provided the part and it may have been a 15-20 min task, but I got charged $172 for labor. It was given a verbal estimate of about $40.Sadly, I will probably have to look for another shopService: General repairs & maintenance

I took my 1998 Mazda B4000 in because the drive train was hesitating and making a "clanking" sound whenever I took off from a complete stop. Another shop had told me that the rear end was going to need rebuilt, at a minimum cost of $2,200, so I wanted another opinion. The Meineke technician, Larry, took the truck for a short drive and told me he believed it was the rear drive shaft. He was right! He disassembled and re-lubricated it, and now my truck is running great for under $190.00. Larry was great to work with and had a wealth of knowledge. I'd definitely recommend this place to my friends.

I've been a loyal customer of the Meineke in my hometown for years because I've always trusted and liked the company as a whole. However, that trust and loyalty were shattered during my most recent visit. I went in for a simple oil change, but the lady at the front desk bombarded me with upsells, insisting that I needed new tires soon and pressuring me to get additional work done that I couldn't afford as a college student. Despite my protests, she kept pushing, and it was frustrating and overwhelming.What's more, she was unable to explain the warning on my battery, and the older gentlemen working there made snarky comments about my dirty filter. I was already annoyed by the situation, but they made me feel even more disrespected and belittled. And to top it off, the lady at the counter made it difficult for me to use a coupon.The general rudeness and tone used by the staff appalled me, and I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. After that experience, I've decided that I'll never be going back to that Meineke location. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there either. It's such a shame that my once-trusted service provider turned out to be so disappointing.Service: Oil change

1- my car had 1/2 tank of gas when towed in, when I picked up my car it was on empty and ran out of gas before I could get to nearest gas gas station.2- I'm not a smoker, but there was a water bottle with cigarettes in it and now I have to deodorize my car.3- my car was in parking lot with window down and keys in the ignition.4- if you want more information call me and we shall talk

Will never go back again. They wanted $4,000 to replace a timing chain. When asked how much I owed for the work done so far. The mechanic said $130 total because he was just charging for the compression test. I said, thank you, that's why I always go there and recommend them. When I went in to pick up my vehicle the lady at the front desk said it was over $300. Almost 3 times the cost I was told over the phone by the mechanic. When they called the mechanic up he looked almost surprised but then back tracked and said he meant $130 an hour. There are better and cheaper mechanics in the area. They lost mine, my family, and friends future business.Service: Engine repair

Took our car in for a brake problem that was covered under warranty. They took great care of us, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done the same day! I found Larry to be a genuine and honest guy, and would trust him to work on my vehicles again.

The only place in town i trust with my vehicle. Larry takes care of his customers and always makes sure the shop does it's very best job. Been coming to this shop for years and as long as Larry is in charge, I will keep coming back.

Service was for a company van. Routine brake inspection and tire rotation. Receptionist was plesant and a quick check in. Vehicle taken into shop on time. Mechanic went over the results. A link in a text showed several pictures to areas of inspection. I wouldn't hesitate to return for service in the future.

On a morning filled with appointments and important errands, my car decided to break down while coming up the hill on Division by Meinike. I was able to coast onto a side street and park, where I started to totally panic because my husband was mid flight and I wouldn t be able to reach him for a few hours. Family lives across the country and friends were all at work or school. I walked into Meinike and let them know about my situation and asked if they could help. I was helped immediately by a mechanic named Larry. He explained what looked to be the issue and did a quick fix free of charge and sent me on my way. Unfortunately, the problem was bigger than we thought. I turned the engine back on and the original problem occurred again (this was bound to happen at some point, but Larry was trying to buy me time until my husband could fix it). We decided that ordering and installing a new throttle body was the best option and my car was fixed in about an hour. The service was great, the pricing was more than fair, and I couldn t be happier with how my luck turned out that day. Thank you, Meineke, for saving the day!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Ulrick s Auto service changed to Mieneke Auto Care but the same people are working at the location it seems. As always the staffingare helpful and do excellent work. Ulrick s Auto service was recent changed to Mieneke Auto Care. Same crew inside and they do good work. Just had transmission fluid changed for a 100,000 mile service. I asked them to replace the wheel barring that I had just tried to replace with help and something wasn't quite right. Ulrichs was friendly and very helpful. The price was what was quoted and fair. Immediately leaving the parking lot I could tell my car was much better. He even went on to explain what we missed and what went wrong. I feel like I found a mechanic I can trust. I'll be going back.

I went in with a 4 Wheel drive issue and Larry fixed it in about 15 minutes with No Charge . So a month or so later I had them rebuild my transmission in a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel .
