I recently had a fantastic experience with Larry H. Miller Honda's service department. From the moment I called to make an appointment, the staff demonstrated understanding and concern for the safety issues I was facing. I was impressed to secure an appointment for the very next day. When I dropped off my car in the morning, they even offered me a complimentary Uber ride to work. Shortly after, I received text updates on how to reach the person in charge of my vehicle, and they promptly responded to all my inquiries. Once the work was completed, I received a phone call, and they offered me another ride from work to the service center. When I arrived, my car was in safe working order. Every person I interacted with was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. While I was initially worried about the cost, I not only drove off in a safe vehicle but also gained peace of mind knowing that Larry H. Miller is genuinely focused on customer satisfaction rather than just making money. I highly recommend them.

Exceptional Service from Brad,Brad went above and beyond to provide exceptional service when we took our car in for maintenance. We encountered an unexpected issue while rushing to take our kids to school, and upon contacting the service department, Brad immediately assured us to bring it in. True to his word, we arrived at the dealership in less than 15 minutes, and Brad wasted no time in attending to our car.Impressively, Brad made a promise to have our car ready by the time we needed to pick up our children from school and drive them to their various after-school activities. Despite our initial expectation of waiting for approximately 6 hours, Brad exceeded our hopes and called us before lunch to inform us that our car was ready for pick-up.In addition to the promptness of the service, the price charged by Brad was fair, reflecting his commitment to customer satisfaction. His outstanding level of care and attention to detail truly stood out during our entire experience. Thanks to Brad's expertise and dedication, we were able to collect our kids on time, feeling grateful and confident in the exceptional service we received.

Juan, he is a great guy. Brought my friend down to get her first car ever. Juan is patient and gave us alot of time to go over paperwork/insurance. He's was wonderful with my 2 toddlers I brought. Even the other staff around us were kind.

We purchased a vehicle from Alec at Larry H Miller Honda and it was the easiest, most refreshing experience we ve ever had buying a car. He worked hard for us, stayed late and explained every single step to us. He was very nice, patient with our kids, efficient and thorough. It was a 5 star experience for sure. Made the appointment for recall repair easily. Check in went well. They called about 2 other services they wanted to do, but I declined. I did not receive a call to say the car was ready. When I got back to the shop to check on it, they said it was waiting for the 2 services that I declined. Took a while for them to figure out where my car was. Turned out, it was ready but fell through the cracks. Service people were very polite and helpful.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Larry H Miller helped me find the cause of my code in my car. This was the 3rd shop I visited with the same issues and a long list of things we d already tried. They found a unique cause and fixed the issue. I spent 3 months trying to locate the issue with other shops. We had it in and fixed in a matter of about a week. Myron was my advisor, he kept in great contact with me and put up with my terrible attitude and sense of humor about the situation. Tyler was my tech and he was the one who found the root of the issue. Thank you for making it easy to deal with your company and thank you for finally fixing my car s check engine light. Came in wanting to trade in my CRV not knowing if I would be able to or not with having only fair credit. Howard was amazing walked us through what we needed and helped me and my fianc� leave with a truck and still on the low side for payments. Also transmission & rear fluids, headlight change & washed my car, all for a very reasonable price. They were fast, professional, knowledgeable, very accommodating to my schedule and have a comfortable, if not luxurious, waiting area. They explained all the things my car needed & had done very clearly. I brought my vehicle that I purchased from them and to get the maintenance check up package that I purchased when I bought the vehicle. There was a lot of confusion and mix up and my scheduling of the employment and even what was all involved in my package. I had to talk to multiple people and end up rescheduling half of my service for a different week. The gentleman who helped me was very kind and accommodating and helped me work through all of the issues but it was a frustrating and not a smooth process at all. I took my car in recently when I got a notice about a recalled part in the mail. Scheduling the initial inspection visit by phone was very quick and pleasant. They informed me while on the phone the first visit was just to check if I had the part being recalled and a second appointment would be needed for replacing the part. I waited at the service center during the visit (they estimate 2 hours for inspection) and after about 1.5 hours they informed me I did need the replacement and they had the parts in stock due to another customer they were meant for no longer needing them (other customer car was in an accident and car was totaled). They asked if I would like to replace the parts that day and estimated another 1.5 hours wait. I said yes. The whole time I spent at the service center was about 3 hours. They have a text update service and I used it to get a status update on my car near the end of the estimated time. Overall it was a pleasant and uneventful visit. Most other customers in the waiting area were fine though one male waiting did not have his mask up and was talking on his phone for about 40 minutes which was annoying.

Excellent communication before, during and after appointment. They promptly took care of a recall issue with my 2018 Pilot and also addressed a brake issue. Had some scary issues while on the freeway. Called AutoNation Honda which is where I bought my car and was told I couldn't be seen for weeks. After discussing that I was in a car that wasn't even a year old with a warranty and that it wouldn't be safe to drive they would not see me all for 2 weeks. I called Larry H Miller Honda and told them what was happening and that the issues were making it unsafe to drive and that the car was under factory warranty they got me right in. They gave me a car to drive. After doing all the things to diagnose it, it ended up having to have a completely new transmission put in. They kept me updated every day by phone and made me feel very taken care of. They will have my business from now on. Great staff and customer service. Excellent customer service experience Always! 100 % I have always received great outstanding customer service when I go to Honda of Spokane from the very 1st Honda civic Car I bought in 2002 it was a 2000 Red Honda Civic Ex 2 door that I drove for13 years to the Next vehicle I purchased from Downtown Honda a 2008 Honda CRV driving that car for 8 years & My Current vehicle a 2014 4 Door Blue Honda Civic that I've had for 7 years. I have purchased three vehicles from LHM and had all my service performed there for years. The guys that work customer service are the absolute best. They are incredibly knowledgeable, great at explaining things, and reasonable with people on a budget. I tend to be a little neurotic about my vehicles and they never make me feel like I am. George, the service manager, explained to me exactly why my check engine light was on and what repairs and cost it would take to fix it. I had them do an oil change, as well. They usually offer to throw in a free car wash, too, but since it was 10� outside I don't think that was an option this time!George and his team are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The only thing I miss from Larry Miller Honda, in general, when i compare it with Bell Honda in Phoenix is they would alway vacuum and wash my car, when I took it in for servicing. I am someone who prefers to take my car to the dealership for any sort of repairs, maintenance, etc. Being a young woman I am often dismissed or treated like I don t know anything. Never once have I felt that way at this Honda location. Myron has consistently treated me with the upmost respect and has ALWAYS been beyond helpful. He is kind, personable, and never talks down to me/belittles me. He is my go to person without a doubt and Larry H Miller Honda is my go to location. I feel comfortable and confident being here and am constantly grateful for the work they do for my car. We purchased replacement keys, which required some reprogramming in addition to actually cutting keys. Keys were cut and programmed quickly and they work great. We live two hours out of town, and so needed to wait while the work was done. The lounge at LHM Honda is a very comfortable and friendly place to wait. It has high-speed internet complimentary and great coffee at no charge.

I had purchased the $90 oil change plan and went in to get my third change 1/20/22. They charged me AGAIN $60 for an oil change as well as not mentioning they would be completing the 30,000 injector cleaning which ended up being $300. ($150 in labor and $150 for the actual service) ALL I WANTED WAS MY transmission fluids changed and oil changed.EDIT: they were able to rebill me as they saw their mistake.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

When I bought my CRV, I paid for the service plan that included oil changes. When my husband brought it in, they charged him even though he explained we had already paid. They said they'd look into it but didn't and charged us. When I called, it did get straightened out, but they have to mail us a check. When I asked why this happened, the person on the phone said our vouchers are easy to see on our account and it was clear they just didn't bother to check. It sure seems like subpar customer service to me.
