The service department staff was very courteous and friendly. Had me in and out in less than a couple hours just like they said they would! Mechanic made a detailed and informative video of what they found and corrected step by step. Really a top notch dealership that I will continue to use for all my Range Rover needs.

20 minutes before my appointment, they called me and told me to wait another month. I waited five months before they even looked at my car. When I complained, they told me to call their GM. The number they gave me was for the sales department and they didn t even pick up. When I finally took my car in, Paul tried to sell me lug nuts for $400 and said it d take two days to fix my car. I got my car back three weeks later.Services: Transmission, Tires, Oil change

I m very upset about having to write this post. And leave this review. It s not like me. But it is only to help improve the quality of the service from Paul the service manager. To provide better service to the community he serves.I understand this dealership is owned by Auto Nation which is a very large corporation. However the service provided can still be executed to customers to help come up with the best solutions to the problems we face. (Not this case)I own a 2023 Land Rover Defender V8 with 8200 miles. (New car)Warranty issues:-Distorted speakers in the front doors sound like they are blown.-Air vent in front dash has high pitch hissing sound. (this is the second time I ve taken it into them for these problems to be fixed.)Resolved issues: Alcntara steering wheel pealing off from steering wheel. And at low speeds the exhaust system would rattle, sounded like a heat reflector, vibrating off a piece of metal.Thank you for fixing this!(I have other thoughts I could share about the quality of Land Rovers builds however, this is not the place.)Paul s reasons/ excuses.-Due to the CarPlay/Bluetooth in the car would cause distortion in the speakers and cause them to sound like they are blown.I ve owned many high-end luxury vehicles, including a brand new range rover Valar and several others and never had this problem with the Bluetooth distorting the speakers.I played music through the satellite radio in the Defender and still had the same affect in my car without using Bluetooth.I did run the car to Aspen Sound (a professional car audio store) and they said there is something wrong with the sound system. (wanted to get a second opinion)I personally think the amp power in the speakers is turned up too high and or the speakers really are blown. (But this is not my job to figure out)However Paul, refuses to do anything else to try to fix that issue.Paul s second reason/ excuse. The hissing in the air vent cannot be fixed, because the air deflecting off one of the flaps in a certain setting, causes it to hiss. Says it s probably due to the air box motor.I asked him if he can replace the air box motor and open up the dash and he says. It s a long drawn out process to open up the dash and if so it will cause other creeks in noises.. so there is nothing he can do.His exact words were take it to the dealership where I bought it pretty disappointing Paul. Now I m left taking time out of my schedule to drive to Seattle to have the warranty work fixed on my car.I can t own a Land Rover if the service dealership who gets paid to do warranty work. Won t do the work.I would really love to change this review if Land Rover Spokane service would help me come up with a solution to this. I am willing to work with you guys on this.

Unfortunate experience with their service/parts manager Justin. I worked with him to order roof rails/crossbars for my discovery, it is an easy install so I chose just to order the parts and do the install myself. After I brought the parts home and began the install I discovered he ordered the wrong finishers, which I had just adhered to my vehicle. This was a big Inconvenience as I had to rip off the finishers, and clear the adhesive once again in addition to the extra trip to their dealership to pickup the part. When I contacted Justin to report the error, there was no apology, and essentially blamed me for choosing to do the install myself. He also had the audacity to try and charge me again for the correct finishers. Eventually he passed me off to one of his employees after I contacted their GM. After buying 2 new vehicles at their dealership, I would expect better service. I will not be going back.

Terrible experience . They gave me a quote online to buy my car..I explained it was a recent purchase, and that it was stuck in immobilization mode. After 3 days of phone calls back and forth, they said if I had a title they would honor their original quote of $1000, and use it as a down on one of their used pre-owned vehicles. After pulling out our last $80 we hired a guy to pull it to their lot. Immediately they started backpedaling when we got the there. Refusing to accept our signed title, refused to buy our vehicle. Said we leave our car in their lot a couple days and bid us farewell.

Professional, thorough, friendly and absolutely impeccable service! Our salesman, Jordan, made us feel at ease and was in contact every step of the way on our travels from Montana to pick up our new car. Can't say enough about our wonderful experience!

I ve been bringing them my 1998 Volvo V70 since 2016 when they were still an authorized Volvo service shop. I ve spent over $11,000 here, despite feeling sidelined for having an old Volvo instead of a new Land Rover or Jaguar. I continued to bring my vehicle here even though I felt like the service I was getting had been in decline for a couple years. But after my last service, I won t be back.On a recent road trip, our car broke down in Wenatchee. A shop there was able to give us a quick fix to get home to Spokane, along with an itemized estimate for the repairs they deemed necessary. I brought that estimate to Land Rover Spokane to make sure the diagnosis was right and to get the work done. And at first, I was pleased when Land Rover Spokane offered to match the Wenatchee shop s price. I was told in no uncertain terms, even though our prices are a little higher, we re going to go ahead and match their estimate. Turns out, that was a flat-out lie. When it came time to pay up, the only thing Land Rover Spokane did was drop the cost of parts to MSRP. They refused to keep their word, and charged me more than $200 more than the other shop s estimate. And even that tiny price drop was after I was first handed the bill with NO deductions, and I had to remind them I was told they d match the other estimate. All of this was on top of bringing my car in on Monday, being told it d be done Tuesday, then not getting it back until Thursday afternoon. I had to rent a car for two extra days, just to have Land Rover Spokane renege on their good-faith offer.I ll never be back. I m spending $2500/yr to maintain an old rig, and I ll find a shop that keeps its word and doesn t treat me like a second-tier customer.

I called their parts department looking for something as simple as a set of factory style Range Rover lug nuts. I told them the size and thread pitch to try and help the kid on the phone out. But was told that they can't look it up by year, make and model. They have to have the VIN number. Are you kidding me?
