Reason for a 2 Star Rating.I purchased my New 2024 Rover from Spokane Land Rover. It was a Dynamic SE with only 128 miles.The GOOD.Sales is awesome. My sales guy Antonio and his manager John were awesome to work with. Did not feel any pressure. Had it not been for these, I would have walked.Mary, the finance gal, stayed late and found me great rate.The NOT so goodThis Rover had 128 miles at time of purchase.I feel my trade in ( Porsche Macan) was undervalued. It still had Factory Warranty and very clean, but O well.Delivery of my New Rover.I was expecting a Clean Brand New Car at time of delivery and did not botherr inspecting. I purchased a new $110k Rover How could it be dirty I asked myself. I was there almost 5 hrs and wanted to get home.I was shocked next morning to see the filth in the Rover. It honestly looked like a Used car.I called Antonio immediately n shared pics with him, and he mentioned he would share them with his management. No one bothered to follow up.See pics below. A brand new 2024 Rover Sport.Not what I expected from Land Rover.It's an Auto Nation owned dealership, and no one followed up. I'm sure they could have arranged a detail at another Autonation dealership.

Another great experience at Land Rover/Jaguar! From sales to finance to management, everyone is friendly and easy to relate to. I didn't feel pressured to buy, or condescended to as a female. It is the only place I'd recommend to someone looking for a positive experience buying a great vehicle. Period.

This was the best car buying experience I ve ever had. My salesman Maurice was very helpful with finding the prefect vehicle that I was looking for. Was able to get my truck transported in from California and made sure everything we discussed was handled properly. If I could rate Land Rover Spokane a 100 I would they definitely deserve it. The whole crew was very attentive and answered all questions that I possibly had. They also made sure that I had a great experience. The manager reached out and made sure that my experience was good and I appreciate how well they treated me during the whole process. I absolutely love my Range Rover Velar!

The purchasing process was kind of a pain - but what is the worst is I was told my vehicle had all the in vehicle capabilities I was looking for - wifi, remote start and such. Well it does not and I paid for the subscription because I thought it did. When I contacted the dealership they were confused as to why it does not - come to find out it s on the older network and it s not upgradeable. So I m out the money for the subscription, have a vehicle that does not have the items promised and the dealership was nice enough to tell me they would refund my money for the subscription. It s been almost a year. No communication back from them after multiple attempts. Super disappointed.We own two Land Rovers and I will tell you I d rather travel to another state to purchase our next.Update - so the coil in my suspension broke while I was driving - super hard to understand why as the vehicle isn t that old - upon inspection - it had completely rusted through and snapped. Tried and tried to get ahold of parts no avail - had to go through service to get the parts ordered. Was told 3-5 days, we ordered on a Monday, no parts until the following Wednesday of which I had to call to see if they were in. And they were. Both service and parts rude about the fact that we were not having the parts replaced at the dealership. Furthermore - parts through a different dealership were $76 a piece where Spokane charged us $159 A PIECE - the only reason we preserved through Spokane was because of the timeframe of which did not matter anyways.Land Rover Spokane - complete disappointmentAND I still have yet to hear from management per the dealerships response to my review, not shocking. I will be forwarding my comments to the BBB and Land Rover Corporate. This is unacceptable.

Service department was courteous and friendly. Service technician did a great job and even made an explanation video of what was done and how the overall health of my vehicle was from the inspection process of my vehicle. Would highly recommended them and will continue to work with them in my future vehicle work.

My wife and I took our Land Rover to have warranty work done when it was having starting issues. Drove all the way from Montana to drop it off. We were called to come get it drove all the way from Montana to Spokane again just to be given a faulty vehicle that had a check engine light on as soon as we drove off the lot turned around and returned it to the dealership that day. Finally made a third trip out to pick up the vehicle that was allegedly fixed, it smelled like fuel when we picked it up, but we assumed it was from the work that was done, everyday since the car smells like fuel all day, which probably isn't safe. We texted and called multiple times and we're never called back. As directed by our lawyer,We are now getting a 3rd party inspection of work done andahold of the corporate office in hopes that we can have our vehicle fixed like it should be. Next will be a court case for sending us out with an unsafe vehicle. -poor communication-no concern for customers safety.

Having to drive 3 hours to the closest dealer for a software update recall I was surprised that it took over a month to secure an appointment. The recall said it would be a 15 min service, once we arrived they said it would be a while and offered to drive us somewhere to wait. We opted to stay in the waiting room. For being Land Rover and Jaguar I was really disappointed in the waiting room - nothing nice about it - it was cold and uncomfortable. At one point it smelled so bad of exhaust we had to go outside. I expected more from a luxury dealer. I told the gal at check in that I wanted to order a sim card and that never happened. 2 hours later. We were on our way back home. She apologized for not cleaning the car stating lack of staff. Simply not impressed.

Unresolved Issues After Months of InconvenienceI rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Land Rover Spokane leaves me no choice. I initially sent my vehicle in for both warranty and Manufacturer Recall work. Not only did the repairs take an excessive two months to complete, but the car was also returned to me with the Service Engine Light still on a clear indicator that the original issues were not adequately addressed.To make matters worse, communication has been extremely poor. Despite multiple attempts to get in touch with the service department, it has proven nearly impossible to speak to anyone who can resolve these ongoing issues.It's disheartening to see such a lack of responsibility and customer care from a dealership that should hold itself to higher standards. Would strongly advise against using their services based on my experience.

Do not go to this terrible dealership and don't even trust them with your car! They replaced our car battery with a faulty one, and after taking the car back to them, they refused to take responsibility even though the battery was covered under warranty. They don't answer the phone or emails. Terrible customer service and the manager wouldn't listen even after explaining everything to him.

Only received low-ball offers from them until we showed them the better offer we received from Carmax. I wanted to let Carmax have it but my husband preferred to sell it on the spot rather than drive it back to Carmax. John handled our transaction and he is a great guy who tried to complete the job as quickly & efficiently as possible. It s the Auto Nation finance peeps in FL that made this transaction more onerous than it needed to be.

Had a Great Experience buying my first and not my last Range Rover Sport!I inquired about it online through car gurus, on the weekend, and Jordan Sherwood reached out the next morning and got in touch.He followed up with me, and helped me obtain all the details and info on the car as well as helping me get an extended warranty with great coverage!10/10Couldnt be happier with my 2014 Range Rover Sport HSE!Thank you Jordan and everyone else that helped make this happen on very short notice!

This was my second time taking my Range Rover here for service. My first experience was not at the level of service I had come to expect from Land Rover. They made up for it this time. There has been something wrong with my Range Rover TD6 for quite awhile and they were able to diagnose the problem and once the parts arrive my car will finally perform the way it was built to.

By far the best experience I've had when buying a vehicle. Down to earth people who treat you like family. We had the pleasure of having Jordan Sherwood as our sales consultant. With my credit being less than perfect I thought we would spend hours trying to get something figured out. Made me feel at ease while getting things squared away and didnt take hours upon hours. Love the AutoNation no haggle price.

I have taken my range rover into this dealership 3 times and none of my visit have been pleasant but this last one has lost the Land Rover brand a customer. I absolutely love my vehicle but they way this service department treat people and invalidates their customers is shameful.

I purchased my first Land Rover Discovery Sport from Land Rover Spokane in October 2020. I had been in the market for a new SUV for over 4 months. Michael Meador, Sales Agent, was beyond patient with me. I walked in with very high expectations in what I wanted in a vehicle: features, capabilities, color and a specific monthly payment. For 3 months, Michael continued to keep in touch with me regarding my vehicle needs. I fell in love with the Discovery and Michael and the entire Land Rover Team (big shout out to Cale Browning, Sales Manager and Al Harvey, Financial Service Director) met every expectation; plus more.

The sales manager of Jaguar/Land Rover of Spokane, Jeremy Reilly, has been EXTREMELY helpful with obtaining a tow for a disable vehicle as well as a loaner. He went above and beyond with his service and my wife was very impressed and she is hard to impress. He knows the meaning of customer service.

What a great team at Land Rover Spokane! Their service department is fantastic and the sales team is great to work with, so much so I just ordered our 10th Rover. I've been to other dealers on the west side of the state for both sales and service and they just don't compare to the high levels of customer commitment and technical skill you find at Land Rover Spokane.

I am really grateful for the service team at Land Rover Spokane! I was in a complete panic because the check engine light on my vehicle came on as I happened to be on my way to Spokane. I called them and they were able to check out my vehicle, run diagnostics, and ultimately replace a part that had a recent recall on it. They did this all within a day because they knew I lived out of town and had to be back on the road. Paul and his team were so friendly and helpful in getting my vehicle running like new again. I appreciated their easy-to-understand explanation of the work done (all under warranty) and the fact that they answered my questions thoroughly. They were pretty busy too and the fact that they made the time for me because I am not local to the area was greatly appreciated. They also have a program that texts a video of the vehicle and the work they did, identifying what was the problem, how they fixed it, etc. - which was incredibly helpful for me! THANK YOU PAUL and the service team for all of your help (so I didn't have a complete meltdown)!

Very process driven trained staff. Service is always good.Staff does the best they can in the closet of a service aquarium they live in. Disappointing what lack of quality work space that is provided to these people that are an obvious profit center for them. such a large high end dealership of Jaguar and Range Rover customers waiting in a very uncomfortable dirty wide open waiting area while the staff is crammed into a work space that is realistically not inviting to customers at all. Fix up your space and make it nice like your people and brands deserve Autonation . Jon is good

I wanted an Evoque convertible, yes convertible and they are difficult to come by! I also wanted it to be red. Land Rover Spokane was able to secure one for me in the Seattle area in just 1 day. They had not even met me, but only discussed this on the phone and via email. They had the vehicle transported to Spokane where I purchased it and picked it up. I gave them the information regarding my trade in and they quoted me a price. NOTHING changed upon my arrival. The price for the Evoque and my trade in were exactly what they had quoted me. They made this so easy! Thank Mitch and team Spokane. I love my Evoque convertible!

Wonderful being in the Land Rover/Range Rover family of Spokane, Washington!My first service appointment for my Discovery Sport, the service department went above and beyond my expectations. During my trip to have service done, my check tire sensor light came on telling me I had low pressure. I filled tire and had service check tire and it had been damaged on the sidewall. My tires were new at the time of purchasing vehicle and to a pleasant surprise as a courtesy service replaced it at no additional cost.Thank you again for going that extra mile and making my trip from Montana a special one.You have a great team!Kat
