Very easy to work with.Pricing was upfront and honest.Got me in the shop on a short notice.Work seems to be great so far.They seem to really enjoy what they do.Got me and my subie back out to enjoy the mountains for another 100k+ miles.

These guys knew just what was wrong with my car with minimal description! They know their subarus. They did a major job and it worked just how they said it would for the price they quoted (which was substantially lower than a dealership). Even a little bit early. I recommend anyone in Spokane area to bring your subarus here for work.NiceHonestClean work. 5 stars

These guys are the most honest mechanics you'll find in Spokane. They went completely above and beyond and addressed problems I had no idea had gotten so bad. The prices were incredibly fair. I'll only use them.

Steve has done an excellent job for me on several occasions now. He has always been very professional and has kindly fixed a few small problems with no charge. I called and the guy I spoke with was super helpful and upfront about everything and even offered a few suggestions to help me self diagnose and fix my Outback. I actually gave his number and info to a friend today with a recommendation for help with their Subaru

They were quick to fit me in and was speedy on the service done. Prices were reasonable. They have been helpful with any concerns with my cars. Tony does great work at a great price! He was the only guy around town that could get me in within the month and had my car back to me within the week! He told me to call if I had any issues with his work and he will get it in and repair it. The people there are very nice and it was an overall great experience!

I run a lot of miles for work so I rake up wear on my car. Last April my engine called it quits. Instead of doing a rebuild I found a engine and talked to Steven the owner about doing a swap. He quoted me less than anyone else while at the same time including all the necessary replacements while he had the car torn apart. I was pleased with not only his rates but the honestly and care he puts into his shop.Now after many more miles I have a bad CVT. Again I got a great quote on putting in my replacement and an offer to add in much needed wheel bearing and CV axel work. Tony at Independent Subaru is a wonderful mechanic. I know NOTHING about cars, which is abundantly clear, so I need someone very honest so I don't get fleeced! If you tell him your brakes are acting up, he won't just do all new brakes unless that is needed. His prices are very reasonable as well. I have been going to him for years and recommend him highly!Services: Brakes, Air conditioning

Tony is honest, knowledgeable, fast, and overall a great mechanic! As a female, it can be intimidating to have your vehicle worked on but Tony put my mind to ease and didn't do what some shops do and try to oversell. He just did the work that needed to be done and didn't over charge me. I would recommend Tony at Independent Subaru to anyone needing any kind of repair or service.

Called with a possibility of blown engine. Tony made a phone call. Within an hour called me back with options. Got my car in promptly and got it done just as quickly. Really honest work and prices. No hidden fees highly recommend anyone looking for Subaru repairs. Thanks so much Tony and crew

Wonderful professional service. Tony had to pull the motor from my Impreza and replace numerous gaskets including the head gaskets. There was other work he did at the same time as well. All of it was done in a very timely manner and done right the first time. I will definitely be a return customer

Our 2011 Subaru Impreza needed head gaskets and timing belt replaced at 100k miles (the typical Subaru situation!) and the local dealership quoted over $2,500 in parts and labor. I called around for a comparison and Tony was great to deal with from the first phone call on. He got the job done 3 days sooner than promised, at a significant savings compared to the dealer. He also repaired/replaced several additional items that were not included or were extra cost items on the Subaru dealer's quote (water pump, front and rear main seals, and resurfacing of the cylinder heads). I would absolutely recommend this shop for your Subaru needs!

Absolutely great customer service & price. Mechanic drove all the way to my house after closing to check out a problem that turned out to just be some oil burn off. DO NOT GO HERE!!!Had a cylinder 3 misfire, paid him about 500$. he said it was fixed. Then had head gaskets done, now just 3 months later check engine light comes on and after Diagnostic it reads cylinder 3 misfire!! HE WILL NOT RETURN CALL

I went for a 2nd opinion..he put oil in my car and I had no cash or nothing ..saved me... Tony will be getting all my business..wish I found him before I got my head gasket done
