Great service, least aggressive sales people I've encountered. They don't coax you to purchase anything specific, they inform you of their product to the furthest extent and encourage you to take your time to make a educated decision for your self. Its a limited market for mobility vans but glad we've had them to deal with rather than another dealer

We purchased our first van in 2017 and Alex guided us through the VA paperwork and handled every for us. We have had nothing but excellent service and consider Alex, Albert and Mario friends who have taken very good care of us. We ve since traded in for a brand new Chevy Traverse and they have made the transfer so easy for us as they brought the new SUV to us! They go out of their way to assist and reduce stress.We love the 2021 Chevy Traverse!!!

My family and I had an exceptional experience with Alex, Albert and everyone at Goldenwest. I was so relieved that they knew what to do with the VA process when I didnt. Transitioning to accessible vehicles can be a big step, often while experiencing many life hurdles. I'm so grateful this place exists, and even more so the people who work here. Kind, respectful and experienced; outstanding communications and service, both personally and technically.This place & the people truly are a gem. Forever grateful. Thank you Alex & Goldenwest!

Thankful to have met Mario and grateful that he's a pro at wiring like peoples' lives depend on it - because they do. My trailer brake controller was poorly installed elsewhere, shorted and quit working. Given that I tow 10,000 lbs on a regular basis - someone could have been killed. Mario showed me everything that my "gold seal" mechanic did wrong - fixed the problem, installed a new controller, rewired the whole thing, new hookup on the bumper, AND this was all while staying late because he knew this was my work truck. This place is dedicated - and it also helps to have a master welder and electrician as the owner! Thank you so much...I may need an engine swap soon if you're up for it

We were blown away with the customer service here! We rented a van for the weekend of our wedding for our mom and they went above and beyond for us. They came in on a Saturday, when they are normally closed, to get us the van we needed. The only place in Spokane where you can rent one of these vans and they exceeded all of our expectations! Thank you for everything!

I called to inquire about a lift that Goldenwest Mobilty sold and I was told I was "low priority". The salesman was very rude. I do not recommend you work with this company; very poor first impression!!

I've been coming here for 10 year when it comes fixing things .Marty is the best of the best .always nice I screwed up came in on wrong date and they were nice and took me any way and fixed it nice people and good at what they do thank you
