Just called 10-25-23 for windshield replacement. They do not do glass repair in Spokane area.

Great company, quick to get in, will come to your house.... WAY better than driving downtown to Auto glass like my search engine suggested. And the same price! Was able to be scheduled the next day from calling to set up an appointment verses the 9 day out like their competition. The tech kept me in the loop when he thought he'd be over and updated me on any delays. The chip is repaired and it's guaranteed while it own the rig. AND if it needs replacement they will put the cost I paid for the chip towards a new one. Will be exclusively going to Glass America from here out and telling everyone!

Had to get in ASAP with a service shop to fix a window busted from someone breaking into my car. Got in super quick, the service didn't take any time at all, was the best quote I had received from calling around town, AND they did a great job. Definitely would come here again/recommend.

Customer service is polite, but will say anything to get you to make an appointment and pre-pay. I scheduled an appointment 3 days in advance to help ensure that I would be in an early appointment window. I was told that a tech would be working on my truck between 8:00am and 10:00am. The tech called later that day at around noon and said he was over booked. He said he could fit me in between 5:00pm and 6:00pm. Thats fine, stuff happens, I'm not going to blame an overworked tech.At 5:00 I get a call from the call center and they tell me they have to push me back a day. I ask them why I am being pushed back when i was told i would have a morning appointment, and the caller said we don't do appointments before 10. So i was LIED to from the first call center rep! I had rearranged my schedule, and gotten a ride to work to make this appointment work. The only reason they get 2 stars instead of one is that the technician was nice, honest, and understanding.

I had a great experience with Mike. He was very flexible with the address and was able to get everything done within an hour. Plus, it s a warranty for life. It is convenient that they have offices in different locations since my glass broke while traveling.

Not Happy. Tech late, given the wrong parts, will try again next day. I call manager having been offered a pathetic 10% discount for wasting my time, he makes excuses, says something about age of car and after-market parts. I tell him "keep working on it, and I'll work on it". Haven't heard from them by noon that day. Me: get on the phone and find the glass locally and install it myself before the end of the business day and still haven't heard from Glass America. No, I'm not happy with over-promising and under-delivering.

My daughter lives far from me in Spokane. Her car was broken into by smashing a window. Glass America took care of it quickly, while working with her work schedule and I couldn't believe the low cost. I feel so much better knowing there is a company we can trust.

Both times my insurance has set me up with this place they've had to reschedule the appointment to a time and date that I could not actually use. I had to get a manager involved and finally convinced them to stay to the 1st appointment 2nd time around they refused to actually do anything about it so I had to have my insurance go to a different company. This is absolutely unprofessional.

They say that the cover Spokane area but they do not. They have to subcontract out to a local business.

Great customer service, great work and really quick with window replacements. Julio vacuumed up a lot of glass which I'm very appreciative of, and the installation looks good as new
