Thank you gerber. Amazing service, kept me updated along the way. Made a really stressful situation way less stressful. I want to give a huge shout out to Kyle at the francis location, very cool straight forward guy.. very helpful and gets the job done right the first time. He went over and beyond when it came to taking care of my truck. Thanks man! Truck looks brand new again.

Needed some collision repair, including body and paint work, as well as headlight and side mirror replacement. Very professional with Great attention to detail. The interior was cleaned and the exterior looked immaculate. We had an issue where the new headlight was not working after picking up the car. They fixed it immediately upon opening the next morning within 15mins.

Sad to say, but we have had to use Gerber on more than one occasion. Their staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable and do a great job of repairing our vehicles.

I would let anyone know how well Gerber has treated me and my automobile. My car is pretty awesome again. There are some items that still require repair, but its not the fault of Gerber. The parts are on backorder.

I have to begin by saying I was greeted by everyone in the office upon showing up for the estimate. Shannon was assigned to my estimate and repair. Once I dropped off my truck they called Enterprise to come pick me up to get my rental car. I was informed they give progress updates on Tuesday's and Thursday's, this was not true in my case. I actually received DAILY updates. Shannon was amazing in keeping me informed on the progress and parts that were installed and on order. I could not have been happier with the service there. They also got my truck completed within the time quoted even with part order delays. After driving my repaired truck for a week or two, I noticed a few minor issues(granted I bent so many brackets it's not funny). They guarantee their work and got me in right away and paid for a rental while they took care of the few things. They estimated up to 3 days. It was done that evening! Thank you Shannon and the Gerber crew for being so diligent and making my truck look and drive like new! They even made my license plate look almost new. The North Spokane Shop and crew are wonderful to deal with! I highly recommend this shop! Again thank you Shannon and the rest of the crew I didn't get to meet, You are all awesome!

I cannot recommend this repair shop in good conscience. Though we have used their services several times in the past, with satisfactory results, they blew it this time. They werent interested in keeping a repeat customer which says a lot.I had an appointment a week ago (that I waited 2 weeks for, at minimum) to repair a small booboo on the grill and bumper of my Toyota. They didn't move my car for 4 days. It sat in the sun while I scrambled to find vehicles to drive. I had to finally retrieve it out of desperation, it hadn't been touched, and they offered zero apologies for the lack of progress. Kyle lied twice to try cover his rear, and the manager didn't even attempt to deal with that or to keep our business.I'm going to a new repair shop. They are either too busy, too arrogant, or too inept to provide good customer service these days. It's too bad because they use to be so good. Beware.

This place went above and beyond my expectations, took care of me and any need I had while my car was being serviced. The young lady up front was very kind and was always on top of giving me updates on my work. Stacey is the man, made me feel like my car was in good hands and when I received it I was blown away. Highly recommend!I went to Gerber after I was in an auto accident where I was rear ended at high speed and injured. The staff at Gerber did not only take care of my auto repairs promptly and with care and transparency, but they went above and beyond.I experienced nastiness and mistreatment from the other party s insurance and Gerber s staff, particularly Marcy, went out of their way to advocate for me to the insurance company and showed genuine compassion for the situation I am in.Not to mention, my repairs were beautiful and my car was returned to me clean and in better shape than before I was hit.I LOVED working with Gerber!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

9 months to change a radiator? And they used up the compleley full gas tank!. After hearing a friend go through that, I'd never take my truck to these amatures.

My truck had some damage to the bumper and needed repairs. They provided a quote and the work was done on time. Staff were friendly and professional. My truck was even washed and cleaned! I was going to go in and get an estimate and have them work on my truck but she told me I needed to be scheduled for an estimate she said she'd schedule Me 2 weeks out to do an estimate on a front fender. I go to three separate body shops after I went to Gerber and I got estimates at all three same day. What kind of body shop schedules an estimate when they're all sitting around petting a puppy inside the office like they were super busy I highly do not recommend this place

I definitely can t give them any more stars like I want to. I brought my car in after hitting a deer, they were super timely with giving me my estimate, working with my insurance and getting the car done in 2 weeks with $5000 in damage. My car looked completely brand new, they cleaned the interior and the exterior. I had some rusting on the hood from an old paint job from the previous owner and they had fixed that for me while they were doing everything else, no questions asked and no additional cost to me. I really couldn t recommend this place enough. I left happier and my car looked amazing.

Long story but worth the read. THIS IS HOW GERBER TREATS YOU AFTER THEY RECEIVE OVER $7,500!!My car was in an accident and taken to Gerber based off the good reviews they ve received. Gerber has dropped stars just since my car was in the shop. When I received the call my car was ready I picked it up from Gerber and not even a mile down the road, at division and Francis light, my cars entire dash lit up like Christmas flashing at me. I called Gerber and they wanted me to drive my car back. I returned my car to Gerber to have the (I d assume) manager come meet at the door immediately to tell me the lights were on before my car got into the accident?!!!! Could you believe that? I continue into his office and he has the codes my car is throwing pulled up on google..... the guy had no idea what he was even taking about and trying to tell me I had to take it to a different mechanic and pay them to fix it. After 10 minutes of arguing and me putting the keys on his desk saying that I m not accepting my car he finally said he would take it to their mechanic. I received a call a few hours later that my car was ready and when I asked for an explanation he couldn t give me one on why my car threw so many lights. Frustrated I left, which happened to be about the time it was getting dark. As I leave I realize my headlights aren t working properly so again I call Gerber and take my car in to have them fix my headlights the next morning. I got my car back later that evening, headlights working amazing. (Why all this wasn t taken care of before I received my car is the most frustrating part to me about this incident.) I had to load Tv into the back of my car, opening the door they had worked on and repainted, I noticed craters in the paint all over the edge of the door due to a poor and fast paint job. So for the third time, I immediately drove to Gerber and spoke with a gentleman standing outside that stated the lady who called me about my car (also informed me she had since been fired, I wonder why.....) was suppose to inform me about that but hadn t and he is claiming it s due to old repairs on the door and they won t fix it. 2 weeks later and the sensors on both tires they replaced are bad and I ve tried calling corporate but I get a voicemail after sitting through the ring for 5 minutes and I ve left voicemails. The customer service at this business is beyond horrible. I DON T RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE.Services: Tires, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Extremely disappointed when we picked up our vehicle after taking it there for an auto insurance claim....simple stuff to fix, yet they called US asking us what was wrong with our car, and then they not only DROVE our car to a different gerber location and using all our gas before our suspension was fixed, but decided to tell us they fixed our car when they didn't! When we picked it up, shortly after driving it home, our check engine light came on, smelled like our engine was burning rubber, and when we got to 60 mph, our alignment was so off that it was pulling us towards the ditch! Just disappointed with the lack of communication from them and their lack of going over our vehicle before having us pick it up! Definitely will NEVER take any of my vehicles to their shops!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

These guys made my front end look better than it did when I bought it. I'm blown away how well they matched the paint on a 10 year old car. Everytime I pass it now, I have to tell her how pretty she looks. Because she is just so pretty....and they did this in less time than estimated, and kept me up to date on every process every 2 days, at my request. I honestly felt spoiled by them. I would recommend them to everyone.

These guys did a wonderful repair to my car. Can't even tell it was rear ended. Paint job perfect. Matches well, no streak marks. People are.very friendly there. Thank you Matt, and Linda !

Gerber Collision & Glass Stink!!First of all STAY AWAY from this place if you can. I unfortunately got in a situation where I have to pay for the damage on my car out of pocket, without any insurance. I went to few places to get an estimate, made my decision, let Gerber work on my car after they told me that they can get the damage door removed and replaced for under $2k, or could be less if purchasing used parts. I dropped off the car on Tuesday and was told that it will be done by Saturday. I received a call on Thursday saying that they looked into it more and it will cost more than $5k to get my door fixed. I was SHOCKED and called them back on Friday, let them know that I ll be picking up my car that day, because I just can t afford to pay that much. They told me that I need to pay the additional charge around $160 plus tax for the labor that they spent on removing my damaged door and put it back on. I asked them to waive the labor cost because this wasn t mentioned and their estimation was jumping too much comparing to the agreed amount, but they won t. I wish they could have taken their time, thoroughly evaluated the damage to give me most accurate estimation. They told me they can fix it for $1800 than turn around and increased by almost 200% when my car was in their shop and the damaged part was taken out. I either have to go through with their service (more than $5k) or HAVE TO PAY just to get the car back. So basically I feel like I have to pay a fee just to get an estimation from them. I talked to other shops, they all told me that anyone can be able to thoroughly evaluate the damage on my vehicles and give the most accurate estimation without taking the door out. Maybe it doesn t work that way with Gerber I hope you all found this helpful, do think twice before taking your car to Gerber.

I went here because I was recommended by my father in law. This place has helped in my insurance claim, a rental and the replacement of the back end of my vehicle. After a couple of weeks of my car being fixed, I noticed that my bumper was melting. I called and they had me bring my vehicle back in and they checked to find out my exhaust had been pushed back. No one had noticed, including myself and believe me I went over that vehicle several times when I first got it back. They set me up to have that fixed and a rental car for my troubles at NO COST to me!!! This office has given me new faith in auto repair shops!!!! If I ever have a need for auto repair/collision repair again I will absolutely 100% go back to Gerber!

RE: Glass Replacement.Absolutely terrible. Will not recommend. Called Friday, was told I would receive a phone call the next day (Saturday) between 8-9 am to advise when the technician would be to my house and was told they would be to my house by the end of the day on Saturday. I received the phone call Saturday morning and the agent advised they were over booked and could not come out until Monday. I would have never scheduled the appointment if this was made clear on Friday. I will not trust my vehicle to a company that says one thing and does another.

Gerber collision is absolutely horrible. I regret completely taking my vehicle to them! It's been sitting in the same spot untouched for a week because I wont sign a document that puts me responsible for paying $500 out of pocket for an accident that wasn't my fault, even though I signed their release to estimate and repair my vehicle. The ladies in the office are beyond rude and making what is already an incredibly stressful situation that much worse. I even talked to one of their former employees after my vehicle had been towed there and he said I took my car to the wrong place ANYWHERE else would have been better. If you want snail paced, horrible service, go to Gerber. If you want something with even an ounce of standards, go somewhere else.

Kudos to Preston at the south hill location. This company did an excellent job on the repair of my car. Preston kept me informed as the time line and cost, he was very pleasant and an absolute pleasure to do business with. Use this company and this location.

HORRIBLE I will never go here again. First they took FOREVER to repaint one side of my car. They left white spray paint (that was the reasoning for being fixed) still stuck in little cracks and under the door handles. They had NO communication, I had to call them for updates, they kept pushing my done date further and further. AFTER I had to have them fix the white paint they missed, they scratched my back whindshield with the sander?! STILL after 5/6 months they still have not replaced my windshield like they said.

Wasn't impressed at all. Showed up to get an estimate at 4:15 pm and was told they already did their last estimate. Came back the next day 11:00 am to get an estimate was again told they couldn't do this because one estimator was gone somewhere and the other was sitting at the desk shaking all his papers he needed to finish up. I asked to call another location to get an estimate, still nothing available. So, I guess this company doesn't want my business. Then I was told by the insurance company that I needed to get an estimate from... Gerber. I said nope I won't go there so take them off the list. After leaving their office, I was able to get 3 estimates at other company's withing one hour. Kind of interesting how easy it was for them but not for Gerber.

I've never ever walked into a collision shop or any business and been turned away. Went in for an estimate today lady behind desk and estimator sitting in chair. Lady was rude to me and acted like I was bothering her day by stopping in. I proceed with my objective and asked if I could get an estimate on my vehicle. Oh were to busy you need to set up an appointment for next week and come back then. Seriously who dose this exspecially in the auto collision industry. Unheard of they both are sitting there and dont want my business. Very unprofessional place and why would I come back at your convenience your suppose to have customer service and be at my convenience. But special thanks to Crags auto collision for making time to write me an estimate that only took five to ten minutes and way more professional. There located right behind zips on Francis highly consider then than Gerber they want your business and have pride rather than stuck up and rude!!!!

This location was not willing to work with me on when I could pick up my vehicle after it was done. So I got stuck with paying for a rental car another day over the fact it would take me 15 minutes more to get there before they closed. Not only that I Had to drive an additional 30 miles all the way back in the next day. There are plenty of other body shops in Spokane and I can ensure you neither I or anyone else I know will ever use Gerber collision again. Wal Mart is more willing to work with customers and Grtber Collision is a disgrace to body shops who provide excellent customer service.

Don't do it use someone else. Took them weeks after my estimate to get my car back. They treated my wife like she was a idiot talking slow. Then when we had to call our insurance to step in to get our car back.A complete head ache and not worth it.
