I went to gerber due to my insurance only allowed this company. I was happy to find great customer service and frequent updates. I was initially given an estimate of 4 to 6 weeks but was very lucky when it only took two!

This shop always does quality work and they stand by their repairs. When a bumper began to rust 10 months later, they replaced it no charge.

Even after deploying for 4 months, I returned to do a insurance claim that happened before. Zero issues, quick to get me in and very accurate completion time. Very professional and great to do business with

Complete incompetence from the entire staff there. Am supposed to be waiting for 1 tech to replace my rear axle. Waiting over a month. Parts have been there for a little over a week sitting. Employee Preston told me they dont mechanic that works there. He stated there just doing me a favor trying to fix it. Anyone who uses gieco insurance please avoid this place. Gerber already has a bad rep. I thought id give them a try and it turns out there the walmart of car stuff. A joke shop. Who would tell a customer on the phone your only a body and glass shop and cant do anything mechanical. When your car is there for a slide off involving more than just body work.Service: Steering & suspension repair

These guys are great. Brought my new truck in because it was scratched at the car wash. The scratches weren't to bad but very noticeable because it was a new truck. They took it right back and buffed the scratches out and didn't even charge me. Great customers service.

Amazing customer service. They called to keep me posted on the progress, they advised me of an approximate time the car would be done and it was done a day early. The price was good. I hope I don't have to but if I do, I will definitely use them again.

Our 2007 Ford E350 van was recently rear ended. Limited damage to the hitch and rear body of van. The other 2 cars were totalled. Very happy with the work done by this shop, they did a thorough job, great experience!

We have used City South Auto Body a number of times over the last few year, but I never wrote a review. From the owner John to the front desk girl Yolanda, every employee has been friendly, helpful and provided excellent customer service. They provide a warranty for as long as you own the car and are always happy to answer any questions. I can't recommend them enough for auto body work. Thanks for everything!Dana Hill

Chet and his crew are great. Took my brand new truck in as it got scratched. They fixed it quickly and made it look new again. Will definitely refer family and friends to them. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is definitely not the old City South Auto Body if that is what you are expecting. You may find familiar faces like Michael Platt's, but clearly, the General Manager was not part of the secret sauce that made the business a success under its former ownership. Very long story short...our car was 6 weeks in repair - more than 3 weeks late. There were no anomalies or unexpected issues or delayed parts - just incompetence. Michael and Dan are nice guys in the way puppies are nice, but they don't have any control over process and they didn't have the business sense or backbone pick up the phone and make the awkward calls to let us know they would not deliver today or in fact for weeks.Besides basic project management incompetence, there was a more disturbing issue of gender disrespect. I became involved at the point that my partner escalated the delays to Michael for a firm schedule and daily accountability. His short and dismissive tones with her were a sharp contrast to the contrite ramblings that I got.In the end, Gerber delivered to our home three weeks late. The repair seems to be to an "as new" level. However, certain parts such as the battery and wheel were to be returned as one of the conditions of the contract and they were not. So far, the General Manager, Michael Platt, has failed to return calls for 3 business days regarding the closure of this matter.

Last November, my 2015 Prius with its special, pearl white paint job had severe damage in a windstorm. Composition shingles had scratched all but one of the exterior panels, the windshield, and three of the side windows and had dented the roof (yes, dented it). My son recommended City South. They completed the job three days ahead of when it was promised and the paint job was perfect. You would not know it had been damaged. They even sent me a thank you card after I picked it up. Gerber replaced a door and painted the door orange on a red car. They tried to release the car to me and we had to argue quite a bit for them to admit that it didn't match, not even close.They finally agreed to fix it and did, except they missed a big spot that they painted the wrong color when trying to blend. The manager basically told me to get lost when I brought this up. What they fixed on their second attempt is right but the missed spot and poor service is the reason for 2 stars. Detailers did a good job but overall I'm not satisfied and wouldn't recommend this shop for any paint work.Originally quoted as 3-4 days to fix, it took 2 weeks.

They recently did minor repairs on two of our cars (don't ask) They did a great job on both of them. They were easy to work with, did quality work and got it done on time. I would definitely recommend them.

Couldnt ask for better service than this place. Mike saw a story onnthe news about my wifes car that was vandalized. The windshield was kicked in on a brand new Subaru we haven't had for a week. Mike offered to fix the window at no cost. My wife and i was so surprised to see suuch kindness. I picked the car up today and it was completely cleaned up inside and out and the windshield was of course fixed and perfect. I will be giving this place all my window business from here on out. Thanks again Mike and your team!

After my review of Gerber collision and glass I got a phone call from the general manager Mark very nice man. He apologized for the bad customer service we received and was willing to make things right. Thank you Mark for taking the time to reach out.

Very honest about body work that needed to be done. We had the car checked at other places to find a fair place. They also went out of there way to get done so we could get my daughter and granddaughter back there car. Very nice place , would definitely go back again and we live in Coeur d'alene idaho.

David and Kayla we're awesome did you all with, they took care of me or should I say my car spot on, in a very expedited manner, my car was Immaculate you could not even tell that I just went on a road trip through three states all the way to Corona California :-) I am even happy to say that I'm returning four more extras done to my car and I highly recommend them to anybody!!! :-)

Had an extremely positive experience today at Gerber Collision and Glass on 55th Ave. in this day of mediocre customer service where you are treated as an imposition or interruption it was refreshing to work with a team that was courteous, professional and competent... awesome customer service... highly recommend Gerber on 55th!
