Called to figure out a time to get an estimate and was greeted by an extremely rude person on the other side of the phone -- They were unhelpful in directing me to any of the resources I needed. Called Crash Champions and they scheduled me for an appointment later this week. Based on the initial experience I would recommend them to save time in having to inquire here.

I would highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass on 2nd. I've had to work with them on two occasions after two separate accidents. Both occasions were excellent repair experiences. Ryan and his team are great to work with and have excellent customer service. Great communication with their customer and the insurance or private payer throughout the process. I didn't have to worry about a thing.

Got into an accident on the 17th of Jan. Insurance towed my car to this place and I am so glad they did. I picked up my car from them today and it looks awesome! The color match is perfect! It looks like it was never in an accident. They were very quick to fix my 2010 Kia but not to quick as to do a bad job. The people that work there are very nice and care about the customer. My Insurance company wasn't so easy to work with but Gerber was there to help me through it all. Patricia was caring and very helpful when my adjuster wasn't. And Gary was right there calling me and sending me updates as things progressed. Gerber never left me guessing when it came to what was happening to my car or when it would be completed. I can't praise this company enough and or the great service and care you will receive from them. I'll never hesitate to use them again.Thank you Gerber

I had a great experience with Gerber on 2nd. The scheduling and communication was top notch including communicating about my rental car. They made the process easy. I paid the deductible but my insurance also paid it and I was refunded without even having to call. There was an issue with my blind spot sensors and I had to take it to another shop to do a recalibration. Gerber set that all up and it was an easy process.Service: Body & Trim

This shop's employees made my first car accident a breeze to get through. I had minimal damage but enough and they kept in contact with me and were honest with the process. Everyone was very kind and helpful. They are busy and I appreciated how quick they were to get to my car and get it done for me. I am so happy to have chosen them for this first time experience. They had wonderful customer service and communication. The insurance adjuster gave a very low ball quote on the damage to my car, but the people at Gerber were very thorough in inspecting my car for damage. They found a good deal of damage that was not visible from the surface and were able to get it all paid for from the insurance company. They were also incredibly fast! My car had significant damage and it only took them 5 days to repair!

I have been to other Gerber shops and this one shines with their great customer service and the speed of my repair! Right from the start, David, was extremely helpful in making sure I understood the process and what needed to be done. They kept me informed on the status of my repair and a day sooner than they estimated, I received my vehicle back and that repair job is flawless!I highly recommend this Gerber location for their outstanding customer service and top quality repair services.

I got an estimate done, then when it came time to bring the car in for repairs they told me they didn't do PDR and referred me to another company. Once that company was finished with their repairs Gerber told me they would need to do a new estimate and would schedule me for repairs of what they had already done an estimate for.

These guys were amazing and FAST! Bumper repair and paint in 1 day, couldn't believe it. They quickly took great care of my wife when she had insurance covered repairs, she raved about their friendly customer service. They went above and beyond cleaning up the whole car for us when we got it back. Only slight negative was we had to follow up with them and keep on top of them, they could improve their communication a bit and be more proactive.

I work in the auto industry, as does my fiance, and there is a reason Gerber has a reputation of being the "fast food" of body shops. Sure, you'll be fed, but don't be surprised if you're glued to the toilet the rest of the night.In October 2021 my vehicle was hit while parked at my home and the insurance agent I dealt with advised me to use the 2nd Ave location as it is in their network and easier for them. I've dealt with nothing but miscommunication, confused communication, no communication, etc., since then. Come to find out they actually took it upon themselves to cancel my repair and send my parts back. At first the person I spoke with tried to blame it on me, quoting a "note in the system" from October 20, 2021, while failing to take into account that my estimate through them was in December 2021 and my original repair date through them was January 18, 2022 (they canceled this date due to parts availability and told me they would call and get me in once the parts arrived). I don't think a note from October holds much weight at that point.In January 2022 my car was hit AGAIN while parked (yes, I know, bad luck sticks to this car like flies on...). I once again had to go through another person's insurance but I suggested contacting Gerber with the hope of doing both repairs at the same time. The insurance agent and I conference called the 2nd Ave location. We explained the situation, gave the insurance and vehicle details, and I believed I was set for both claims. Soon after that phone conversation Gerber called me back to inform me they wouldn't do the SECOND repair, they refused to work with that insurance company. When I asked why this wasn't stated during the conference call with that insurance company I was told, and I quote, "I don't know, my boss just told me to call you."This new claim had nothing to do with the previous one except my vehicle. They were due to different people, different insurance companies and they consisted of different damage. Refusing to work with one insurance company had nothing to do with the process that was ALREADY IN PLAY. So, imagine my surprise when I call them today and am told I've been patiently waiting for NOTHING, AND they refuse to take accountability or apologize. October to March. Five months. Almost half a year. Taking into account our current social climate and the strain on businesses and workers alike, I still feel I've been accommodating.Thank the Gods in heaven that the other body shop I've been working with is stellar and is happy to take on this repair as well as the other. I learned valuable lessons through this ordeal, one of which is advocating for myself and my property and ensuring that I don't settle for below average just to convenience someone else or a company.Note: I have a 2022 model year car and I know that parts availability right now is insane, I do not hold that wait time against Gerber, they cannot control that. They can, however, control their training, skills, knowledge, communication and professionalism, and they are severely lacking in all those areas.0 stars. Steer clear.

I've brought my car here a number of times in the past 2 years after it was recommended to me by my detailer. The service is outstanding, and Darrell, the General Manager, is a real pleasure to work with. When I find yet another way to damage my car, I know I'll bring it to Gerber! :)

Called to get a glass quote. They had a great price and came to do it at my house! Excellent service, and it is great to have a new windshield. I paid a little over $300, all said and done, and it is a laminated windshield that helps cut down on air noise.

Gerber estimate was $400 cheaper then deal. Service is outstanding, ask for Jeff. Finished product looked great. I slide on the ice and smashed my quarter panel on my new car. Gerber has her looking brand new again. Thank you Jeff and the crew! Gerber has always given us quality product. I have taken three cars to Gerber over the years, and always great work that looks great!

Wonderful service. I was rear ended the week I was moving across country. Gerber took my car Tuesday at 10 am and they were done Thursday at 1 pm! Wonderful service. Great communication throughout the process! They took a very stressful situation and made it a pleasure.

I ve been given multiple dates my car will be done, and not once have they been followed through on. I understand that things come up, but the lack of communication is frustrating. Not to mention, as I was on the phone with someone they hung up on me because he didn t want to give me information. I can t speak on the work since I STILL have not gotten my car back.

AMAZING! They fixed my truck better than brand new ! The paint is beautiful! My truck is Tuxedo black and the paint looks like its several inches deep. Im so happy.

I made an appointment with glass america and it fell through, you can read my review of them to be caught up to speed long story short, they tell you anything to make an appointment.I made an appointment with these people to replace my windshield after the glass America appointment fell through. I was told that a tech would contact me between 8:00 and 10:00am. (I was told the same thing by Glass America) because of that i specifically asked if they were affiliated with Glass America. She giggled and said no, I replied good, because i had a bad experience with them.The next day rolls around and the same tech from glass america calls me. He seemed like a good guy so i told him about what happened with glass America and he didn't blame me for canceling the appointment. I was guessing that he just didn't get the message that I canceled. well as it turns out GERBER IS THE SAME COMPANY AS GLASS AMERICA. I was informed of this when I called gerber to tell them no tech called me this morning. AGIAN MORE OF THE SAME!!! LYING TO PEOPLE TO GET THEM TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. DISHONEST COMPANY!!!!!

Went in to get an estimate. Lady acted as if it were inconvenient for me to be there. She asked if I had an appointment, which I didn t, nor did I know I needed one. She rolled her eyes with a sigh while one of the 2 estimators who were just sitting and watching us said he could take pictures but wouldn t do paperwork. It looks like a professional place but first impression....rookies. Good luck guys.

WORST PLACE EVER. Jeff is highly unprofessional. They don't even deserve 1 star. zero communication, foul language used in the conversations over the phone when checking on the status of my repair. The stress they caused from the repair process to even making the payment process into a HUGE mess. I will never go back and NEVER recommend.

Peggy and Gary Hahn are liars. Gerber is on contract with Travelers Insurance. Travelers should reconsider their contract with Gerber in Spokane, WA. I would give zero stars if possible as Gerber is a POS shop. Noone with a car better than a Hyundai Elantra should take their vehicle for repairs to a Gerber shop.

I had a negative experience with Safelite in the past so called these guys. Online says they open at 7:30am. Called in and the online service answered and had me on hold for 11 minutes. No one ever picked up. I thought maybe the time is not correct and they open at 8 am. Therefore called back at 8:15 and went through the same process. The automated service picked up again and was on hold for 15 minutes. After all this at least Safelight actually answers the phone. If they cannot answer the phone I cannot imagine what the actual work must be like?
