I have had vehicles that have been involved in accidents as a non-liable party, and Flash's Auto Body is the only body shop in town that I would take my vehicles. They do quality work and workmanship; they fight for you, and with you, against the insurance company when the insurance company tries to rip you off; they are honest; they have great customer service; they are responsive; they only put in quality parts. Every other body shop will settle for aftermarket parts that don't work or fit your vehicle correctly. Flash's Body shop will not settle for aftermarket parts that don't fit correctly, compromise the integrity/safety of your vehicle, and reduce the value of your vehicle. Everyone there is great to work with and your vehicle will be fixed correctly. I highly recommend them.

Recently had one of Vans hit. Nobody else in town was willing to work on it. Flashes took my van in and did an amazing job. Made sure to fix everything the correct and honest way. There metal fabricator pulled, welded, and beautifully re-fabricated my Panel without needing to extend the job for a longer time or replacing the Panel. Good Service and Amazing Staff and Owner. Would Recommened to anyone needing Auto Body Repair

My family and I have used Flash s for longer than I can remember and never once have we been disappointed! They go above and beyond to help their customers, and my car has never looked better when I get it back. This last time, Tracy dealt with this last gal s insurance for me and got everything handled for this stressed out single mama and I couldn t be more grateful!!! I love this shop and highly recommend to anyone!

After shopping around the Spokane area for a shop, everyone I spoke to referred me to Flash's. And rightfully so. I was concerned about aftermarket/used parts, as I wanted all OEM. Flash's represented my interests with the insurance company and assured only OEM parts. The staff at Flash's is very professional and prompt, and the level of workmanship is outstanding. If I were looking for a shop in Spokane again, I would not hesitate returning to Flash's.

Awesome job!!! Flawless work that is a real tribute to their attention to detail and genuine care for their customers. These guys went above and beyond what I could have expected, even refilling my wiper fluid before that gave me the car back. Excellent customer service, I got updates along the way, and everything went great. I would recommend Flash s to anyone who needs any automotive paint and body work.

They were deceiving with what would be covered by insurance. It turned out a he said, she said when it came to what we ended up paying after our deductible. The ending cost was close to $3,000 over the original estimate that they assumed our insurance would pay. The person we were trying to deal with ended up leaving her employment at Flash, so nothing has been resolved.The repair was well done, despite them saying it would be 7-10 days to complete (took 2 weeks).

Flash's Auto Body & Paint was recommended to me by a friend's friend's nephew clear across the state. I decided to check them out and then get another estimate after that. From the moment I arrived with my deer damaged car they gave me every reason to have confidence that I need look no further to get this repair job done. They answered my question, and met my requests, all with a gracious courtesy that instilled in me a sense of trust which remains today.They reduced the hassle of locating a rental car by phoning the agency on my behalf to look for a suitable rental at my first visit. Flash's kept me informed of the status of my car while we waited for insurance approval, and had the car ready on the date promised.Not only did they replace every part the deer damaged, but they also cleaned the car, taking it back to brand-new clean, something the dealership had never succeeded in doing during oil changes. I mean, I live in a forest.That was my first experience of auto repair and should the need arise again Flash's would be my first and only choice. So if your car gets crushed, do yourself a favor and take your car to Flash's Auto Body & Paint Shop for an estimate.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I drove here from Boise to have them work on my car because I have seen their work on other vehicles and they did not disappoint. If Google had an extra star they would get it. The quality of work these guys do is phenomenal and they kept me informed during the whole process. If you want your car's body work done perfectly, these are your guys.

Very professional, they installed a spoiler on my car and had it color matched as well and the paint was spot on ti my cars color and it came out amazing. It did take a while but I completely understand as it was a little difficult for them to paint and install but it was all worth it and the price for service was reasonable. 10/10 will definitely come back if I need anything else done!

They gave me multiple estimates, i.e. both for full repairs and for a partial repair, of some body damage to my vehicle.Their work was fantastic. They were prompt and communicative.When it was time to pay, they only realized after the fact that they'd failed to charge me for the paint touch-ups...but they did not ask me to pay it, as they said it was their clerical error.They do quality work, they are responsive and they are honest. I'm not sure what else one could possibly desire from an auto body shop.In short, they check all the boxes. I will go back to them in the future any time I need work done, and I'm certain anybody else will have the same great experience I had.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

So glad I found these guys!!! Ryan, the owner, stayed true to his estimate for my truck repair. The job turned out great. Can't even tell there was a problem with the body. I will tell others about the great experience I had going to Flash's. Hope to never need body work again, but if I do, it will be Flash's

My daughter's car was stolen and significantly damaged in November. My insurance company did not have recommendations for shops in the area so I did online searches and called many. We settled on Flash's and are very happy we did. Here is what we liked: (1) Friendly and easy to do business with (2) Negotiated effectively with our insurance company and ultimately save us a lot of money (3) Prevented our insurance company from making them cut corners and use aftermarket parts and used parts (4) Took our car in and completed the work quicker than other shops estimated (5) Most important, when all was said and done, our car ended up looking great! I cannot praise Flash's enough! When someone drove into my parked car last winter, I was recommended Flash's by a cousin and they went above and beyond to get my car back in working order and as good, if not better than it was before. They helped walk me through how to talk to my insurance company when they were being incredibly difficult. Flash's refused to do substandard work, and it shows. You will find NO ONE better. They are absolutely PHENOMENAL. From customer service to taking care of your vehicle. This shop truly cares about its customers and their vehicles. They will make sure your vehicle is taken care of and done the right way. My car looked brand new when they were finished. I couldn t have been happier. I had to fight with my insurance through the process of my claim and this shop had my back the entire way. They will bend over backwards for you. I will never go anywhere else. my 2015 Subaru WRX was hit in the beginning of oct of 2019, it took me almost a month to get the approval from the other parties insurance company to put my car in a shop. Once I informed them of the shop that i chose to take my car to, It was like the whole mood of the insurance company changed from bad, to worse. I chose Flash's because I was impressed and even excited at the fact that they wanted, and expressed adamantly on how my car should be returned to the condition that it was in before the wreck (Factory OEM Body parts). non of this junk yard scrap, or ebay bulls@&t that the Insurance company was trying to MAKE me put on my car.... Well, long story short... Once they received the final quote of 10,800.00 to fix my 20,000 dollar car, the insurance company TOTALED my car.... I fought with them for a while, until they informed me that their decision was final. so I went to MY OWN insurance company for help! GUESS WHAT THEY DID!!!!!!!!!!!!! you guessed it...... They informed me that they would have to total my car out as well.... so in the end, the other parties insurance paid me 20k for my car, and took it to auction to get their precious money back rather than doing the right thing and fixing my car that their customer f$@ked up.... All in all yes this is a huge complaint about how insurance companies are nothing but lying cheating snakes in the grass. but to end this rant, i will say. YES i will return to Flash's! I now do not trust any other body shop to take my car on and fix it with the quality Factory OEM that should be replaced when in an accident. I ONLY TRUST FLASH'S! Thank you Ryan and everyone at that shop for helping me and taking care of my car while it was there and trying to get my car repaired the right way!!!!!

Elite!!This place is fantastic! I have a couple vehicles that seem to need some kind of body work a couple times a year. Ryan and the guys always get me in quickly and for a reasonable price. Ryan really worked with me on getting me in so I didn't need a rental, provided one price, added to for some hidden damage, and the cost for recalibration of sensors. When it was all said and done, it was about $1,000 less than I expected. All the way through, Ryan communicated well with me and was nothing but caring and professional. A year ago I was rear ended 2 weeks after purchasing a new 2021 RAV4. Insurance wanted me to go to one of their contracted autobody but my Insurance broker recommended Flash. Flash's estimate was higher and it was a bit difficult dealing with my insurance company but they replaced parts with new factory parts and repaired even the smallest things that were damaged that the other companies I had gotten estimates with had not even noticed. Ryan was adamant about making it factory new. His work was meticulous. It took a while to get the new parts from Toyota due to covid shutdowns but he was persistent despite having some problems with communication with my insurance and an employee I had been communicating with who had to quit due to family emergency.I would highly recommend them

I used Flash s after a wreck several years ago and was impressed with their communication, work ethic, and overall making a (potentially) stressful experience very easy. This week I pulled too close to a parking wheelstop which nearly tore my bumper off. I stopped in to their shop, and Ryan and his mechanic quickly fixed the bumper with a few new hooks. The mechanic noticed a clasp missing on a radiator hose and replaced this as well. NO CHARGE and as polite and helpful as it gets. I can barely believe this kindness. Ryan has made an established reputation of going against Insurance Companies in pursuit of High Quality Repairs and work. While he has strove to make every effort in this. People still get disgruntled with him over their own Insurance Company policies.If you have the capability to pay cash, and you care about your car. Take it to see Ryan and his team.If you just want to kick tires, and waste time. Go kick them somewhere else.

I just wanna start off by saying how incredible of a job everyone at Flash s does. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. I work with Ryan and his team on a daily basis through my job at a local rental agency. However, after my Subaru was hit-and-run I had to bring my car into the shop. Ryan and his team were quick to help and made sure I was fully informed throughout the whole process. When I was nervous about the paint matching, he went above and beyond to make sure it looked perfect. And let me tell you.. everything is perfect, including the paint! If I ever need any work done again, Flash s is 100% where I m gonna take my Subaru.Thank you so much Flash s!!!

Ryan and the team great job guys !! I cannot stress enough their expertise in exterior body work. I could not have expected a better job in my car. I had requested them to swap a custom bumper on my BMW. The whole team was very patient getting me what I wanted and also helped me getting into a loaner. I had unexpected damage occur to my car when I hit a patch of ice 2 weeks before Christmas. The staff at Flash's Auto Body was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgable. They got my car in quickly, gave me a fair and honest quote, and got to work right away despite the holiday season. Throughout the entire process they provided excellent communication - keeping me updated along the way. I am very impressed with their work - 100% quality that will keep my car running for years to come. Ryan at Flash's took great care of me and my vehicle after I was rear-ended in an accident. They got me right into a rental after a fast and thorough estimate and made me feel that my car was in great hands. They kept in contact with me throughout the process so I knew exactly what was happening and what to expect. They made my car look great, for a great price and the work was done quickly. Their office is friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Flash's Auto Body for your car repair needs! I would definitely use them again in the unfortunate instance of a car wreck. They made this a quick and painless experience!

My experience with Flash's Auto Body has been spectacular. They frequently updated me on the status of my repairs. My car looked very beat up and ruff before I brought it to Flash's, when I arrived to pick it up, it looked brand new, I was very impressed! They touched up all rock chips, and gave it a fabulous detailing job, free of charge. I could tell how much time and effort they put into my car. I will bring all my other vehicles into Flash's because of there high quality hard work. I appreciate everything they have done for me!! :) I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!!! Go To Flash's! :)

Flash's Autobody is an awesome shop!! They were very helpful and did a great estimate for my car after i was hit. They fixed it perfectly as if nothing happened! and the paint job was superb! Given that my family back home work on cars, I see great quality in their work. All the employees were really helpful and they made sure I was satisfied!. While checking what shops to go to i went to the most popular ones in Spokane, and compared to other shops in the area, i would say flashes is the best and most professional! Great Family business with quality and satisfaction as their main priority!.

***Update - 9/2021- I was needing some minor body repair for my vehicle. I went back to Flash's to try and get the work done. Unfortunately my insurance changed their processes, which don't align with how Flash's handles estimates. I lowered from 5 to 3, because my old review revolved around how easy they made it to work with your insurer and great body work. You may have similar issues if they aren't on the preferred list from your insurers. ***This is the second time I have used Flash s. My insurance offered a list of shops to repair my truck after an accident and I told them that I would be using these guys again. High quality work, really helpful and friendly staff. Dealing with insurance and auto repair is not one of my favorite activities, but I definitely don t mind working with Ryan and his crew.Service: Body & Trim

A deer hit my car, I needed help. I m not from Spokane, Flash s Auto Body & Paint was recommended by a family member and seconded by the adjuster handling my claim.I took my car to meet with Ryan, the owner, he was knowledgeable, thorough in his inspection of my car, and helpful explaining the insurance/repair process. Ryan went above and beyond assisting me in managing the insurance aspect of the situation. On more than one occasion I left there with my head spinning but knew that my vehicle was in good hands.Ryan and Flash s staff deserve more than the 5 stars offered here! I will sing their praises to anyone who will listen!
