Deceitful service center. My spouse took her 2022 RX450h in for its 10,000 mile service. She had a slow leak in one of the vehicles tire and asked them to check it. Lexus service told her the tire was not repairable and wanted her to order a new tire at $300 plus. Thank goodness she told them she would have to check with me.Upon her returning home I checked the tire and found a small screw the center of for the tire tread. I took the tire to a local tire shop and had the tire repaired.We have had no issues with the tire since the repair.I am extremely disappointed with Findlay service center. I don t know if they tried to pull a fast one on my spouse or just lack any type of honesty. We won t be back.

Noe was fantastic! We called Noe up, he made us a appointment to meet are needs and he also got us a car to use while the service was being done. When I got to my appointment in Spokane Brittany took great care of me completely , very nice and very professional. She went up and Beyond on customer service. The gal that helped me with the rental car was excellent and so nice to deal with. They all get a five star from me! This was my first visit to this Lexus dealership for our 35K service. Brittany was recommended to me by a friend, so I called.Brittany was extremely efficient, had reviewed notes on our original phone conversation, so I didn t have to repeat myself.I waited in the customer lounge while they serviced my car- she said around 1 1/2 hours, and they finished right on time.The amazing thing about it was she didn t try and oversell me on anything! Not cabin air filter, wiper blades, brake pads nothing! She actually complemented me on what perfect shape our car was in.Thanks Brittany!I ll be back for the next scheduled service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The entire service crew consisting of three people , Jim ,Asa and Brittany we're just so professional welcoming and just all in all a really good first impression as I arrived I would literally greeted by ASA and Brittany. I always return to Spokane Lexus for anything needed on my car. The employees are always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Jim and Asa make sure that I am aware of the progress and results. The young lady that sets me up with my loaner car is a Joy to work with. Quick and efficient along with a caring attitude.I don t ever see myself going anywhere else. I drove there from tri cities for them to check some warranty before a trip to southern Calif. they quickly checked on my concerns and sent me on my way back home. I left an expensive coat and parking permit in the loaner. They retrieved them and shipped them back to me. Bought the car and it needed a little bumper trim needing replaced. They agreed to replace if we bought car. I drop the car off early a.m. at dealership expecting dealership to fix. I call around lunch to check on the car. They took it upon theme selves to send the car to an auto body shop miles away without Informing me. The car is fine and all is well but the lack of communication really upset me. We also told this dealership when buying the car to run our credit app through 1 bank for 1 credit inquire. They took it upon themselves to run our credit through multiple banks. We got a good rate and all is well but again lack of communication. This is exactly why I hate buying vehicles at dealerships. If your not breathing down their necks. They are doing whatever the please.Service: Body & Trim

This dealership is always courteous and efficient. They perform inspections as a courtesy and always wash my car. If I need a loaner I get one as a courtesy. When my car needs work done (which isn't often) they perform it quickly, efficiently and reasonably. I had a severe electrical problem with my car and I called him on vacation and Jim Freet and Cara were incredibly helpful and took me in for service on an emergency basis and even gott me a special loaner car with a trailer hitch to save me five hours of back tracking . In addition, a service technician came in on a Sunday on his day off specifically to make sure that he could have the car ready for me on Monday. It was absolutely incredible over-the-top service and I am incredibly thankful to Jim and his team for all the helpService: Electrical repair

From start to finish, my experience with Larry Miller Lexus was excellent . My older car s problems were complex and parts needed to be ordered. In addition, I live over 200 miles away. They found added problems upon their first eval of the car and more parts were ordered, resulting in a 3-5 day delay in repairs. Rather than have me go home and return, they insisted on my taking a loaner, returning home and they would meet me half-way with my repaired car was finished. All went smoothly and they dealt with the unexpected with a smile and grace. My old car s happiness is exceeded only by my own.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Had a fuel pump failure at 12800 miles on our 2019 RX450h. We were 12 hours from home when engine light warned us of failure. Called Brittany at Lexus Spokane where she immediately rolled out the red carpet for us and was able to get our car repaired while giving us a loaner RX350 overnight. She was the nicest, most professional person I have ever dealt with. We were able to get home on time with very little disruption to our trip. Thank you Lexus Spokane and a huge thank you to Brittany. She even sent us on our way with Christmas cookies.Service: Engine repair

Everyone was nice. I wish they would have said more about my brake fluid. Was it low?? Just thought maybe since I was spending so much they would have just tipped off any low fluid as good customer service. Other places I have been to were better at that. Fuel pump warranty replacement was not installed right and when I filled up with gas the whole tank drained out at the gas station with me and my car in the middle of it. We do not live in Spokane so had the repair done at Toyota. It all turnout fine.

We our Lexus RX350 for recall service on the Safety Connect system to reprogram the computer so that SOS would be able to correctly identify my location. The red light had been on for quite some time. Once they were done and we left the dealership we noticed the red light was still on. I called the dealership to share my disappointment with this and they asked to push the button to ensure it was working. I did and safety connect did come on but couldn t help me with why the red light was red versus green which is what it should be. I followed the advisors instructions about asking for enroll but was told they couldn t help me and gave me an 800 number that put me in voice mail run around optima. The dealership told me that another person had the same problem with red light being on but could not fix it. This is extremely disappointing as the red light just sends bad sense of insecurity.

I had a recall repair done last week. It was a professional, courteous, and punctual job. I was however, stunned that I did not observe any employees in the indoor service area wearing masks. We are now experiencing increasing covid infections with a highly transmissible and more virulent variant. One local medical center has started cancelling elective surgeries due to increasing covid admissions causing bed and staffing shortages. The CDC is now recommending indoor masking in commercial settings even for vaccinated individuals. I would expect Larry Miller to follow these guidelines for the protection of both their clients and staff.Service: General repairs & maintenance
