Awesome place to buy a car! We had found a 2018 Toyota Highlander that we loved. It is beautiful and clean. We worked with Gary S. from start to finish and the process was so relaxed and easy. He "ran the numbers" before running our credit to ensure we felt comfortable with the payments given our situation; we were doing a trade in and putting very little down. I honestly do not think I could buy a car from any other dealership now after experiencing how awesome this place was to us. They were not pushy at all. It was a comfortable and relaxed experience. I would recommend them 100 times over.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Lexus LX from Joe Sukin at Findlay Lexus of Spokane, and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. I dealt with Jim in service and he was great at getting me car in for service at last minute but I requested a oil change and tire rotation. After i picked up my car and got home I noticed in the paperwork is said "no rotation needed, better tires already on the front". My car is RWD. That's why I wanted the tires rotated. Also I heard no mention of air filter or cabin filters condition. Just was told car looks great. Also I know my car has a fog light bulb out and bad wipers. They were also marked good. The reminder for the rotation was reset as well. Over a month later I still never heard back as promised. What a joke.

Bought a battery for my NX Lexus was in Spokane for work and took my family for spring break weekend went in on Monday to buy a battery the old one died and somebody jump started it, went in to the parts department bought the battery and ask if I could borrow a 10 ratchet to remove it the young guy there said no, it was a emergency, very rude personality no people skills and no empathy. Another older man let me borrow a tool it wasn't perfect but it worked. Went back in but he wasn't there and there was nobody in parts, just left it there. I love Lexus vehicles i owed 3 of them but this was a really bad experience, with this dealer, hope they trained there people better specially in the parts department.

I am so impressed with Lexus of Spokane and Pauline Ushigusa. Pauline was WONDERFUL!!! She took the time to get to know me and my family and listened to my concerns and answered my questions. She was up front with the time I needed to wait for my NXh Luxury and was able to deliver sooner than expected. She had great communication with me during the 6 month wait and checked in regularly to keep me posted. It truly was an amazing experience start to finish. She is a warm kind soul and it shows in her customer service. I LOVE Nori, my new Lexus James in finance got me the best rate and was transparent with additional information and incredibly helpful with the paperwork. What I thought was going to take several hours only took 15 minutes. Everyone from the front door to Andrew in parts way above and beyond! Thank you for making this such a fun and exciting experience

I rarely write review, but my purchase experience at Findlay Lexus was so amazing, I had to share. From the moment I picked up the phone to begin negotiations to the moment I was handed my keys, I was treated like a rockstar. DJ Boehm, my salesman, went above and beyond to get me an incredible deal on my new Lexus IS 300. The experience was so good, my son went on to purchase a Lexus as well. DJ was extremely professional and was a master product specialist, which was great for a first-time Lexus owner. My purchase was all done over the phone since I live out of state, but the process was simple from start to finish. If you're thinking of purchasing a new Lexus, I can t recommend DJ and Findlay Lexus enough.

We had such an extraordinary experience with Pauline! From the moment I sent an inquiry to driving home in our new car, she was amazing! So down to earth, responsive, kind and knowledgeable. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! I highly recommend Pauline and Findlay Lexus!!!

BEWARE!! Do not buy a car from this dealership!! Purchased a brand new car from them and also purchased the extended warranty. We changed our mind about the warranty and only put 144 miles on the car due to me working from home. Went in and canceled the extended warranty. I called a few weeks later to see how much I would be getting back and the finance guy tells me that I am only getting half of the total back because 2 of the items were not able to be cancelled because they were put on the vehicle. I advised I have had nothing added to the vehicle. He said that it is put on the cars before they hit the lot. So they are putting it into the sales price then giving you the option to add it but when you go to cancel it you cannot. Shady as hell!! You are paying for it twice and it is already added to your vehicle before they put it up for sale. I will be going to the Attorney General, BBB and Lexus Corporate about this issue!!

The service department is top notch. I moved here after purchasing my Lexus in Florida. After the long drive from Florida, I took it to Findlay Lexus to check it out and change the oil. They were super friendly and helpful. Since then, I have returned to have recall work complete and they are always efficient, courteous, and friendly! I would recommend them to everyone and they will always have my business.

I had such a great experience at Lexus! Chris helped me and from day one and he was so attentive with finding me the Lexus I wanted. He want above and beyond for me! I traded in a 2022 mercedes and got the 2023 Lexus ux and it drives 20 times better than my previous car with more bells and whistles! I will most definitely be recommending this dealership and Chris to my friends and family!

DON'T GET YOUR LEXUS DETAILED OR SERVICED HERE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE STAFF. Calcium water spots ALL over my car, floors not vacuumed or steam cleaned, did not wax my car. When I had an issue with the quality of the interior/exterior DETAIL, I was told from their staff don't come back and take my business elsewhere. I was told $400 was a SALE price and that my standards are too high. what part of detail means not doing the job and not paying attention to the details?Not only that but they were supposed to replace the bad actuator on my tailgate. This is the second time and they did not replace it. only greased it. Currently still has same problem.Attention Lexus owners. do you really want to get sub par service on your $50,000 + car?

From test drive to signing paperwork, it was one of the best car buying experiences we ve had in a long time. We ve been considering a new vehicle over the last few months, but have been indecisive; nothing has been quite right. On Saturday we stopped in and had the great pleasure of working with Joe Hunstad. Joe was like our car buyer psychic, he knew what we needed better than we did. No shmoosy sales pitch either, just clear info to help make a decision.

My wife and I recently bought a car from here at Lexus. I have worked in the dealership realm since 2010 as a reconditioning vendor so I've seen many car deals get processed. I've seen terrible salesman and amazing salesman over the years. Our salesman (Joe Hunstad) was flat out amazing. Joe worked quickly and efficiently while providing amazing customer service.We test drove one day on a lunch break then came in the next day on lunch break to get he car bought. Thanks to Joe we didn't have to spend hours at the dealership and everytime we came in he had things ready to go for the next step(s).While going into debt is never fun I can say that our car buying experience with Joe was actually fun. Joe is very personable and you can tell he's not one of shady ones we all hear stories about. So please feel confident in buying a vehicle at Lexus, especially if Joe Hunstad is your salesman.

The best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Irvin and his team were able to track down a vehicle and get it to the dealership within a few days. I was on a birthday deadline and they came through with a week to spare. Pricing was fair and transparent. Purchase and Lease options were presented with no pressure. If you are looking for a smooth and transparent transaction, ask for Irvin.

We just had the most positive experience at Findlay Lexus! From the moment we entered the showroom, we were greeted with friendly and helpful people. Aaron, our sales consultant, truly wanted to know what WE wanted in a new car. We felt he listened to what we needed in a car and responded with accurate information about what was available. We found the perfect car for us!! Aaron did a wonderful job of explaining the features with the assurance that if we had any questions, he was there to help us. The entire process was seamless; from the friendly sales manager, Tyler who took care of the paperwork, Jim in the service department, and of course, Aaron.....we were impressed with the atmosphere of Findlay. Drove home with our dream car, confident that we have the right dealer to help us in the future.

My wife took her car in to get the headlights adjusted on her 2020 RC Lexus. Not only was nothing done, there remains to have a dark spot when driving. The tech told her they didn t see anything because it was too light out. She drove 2 1/2 hours each way for absolutely nothing.UPDATE: called twice to the general manager, no response!

I bought a 2023 RX 500h in January of 2023. I found that one of the roof rail caps was missing on a NEW vehicle!? I have been told several times that the part is on its way by the Dealership Manager, DJ. The part has not shown up and I ve owned the vehicle for almost 6 months now. I am very disappointed that a manger would lie to me and other customers. They have never reached out to give me any updates. I have had to call them over and over. For an inconvenience as big as this they have not responded in a professional way. Would never recommend Findlay Lexus to any of my family or friends!

Dropped the car off for a scheduled service which appears to have gone smooth, receives the car back with oily greasy hand prints all along the hood, door frame and interior. I m not very happy about that and expect much higher quality from a Lexus dealer.

Came from Redmond, WA to buy an IS500 here. It was the only dealership I could find that wouldn t charge me any add ons or market adjustment - which is how it should be. Shout out to James for the help. It s an incredible car. Flew in and James picked me up from the airport. I was out of the dealership in about an hour and a half. Very quick process and no haggling over pricing. I appreciate you guys being up front and charging MSRP. Will come back here for any future purchases. Highly recommended. Thanks!

From start to finish, my experience with LHM Lexus of Spokane was top notch. I initially found a car I really liked online, and Pauline immediately reached out. I was in the middle of traveling and she was extremely quick with responding to my emails and answered all my questions- as well as sent several pictures and videos of the car for me to view. From there, I went to the finance team and all my docs were mailed to me to sign (I am an out of state buyer) and the car was shortly released after. I needed help finding someone to ship the car to me in AZ and immediately I got a referral from Pauline and the car arrived a day ahead of schedule. All in all my experience was amazing and I would highly recommend this dealership to all people- whether it be in state or out of state. Thanks again for all the help team- I appreciate you all!

I walked away from two different car dealerships for shady salesmanship and game play. Lexus of Spokane was amazing. No games. Straight shooters. Keven was my Salesman....I highly recommend Him. Steven was the sales manager and he took good care of my wife and I. I hate buying new cars because of all the games and drama. Would have been nice if I just had gone to Lexus of Spokane first. Once again I highly recommend them for your next car purchase.....to Kevin and Steven.....Thank you so much for being Real!!!!

My wife takes her car here for service and has always raved about the amazing customer service. The attentiveness, honesty, integrity, and overall desire to take care of the customer is fantastic. We recently had a tire issue and when we called the next morning they quickly took us in assessed it wasn t safe to drive while tires were being shipped to the dealer so they took care of us. Tamara and Jim in the service department are amazing at their jobs and gave probably the best customer service I ve ever had. Thank you for taking care of our car needs!

I had to take my take my Honda CRV in to Findlay Lexus of Spokane to be serviced because of a terrible grinding noise in the rear right wheel area. From start to finish James Freet provided excellent service. I definitely felt like I received top notch care! Thank you to Jim and the mechanics that did the work on my car!I am super impressed and would definitely recommend Findlay Lexus of Spokane.
