I was very appreciative of the professional repair of my vehicle. Not only did I have an excellent repair, but everyone was friendly and helpful. They always do a superb job. Thank you for helping me at such a stressful time!

Great service! Knowledgeable and trustworthy. I've taken my vehicles here for about 10 years and have no plans on stopping.To add to this, again had excellent service, and extremely fair prices. No complaints at all.Update: once again, Ebels to the rescue! Needed to get on the road, and had a screw in a tire. Ebels fixed my tire in record time, and I was on the road in about 20 minutes.

I wouldn't recommend this shop to my worst enemy! First they quoted me $60.00 for a diagnosis and theu said it was my coils amd charged me $150.00 . Then he tells me he can replace the coils for $1000.00! I was in tears. I called the dealership i bought it from and they laughed at this price. Not only did the dealership replace the coils but the spark plugs too!. All totaling $200.00! These people are cons! They act all nice but theyre snakes! Dont trust these people!

I was raised to know what was going on under the hood of my car. Ive had many mechanics try to take advantage of me. When I took my new to me 2013 Ram 1500 pick up in to have a vehicle inspection, I knew I was in the right place. Mark the ASE certified mechanic didn't talk to me like a dumb women and was honest about what needed to be done before he could say it was a good purchase. I took back to the dealership to have them remedy some things and Mark was more than happy to take a 2nd look to ensure I had a good purchase. I absolutely will be back for simple maintenance like an oil change up to anything else that needs to be done. So nice to know there are still good honest hard working people in this town.

I had to get my Dodge Durango checked because the heater was not working. Mark was able to get it fixed very quickly and the price was awesome! Really appreciate Mark and Veronica! I go there for everything now! very honest and reliable!

Ebels Auto Repair was such a breath of fresh air. I took my car to replace my breaks at a well-known mechanic shop and they told me it was necessary that I replace my brake pads, rotors, and calipers and they gave me a ridiculously high quote. So I got a second opinion from Ebels Auto Repair and I even told them that it looked like I needed to replace the calipers (which are expensive and usually unnecessary to replace in a newer car), and so after a free inspection they informed me that I didn't need to replace them and only needed breaks and rotors. They gave me a more than fair price comparable to other mechanic shops and didn't take advantage of my situation. They were so helpful and honest. I would recommend them to anyone!

Replaced parts that were brand new, charged me to replace the parts when they didn't need to be replaced, charged labor for the shipping the parts, took my pickle fork and failed to notice my throttle cable getting stuck. $1500 for parts I didn't need, labor I could have done and the car wasn't even safe to drive. Never again.

Took my wife's Kia Sportage in and it runs great now. While we were dropping my wife's car off the engine light in my car came on. I mentioned this to Mark and he offered to ran a quick computer scan free of charge. It took just a couple of minutes but saved me a lot of worry. The owner seems like a great guy. We are going back to Ebels when our vehicles need work.

We used Mark's automotive shop to get our vehicle diagnosed, and serviced. He misdiagnosed the problem, and replaced a perfectly good working fuel pressure regulator. After having it "fixed" we drove it for abour 30 minutes, and realized it hadn't been fixed because it was doing the same thing we originally brought it in for. After spending just shy of 600 dollars to have it "fixed" we ended up taking it to Aamco. Aamco correctly diagnosed it the first time. It was a part that cost than a hundred dollars. It runs perfect now. Thanks Aamco on Francis in North Spokane! :)

They fixed my front end suspension at a reasonable price and within a reasonable amount of time. It cost me less than a grand to do everything. I needed my steering box and struts and ball joints and everything.

Ebel is really great and honest. I am really impressed on the quality of his work, and how he always manages to find the problems that my car has and quickly fixes the issues.Another great plus, is that Ebel is 100% completely honest and not many well known mechanics are, so I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a great mechanic.

Called this business for a price quote on a repair. Person who answered phone was rude and disrespectful, as well as mumbled. I did make out through the mumbling that he wanted to charge a 50.00 diagnostic fee when the problem was already known and visible.I wouldn t bother with this shop. This is the best shop in spokane. They are honest, knowledgeable and fast. They fixed the brakes on my chevy Silverado while I waited! I won't take my rigs anywhere else! Thanks to Mark his crew!

As a blonde short woman who has always loved my cars.. getting someone honest who was not going to sell me blinker fluid has always been a issue.. Ebels Auto Repair is one of the best most honest auto repair places I have ever worked with.. When he told me I did not need new brakes in the back it was just a spring.. I was floored Thank you Mark for you honesty and people of Spokane If you need auto repair work you can not go wrong with Ebels!

When my wife thought she might need new breaks, they could have easily sold them to her. Instead, they told her how long the ones she had would last. You want fair dealings, Ebels is your place.

ebels needs a punch card like a coffee shop as often as I'm there!!! I was surprised at a price of 600$ when I supplied all the parts, but they do get it done. now I need rear end work!!! stupid truck!

Says they will place new exhaust on and stated the warrenty wont be there for customer supplied parts...then backs out and says mot interested bad business and would not trusy this type of person to work on my car.

The worse place which I have ever experience they are not honest and not good repair shop.dont bring your vehicles to them I don't know why people give them review may be most of the reviews are from their friends.
