I'm a delivery driver and had an emergency last Saturday when my brake lights went out. This was one of the only places open on a weekend holiday so I called and made an appointment. They were able to get me in pretty quickly. I had been to two different jiffy lubes to try to replace the bulbs but it turns out it was an electrical issue that none were able to as they weren't trained to do so. and many of the other shops I called said the same. So I was glad that divines said they'd be able to help. Unfortunately they said after my diagnosis that it wasn't a problem they could fix since it would involve a lot of wiring work that they weren't able to do. I was upset when I noticed the next day that my trunk door wouldn't open. I came back and was told that my wires were completely worn out this causing the door to not open. I was not happy, thinking the shop had caused the issue and I was ready to leave when they said they would fix the problem free of charge. They not only fixed the door issue but were able to fix my brake light wiring that every other mechanic had told me they wouldn't be able to do. They turned a bad situation into the best resolution and I will definitely be back next time. Thanks, Divines!

I had my vehicle towed by Divines Towing. I met the nicest tow truck driver by accident! Most affordable towing and they can tow almost anything. Very experienced and professional. They take extra care no matter what type of vehicle they tow

Yesterday, 1-16-24 my 3 yr old battery froze up & needed jumped. Taylor came out & in no time I was on my way to NW Auto for a full charge. Both gave me helpful tips for low mileage drivers. Thank you for your info and kind service!

I took my car here after dealing with a really sketchy and dishonest mechanic. Mike was respectful, truthful, and helped me prioritize what needed to get done now verses later. That being said I feel like I finally found a mechanic that is honest to a young mom with three kids. Thanks Mike! You're wonderful!

I was traveling and my truck wasn't driveable. They got me in and out same day when 20 other mechanics said they were at least a week out. Not only that but it was great pricing. Highly recommend

When my fuel pump went out, these guys handled my tow and my repair.The tow was half the price of other companies I've used for a similar distance. The driver was friendly, fast, safe and respectful. I'd absolutely use Divine's towing again!The car repair was really cool too. They communicated well the whole time. They told me how much it would be just to diagnose it, they called me after they diagnosed it with the total cost of the needed repairs, they never did anything that would cost me money without communicating with me first.It was towed there on a Friday, around mid day I believe. Late Monday morning, they had the repairs done and it was ready to go. They even changed my fuel filter and topped up my coolant without charging me a dime extra. I'd absolutely use Divine's Auto Repair again! Great experience.

I used this shop for two vehicles for just over a year. When it comes to simple part replacement I d give these guys a four. If you ve got a straight forward job they are quick, professional and friendly. On the other hand anything that might require more than basic knowledge or skill I would highly recommend you keep looking.After 5 separate trips and 1,600 dollars in repair cost for a leaky ac system on a Subaru I have been left with a big ol sorry we can t figure it out . I hate to switch horse s midstream and I really put my hope on them being able to get this sorted, even if it s a case of rebuilding the system a piece at time. Bad on me, should have listened to my gut telling me these guys did not have a grasp on the issue.Yesterday's trip really took the cake. Spent 900 bucks on the last run of AC repairs. Call back a few days later to report that once again the system is blowing hot air. Soonest they can schedule me is 5 days down the road. After having the car all day get the call that they want to keep it overnight to pinpoint the leak. Next day they have finally figured it out. It s something in the dash, we re not sure . But don t worry they are going to make it right, they are only going to charge me 100 bucks this go around for the O rings and the Freon that leaked out overnight and are going to wave the 400 dollars in labor that it took to figure out . Well that they can t figure it out! But they would like me to let them know what the problem is when I find a tech that can pinpoint it and gee, they sure are sorry. Seriously I was charged a 100 bucks for bringing in a vehicle with a faulty repair with absolutely no improvement or informative diagnosis.I totally understand that sometimes fixes are hard to find and might even be out of some ones experience level. But leaving a customer high and dry after this amount of time and money has been put into a project with no effort to make it right is just ugly. I mean either commit to at least being able to pinpoint the problem or acknowledge the job is out of your scope and make an effort at some form of refund. Sadly standards and service are in a free fall these days, but even by the low expectations of 2023 this is pretty dark.

This is an excellently run shop with seriously above and beyond customer service!! They were my go-to for the whole year I lived in Spokane, right up til Thursday, the day before I moved to Tacoma. My AC was completely busted and I was nervous about driving my cats five hours west in 80�. They were able to schedule me for the day I meant to leave, then put me in where they had a cancellation for the morning prior which was a huge stress relief! I was always walked through all potential costs and asked for confirmation before any work was done. I felt confident relying on this team to keep me safely and comfortably on the road. DISHONEST AND OVERPRICEDThese guys wanted to charge me almost $3000 for a job that my new trusted mechanic did for only $80.Do your research to find a better mechanic than these guys. Honesty is NOT their number one priority. This sign must be a joke.

Mike and his team at Divine's Auto Repair are incredible! For the second time in as many trips to Spokane (from Seattle) over the past 30 days, I had a semi-emergency with my Ford Expedition that needed to be fixed immediately to ensure a trip back over the mountains to my home the same day. Mike squeezed me in as a 'drop in' with no appointment, fixed my truck, and got me back on the road less than an hour later and charged me LESS than I expected to pay! These guys are the best around...not only great mechanics, but just plain good folks who are trustworthy and really care about you! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Mike was great, this is such an honest shop with amazing customer service. Although we didn't have our repair work done here because we had to transfer it to a dealership for warranty purposes, their diagnostic was spot on and their crew took really good care of us. They kept constant quality communication, we will return for any future mechanic needs for sure!

Divine's gave me "a discount" & ended up having my car approximately 2 days while waiting for the right parts to come in since someone sent the wrong ones by mistake. Ended up needing 3 parts total to repair the power steering problem on 2006 Ford Freestyle as I was unable to easily operate my vehicle anymore & the fluid was leaking out as it got put in the reservoir. I had paid approximately $550 once said & done. I should've been able to find someone to put the parts in instead of the shop & their outrageous prices, but my family/friends weren't offering any help. I needed it fixed right away & wasn't going to wait no months or longer to "not get it fixed" like last time & lose my entire car in the process. I miss the people who used to help me instantly, basically free or maybe a small donation or trade in doing the work cheaper. I wasn't thinking about that &I trusted my partners advice! Lesson I shouldn't have had to learn cause I know I've ALWAYS been smarter than that, but I trust people too easily I guess. Jobs done & car runs better now! Thanks for all of your assistance in helping me.

Great customer service. The pump closest to the store, just the side facing the store has been pay inside only for several months. Not sure what's up with that. Kinda weird it's been so long without resolve, but yeah I don't really care. It's just one pump of out of like 6. Place is great, has an auto body shop attached, their snacks, drinks, etc. inside are a bit lacking. Could just be due to the small size of the store. Again, I don't personally mind, just throwing it out there. Great employees.

One of the last smalltown fair trade auto repair shops in all of the Spokane/Coeur d' Alene. They treat you with respect, offer fair and honest repair at prices that meet every need. Do yourself a favor and leave the repairs to the experts, your accountant will thank-you.

They got my vehcile listed withen a week of calling, and got the service done a day early on top of that.Their quote was very reasonable compaired to other shops who were booked for a month out or longer, and were quick with every inquiry when asked.They even helped find a tow company that was cheap and fast for moving my vehicle.5 stars. Every step of getting my car repaired with Divine s Auto Center was done as professionally as one would hope for. Found them online using a Google search, read the reviews, and decided to reach out to them. Within an hour of submitting a Contact Us email, I was talking to Mike at the 3rd Ave (Downtown Spokane) site. I described to him the issue I was having with my car and we scheduled an appointment for me to come in and have an inspection.Later that afternoon following the inspection, Mike called me to give me the estimate and how long things would take. He had to jump through some hoops to get what the job needed, but, he did it under the estimate he gave me and in less time. It was a big job and as a favor, he fixed up a couple minor issues that he could while he had access to them.Again, Mike was at all times courteous, professional, and had my best interests in mind during every phase of this job. I d HIGHLY recommend him and his technicians to perform any repair work your vehicle needs without reservation.Thanks again, Mike... you guys are awesome!Service: Engine repair

We had to arrange over the phone for Divines to tow and repair our daughters car while she's away at school in Spokane. From start to finish they were responsive and helpful, and the tow and repair were completed in one day. The tow and repair costs were reasonable. We would highly recommend.

I went to Divine s on the south hill and I was impressed enough to come back. From that first visit I had though that these guys were honest and straight forward with pricing, in other words I thought they were better than what most of us expect from an auto shop. But that wasn t the case today- the guys were nice but they added on some junk to my oil change without me saying yes, and it came out to be way more than expected. So yes, just like what we all loath about repair shops.

I am in awe of how much these guys have done for me. I finally got my car up and running because of these guys. Great service. Communication is amazing. Calling to check in and to give me progress, is a major plus for me. I felt well cared for. I highly recommend these guys. I finally have a mechanic that I can trust and rely on. I went in today for a car detail and to put my new tires on. Not only were they professional, but they walked me through the charges BEFORE they started service so I knew exactly what to expect. Everyone that works here is professional and helpful. Not to mention the detail job that Dominic did was FANTASTIC. I am not exaggerating when I say that my car looks better now than when I drove it off the lot. Very lucky to find Davine's! Our car blew a hose on a visit to Spokane. It was a Saturday and they were willing to take a look at the car immediately. They determined that they could fix it and completed the repair in a couple of hours. And they charged us a very fair price. Not sure what we would have done if they weren't able to fix it that day - so thankful they were willing to fit the repair into their schedule. Everyone we interacted with there was awesome. Mike and his team were amazing. They have always gotten me in right away and figured out the issue with an honest estimate and really save the customer money and go above and beyond. I am so appreciative to this crew for everything they have done for me and my family by taking great care of my car. I will only refer people to them. I do routine oil changes with this company. They always call and tell me what the expected price is before touching my car. In the past when having my car looked into when I get back into it, it smells like body odor, today it smelled quite nice when getting back in to my vehicle. Very honest and quick work and my car was running great. I recommend you ask Mike (Michael) to do your service. Can't beat a 25$ oil change.

Thanks Divine's you ARE THE BEST. We were traveling through Spokane when we started steaming under the hood. It was nearly 2 pm and after calling several shops in town (all whom could not help us until the following day), we limped our car over to Divine's. They looked at the tank and offered to fit us in SAME day. They ordered a new tank and installed it that day and we were back on the road by 6 pm. AMAZING customer service and we so appreciated them fitting us in so we could continue on with our travels. I recommend this auto repair shop to all and if we lived in Spokane we would be regular and loyal customers.

I have been fueling my work vehicle here most nights at the end of shift. On 2-14-23, the gas pumps ran VERY slowly. The auto-cutoff didn't work, spilling between a quart and half gallon on the ground and damaging the filter cartridge on the fuel tank on my work vehicle. Now fueling the vehicle will now be a struggle from here on in.I will not be returning to this gas station
