So far, so good. They got my car in fairly quick when everyone else said a month or 2 wait. I'll update when I get my car back in the next couple of days. Car is back better than ever they did a fantastic job and treated me really well. Will recommend to everyone.

If your taking the time to read reviews, please stop, and call DAA Auto Body Center immediately. Don't waste your time calling around.It was an icy afternoon, and I slid my vehicle down a hill. I landed softly in the side of another vehicle.... I called my insurance company to start the claim. I, like you now, looked on google reviews to find someone to fix my vehicle. I chose DAA Auto Body Center, and they have been a god send for my family.They helped me through the whole process. Chuck, Melissa, and the entire staff has been nothing short of magic. It was a painless, short, and great experience. (Who thought dealing with an accident that I caused would be great!!). Please, if you take the time to read this...Follow my advice...Call them!!

Wow! We are so glad we found DAA Auto! They are honest and extremely helpful. LOVED working with Justin and John. They are very knowledgeable on everything there is to know about cars. I was recently hit by another driver, and needed to find a repair shop. I found DAA Auto Body and will continue to use them whenever I need work done. My car was in the shop for about a month, but the communication was fantastic! If I called with questions, they always had an answer and they always kept me updated when necessary. My car also looks like nothing ever happened :)Services: Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Needed a bumper replaced after backing into a tree, everyone was very professional, gave me an accurate estimate and possible extra charges. I needed some touch up chips on various areas of the car which i had paint for already and they did those for me at a fair price. Time frame for doing the job was accurate as well. Car was cleaned and vacuumed, even picked me up at my house which was very convenient!Overall i'm happy with the service they provided and would highly recommend them.

Chuck and DAA Auto body gave me the best service I have received from any auto related company. My car was totaled but they fixed it so that it is safe to drive for a small fraction of what my insurance was estimating it would cost to repair the whole thing. I was expecting my car to not be pretty because I only asked that it be safe to drive, but it is beautiful and almost like new. DAA Auto Body and Chuck turned what seemed like a hopeless situation into a wonderful experience. They really care about the community and I highly recommend them!

My repaired car looks GREAT! Made my car look better than it did before it was in an accident. Customer service was outstanding! Friendly, courteous and caring. Chuck was great to work with! Friendly and caring! I don't know the name of the detailer(s) who worked on my '01 Dodge Intrepid, but they did an excellent job!Thanks Chuck and DAA South Hill Team!

HOORAY for DAA! Took excellent care of of me after my Tacoma lost its front end to a hit&run driver. Even though it took while, understanding supply chain shortages ,Justin, went above and beyond getting my rig totally fixed up and keeping notified on progress, totally happy and satisfied, not that I would want to go through collision repair again, but if I did it would be DAA!AGAIN thanks Justin and crew, I will sing your praises.Matt MillerSpokaneServices: Painting, Body & Trim

The moment I walked in I was greeted with energy and a willingness to help. The team at DAA is outstanding. They worked quickly, kept me in the loop and got me an estimate within minutes. Thank you, Chuck and Paula, for taking such good care of me and my car. If you or a friend is in need of a Body Shop, this is the best place I've ever worked with. Totally worth driving to the South Hill even if you live in a different part of town.

I needed car repairs after a close encounter with a very large turkey. DAA worked seamlessly with my insurance company and made the process very easy. They also worked seamlessly with a car rental. They did an excellent job repairing the car, and customer service was excellent. I highly recommend their services!

I took my vehicle to DAA and they went above and beyond in repairing the minor damage I had plus they even touched up a few other little knicks, completely detailed my vehicle and even cleaned my headlights which really needed it! I would recommend them to everyone I know! They do amazing work and take great care of their customers. So friendly too!

John, Melissa and all the employees at DAA Auto Body turned a negative car experience into a positive one! They made dealing with insurance companies, rental car folks, etc, much easier with their constant updates and clear communications. I learned that they are a preferred provider for Allstate and Farmers Insurance companies. As my car was being repaired, I received progress reports from DAA twice weekly. And, work was completed on schedule and to perfection! Thank you DAA Auto Body for going the extra mile!

These guys were awesome! So helpful, kind, and professional. From a ride home when I dropped my car off, to helpful hints and spectacular service--going above and beyond right up until I drove away in a brand new looking car. I can't say enough. I hope to never need body work on my car again. But if I ever do, I will take it to DAA 10 times out of 10.

Great service from first phone call to completion. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, received calls to advise of progress of repair and to my delight my car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. Who does that ?? DAA South Hill does that. I highly recommend for all your repair needs.

AMAZZZZZING experience. Clean, professional and kind people! I came in because I hit a pot hole and the undercarriage cover came off my car and was dragging on the ground. I was stressed out about it, and they made me feel much better. I called them and they said to just come on in. I came in the next day and the guy I had talked to on the phone remembered me from the day before phone call. He took my car back. I waited in the VERY clean and accommodating lobby with my baby. There was even a kid play area to keep him occupied. The kind lady at the front desk was also very pleasant and accommodating. after about 20 min they came out to tell me I was all fixed and to have a nice day. I was shocked when I didn't owe a thing. they said it was an easy fix. I left feeling so happy and blessed that there are still amazing people out there! AMAZING place and I will be going here for any of my auto issues from here on out. I have already recommended them numerous times just from telling others my amazing experience. THANK YOU!

We recently moved to the area, and shortly after had to get our Honda CRV repaired. Took it to DAA auto and are very glad we did. The...owner? Manager? Not sure, great guy named Jon came out assessed the damage got it scheduled and got it in. Turned out to be worse than originally thought, but Jon proved to be honest and straight forward business man. He was above the board with everything and treated us fair the whole way. I wouldn't hesitate to bring another damaged car back in here.

After my initial post DAA did a lot to help rectify the situation. I was really impressed with the professionalism and care John took to help make this situation better. It still took some time to get my car back, but John and DAA helped with the additional rental car coverage. The car looks great as well!

This review is not for a recent experience but these people took good care of me. They are quick and they do a great job repairing your vehicle. Plus, they had my back when the insurance company was trying to abuse and do all kinds of tricks they do to refuse for payments.

Excellent service! They took care of all the coordination needed with our insurance company. Our car was done on time and in perfect condition. We will definitely use DAA Auto Body Center again in the future.

I have used both south hill an airway heights stores and am very satisfied with my service. Not only were they prompt and friendly but the body work on my car was spotless. I highly recommend them for all your auto body needs.

My entire experience at DAA was smooth and very satisfactory. They did all the work, all I had to do was show up with my car and they took it from there, even going above and beyond to touch up a couple little things on my car that were not part of the required repair. Will definitely be returning in the future when my car needs repairs

I was drawn to this bodyshop through the great review they have but my experience is far from what I expected.1st, we were moving from out of state and car was damaged right before it was supposed to be picked up for our move. so I called ahead so that my car could go into their shop the day it is supposed to be delivered in Spokane. In the middle of my explanation to the receptionist, she hung up on me claiming they don't want to deal with me. Feel puzzled but being new in town and have no one else to turn to, I called back and got transferred to manager. he explained to me that receptionist thought I am a spammer. Strange but I will accept that explanation.I sent them my insurance estimate so that they can get the parts ready. when I dropped off my car on 6/27, I was told around 7/4, independence day, my car should be ready. After couple of days, I called again to see whether there is any change since it is common for body shop to discover issues not detected by original estimate, and I was told everything is on track. so far so great.when it was about the time for my car to be ready, I called to see when I can pick up. this is when things started to get fishy. I began to get 2 different stories from receptionist and shop manager. receptionist told me their technician broke something so they have to order additional parts while shop manager claims insurance estimate listed incorrect part. A receptionist trying to taint their own reputation or a manager trying to cover up something. you be the judge. long story short, need to wait longer. So before the scheduled delivery date of new part, I called again and was told everything is on track. then comes the day the part should have been there and I called them again and surprise, the order didn't even go through with Porsche dealer although I double checked with. what a bomber. so comes promise again they will follow through with part order again. Finally the part arrived and I went there to pick up my car, only to find 1 last surprise. There are damages they totally forgot to repair!!!! so the story continues, I have to drop off the car to them again to get it completely fixed. They claim they will fix it for free but shouldn't this be covered by my insurance anyway? I finally got my car back on 7/22, nearly 1 month after dropping it off there, and it is just some bumper repair work costing about $2000 for a Porsche (nothing major in a different word).Hopefully I don't get in any wreck, but if god forbidden, it happens, I for sure won't use them again

Loved these guys! Chuck the manager got me right in and got my car fixed in no time at all. Very clean place, great staff, and super friendly! I will definitely be taking my car to DAA auto body on the South hill from now on!

I finish up at the veterinarian's office and realize that I'd left the lights on and that I have a dead battery. I look across the lot and see DAA auto body. They were so nice! I was on my way in 4 minutes and the technician would not accept my offer of $$. When I need body work, I'm definitely heading to this shop. THANK YOU DAA, you brightened my day!

Your customer service is on point!!! John & Melissa you guys had some of the best customer service I have come by! John, thank you for not stopping until the problem was solved. He was very patient and professional. Melissa was also very friendly on the phone and in person. My car looks perfect! UNBELIEVABLE! This type of customer service does not even exist anymore. I am so very impressed and humbled by the way I was treated by DAA's Chuck Buechner and Melissa Johnson. I was new to Spokane, from Indiana, and I got into an accident. My insurance suggested DAA and I had no opinion, being new here, so I agreed to have them tow my vehicle there. Melissa was so kind and helpful and accommodating to my needs that I felt I was in the right hands from the very beginning. When I picked up my car...WOW!! Not only was it in pristine condition, but it was washed, waxed, and the inside had been cleaned! I met with Chuck, the manager, who explained what they had done and if I needed anything more to let them know. I drove away on a very snowy Friday morning and I realized, very quickly, that my 4 wheel drive was not engaging. I called Chuck and asked if my wreck could have caused it to fail and he said he would be happy to take a look. His mechanic said it was likely a result of my accident and they would request that my insurance pay for that. My insurance did pay and DAA said they would repair it; they also arranged for a rental to use until my car was finished. I returned a day later to pick up my car and they had washed my car again! It was shining! I thanked them and went on my way. Four months later, I noticed one of the stripes on my car (that they had replaced) was coming unglued. I sent an email to Chuck and he actually remembered me and told me to bring my car in. I did and he said he would take care of it. I picked it up THE SAME DAY and not only did he replace the stripes, but also took off and re-glued the moldings on my car that were never even involved in my accident and put in a new back-up bulb as he discovered it was burnt out! I cannot get over how wonderful these people are and what big hearts they have. Every business needs to take a lesson in customer service and service after the sale from Chuck and Melissa at DAA! XOXO

DAA kept me in the loop with my bumper accident at all times! Communication is awesome with these folks. Very professional! The job looked great! Staff is awesome! 10/10 will bring my car back for any future work needed!

I accidentally cracked my Jeep Wrangler s hardtop. DAA was the best quote out of 5 places all over Spokane, they got me in very quickly and when we got it back it had been detailed. Looks brand new again! Thanks to everyone at DAA.

This is my 3rd experience with DAA. My first one was a repair to my Silverado Z71 to the amount of 9K. I was astonished at the appearance of the truck after it was completed, as it appeared to be a new off the lot vehicle. Based upon the excellent work done on my Silverado truck, i had my daughters Nissan Juke towed to DAA after a rear end collision. The DAA tow company promptly took the vehicle and billed the insurance company for the tow, which was so helpful. The insurance company had a direct repair program, with DAA which was so helpful as i didn't have to do anything other than authorize the repairs to the vehicle, which minimized the stress i was already having. My 3rd time with DAA happened after i was rear ended again in my other Nissan Juke. The benefit of having an approved body shop really expedites the repair process. Work once again was wonderful. I was contacted frequently with status reports and presented with a vehicle that looked brand new. If i ever move from Spokane, I will still use DAA for all of my body work needs. They are AMAZING!!!!
