Repaired my front bumper. Did a fine job on that. Not entirely happy for they crammed my old broken bumper with the dirty under-liner in the back of my van. What other body shops do this!?!I ve had body work done at other shops that never did stuff like that. They also couldn t be bothered removing sticky remnants of the tape I had to use to keep my bumper from flapping on the highway. I don't have a dumpster at home, so now I have to run to the dump. They did the bare minimum in my eyes.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Crash Champions went above and beyond my expectations. Despite a prolonged delay in repairs, their exceptional communication and transparency stood out. The extended timeline was due to Tesla's part delivery issues, not the shop's fault. In addition to flawlessly replacing my front bumper, fender, and address underlying issues, including the drive module/motor, but they also pleasantly surprised me by providing a Paint Protection Film (PPF) wrap for the replaced part. Initially, I believed I would have to arrange this on my own, making their service even more appreciated. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. Despite the delay, Crash Champions has become my preferred auto body shop for my Tesla. Being in Western Washington, I found their Spokane shop to be the fastest with excellent quality. Though I had to drive back to Tacoma, choosing Crash Champions was undoubtedly the right decision. Highly recommended for their top-notch service and dedication to excellence! My Tesla was involved in an accident in Seattle and every single Tesla certified repair center in Western Washington was backed up for months. So we towed it to Spokane for Crash Champions to work on. They were GREAT! Andy and Zana are excellent communicators and kept me posted at every critical moment. They arranged towing too and from Seattle. They gave me the information I needed on Washington code to convince my insurance company to pay for towing the car back to Seattle. And of course, the repairs look great, like the accident never happened. I highly recommend Crash Champions in Spokane.

The only Tesla authorized repair shop around the Spokane area. Wonderful service and quality repair. Both the receptionist Zana and repair manager Andy was very professional, they provide us update each week until all the repairs are finished, the repair was even ahead of schedule despite data, only Tesla repair service in the area! Highly recommended if you want a job done right!!

I had some serious scraping along the right side of Subaru, all my fault. Now my car finish looks like new. Regular communication kept me up-to-date . The employees were very friendly and helpful.

Fixed our Ford explorer back to new after we smacked a large animal. Frontal damage and they kept us informed by text message the whole time.. great work and thanks again for being so quick to get us fixed and back on the road.

Crash Champions did a great job on my Tesla Model 3. They worked with the insurance company to make sure everything was correct. The repairs were done quickly and they were flexible with me picking up my vehicle even though I was out of town when they completed the job. They communicated with me any questions and kept me posted on the progress. The car looked great; as if there had never been an issue.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These guys are good, especially with Tesla models. Unfortunately I've had my vehicle there twice for different accidents. I wouldn't have went back the 2nd time if they didn't do a good job. Hats off to the crew. And they have a rental agency they work with down the road bringing you to their office from the shop. I was down the road in minutes heading home. And I just dropped off the rental at the shop and just drive home with my car.

Crash Champions did an excellent job. My auto looks new and the inside was also cleaned and sparkling. They were great people to work with start to finish. My estimate was done the day I walked in. I was kept informed of progress regularly via text and the work was completed on the date promised. The staff is professional, accessible and friendly. A real person always answered the phone and kindly addressed questions. They also handled the insurance claim completely. Right rear bumper and underneath the car was damaged. The new bumper that they got actually look better than the bumper that was on the car when I bought it I think. They did a real good job and a good amount of time and I would definitely recommend it to anybody that had to go get your car repaired. Fantastic shop! We had to take our Model Y in since we noticed a chip in the paint at delivery. We needed a quick turnaround since we already had an appointment for a full wrap and Custom Body moved quickly to help us out. Super nice people, knowledgeable and high quality work. We will definitely use them in the future!

I had the best experience at Crash Champions. I always go there for my repairs. My car was done on time. They are very reliable, and will always go above and beyond. We are just waiting on a part which Isn t their fault, and when it comes in they will call me. I am glad they are close and convenient. Awful customer service. I came in to get an estimate and they said I had to have an appointment just to get an estimate. They wouldn t even get up out of their chairs to look even though they were doing nothing.
