C&H Foreign Auto repair has made a lifetime customer out of me. They helped me dodge a bullet because of their knowledge and efficiency. I took a car I was interested in buying in to have them do a pre purchase inspection, and they gave me a full report about everything I needed to know and more. I would recommend this place to anyone. Also, Scott who I believe is either the owner or manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable and told me to stay away from the car I was looking at, which saved me at least $4000 in repairs.

C&H did an excellent radiator replacement repair on my daughters car. They went above and beyond to correct an issue unknown to them or I in a headlamp replacement. Thank you C&H for taking care of the repairs and working hard to keep the cost down.Best regards,Stevens family

Couple days ago my daughter borrowed her mother s (my ex s) 2015 Volvo to run some errands. On her way to her first stop she swung through the Starbucks where lo and behold the car just turned off blocking the drive through window completely! Her first call was to Dad! When I arrived I tried to call Volvo Dealerships which there are NONE locally somehow I found C&H and got ahold of Patrick. Patrick walked me through a couple trouble shooting things which unfortunately didn t work. He then walked me through how to find the transmission manual bypass which allowed me to push the car out of the way. He was a life saver and put an end to my daughter s embarrassment! Even though I didn t have any work done by C&H during this event I will absolutely be calling them first thing when I do! Thanks Patrick! I owe you a coffee!

They are always very professional and thorough. I like the way they go over your bill, which has photos of your car parts and what they have worked on. They also discover and discuss with you anything that could be an upcoming issue. My last visit, they found an old mouse nest! An asset to the C&H auto shop team, that is my regular repair shop inSpokane on N Foothills, is Scott Cushman. He is always so professional and makes me feel like everything is in hand. I appreciate the professionalism, comprehensive work, positive attitude, and exemplary customer service that C&H Auto provides. I have worked with them for years & while owning a variety of vehicles (Acura, Smart car, BMW, and Porsche) and have consistently appreciated the fact that they don t oversell, upsell, or offer services that aren t needed. They have saved me a lot of money over the years, and I highly recommend them.

The people of C&H are kind, knowledgeable, and professional. As long as I'm in Spokane, I won't take my VW anywhere else. The service is always thorough and the communication excellent. I get regular check-ups and oil changes here, and I recently had a part replacement done. They offer rides while they are working on your car and pick you up when it's done. I trust them, and I'm grateful to them.

Way over charged for oil change and to look at water problem they couldn't fix.$289 for an oil change!They wanted over a thousand to fix water problem.I went on YouTube and found problem in sunroof drain. I fixed it in 20 minutes.Looking for a new service provider.

The gang at C&H is friendly, competent, and ready to answer your questions. Not only that, but by golly if whatever your automobile needs is no big deal and shouldn't require charging you for it, then C&H doesn't charge you for it. Of course, they have a business to maintain, so expect to pay for what you get. But at C&H you can get a ride to and from, so just ask for it. They take care of your car from elsewhere. (Truth to tell, even cars with U.S. names are loaded with parts from someplace else.). Anyway, give C&H a try; chances are you'll be glad you did, and you'll be back again, you betcha.

Extremely pleased with C & H. Topnotch customer service. Their communication before, during and after the appointment was great. Really appreciate the pre-service estimate they email you and the extremely detailed (and easy to understand) documentation you receive when your service is complete.

I love taking my car to C&H. I was told from every shop in my town and one town over that no one would work on my German car and that I had to go to Spokane. I was referred to C&H. I tried them out and after the first visit I felt so welcomed and learned so much about my car. They treated me like a person, helped me understand anything I asked about, and treated me with respect.This last visit my car had so much work to be done on it and there was another whole mess with it that had to be dealt with. However, C&H always kept in contact with me even with how busy they were. They would make sure to call me back even if it was after hours to update me.Now I have my car back, working good as new. I will keep coming back for further work and even for the little things like oil changes and tire swaps.

I must say that although I was very excited for my repair day to arrive that excitement faded away until this moment. Now what remains is a feeling that "they saw me coming" and took advantage of my trusting personality and lack of knowledge. Almost $1800 later and the "check engine light" still displays. For almost $1800 I got alot of diagnostics and not much repair. I do not plan to make another appointment nor would I ever recommend C&H Foreign �uto Repair to another. Sincerely yours.

I had the yearly service done on my Volvo XC-40 this week (oil change, check everything, etc.). The appointment went quickly and I received a comprehensive list of everything that was checked. The work I had done this time by C & H was quite extensive. Basically bringing my 2002 Volvo with 220,000 miles back to excellent condition. I find Scott and his staff easy to work with and very honest. I recently brought my 2007 Volvo here to get my check engine light figured out. My boyfriend dropped my car off and after it was already there the shop sent me an estimate of $440 plus tax for the labor of checking my engine. Something I had not agreed to (they later said that I had signed online agreeing to that price, I did not). I did ask for a quote for general maintenance.Later in the day they called to inform me that my car was finished and quoted me over $2500 worth of repairs my car needed. Upon paying the check engine fee and receiving my car I discovered that one of the quotes they had given me - 8 lights not working - was completely false. All of my lights were working. This is the one thing they did not include photos of in their online estimate.I cannot say if they decided to take advantage of me because I am young, a woman, or if they do it to everyone, but I strongly recommend avoiding this auto shop and taking your business elsewhere.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I took my car there and they had my car for 3months. I'd never been so frustrated,they left panels uncovered,no explanation why it took so long. So a month later my car still has same issues it won't start they didn't honor their warranty and told me over the phone it cost $1000-$2000 to just look at a sensor in the car!! Don't leave your car there especially if you are a female!

As a long time customer now, I find little has changed since I first posted this review, except that my confidence has only grown with this business:I bought a used Mini Cooper from a local dealer, likely a lease return from out of state. While the dealer tried mightily to learn the maintenance on my car, one they don t sell new, it became overwhelming for them and frustrating for me. They didn't have the expertise, or sometimes the equipment, to do routine repairs or maintenance. They typically recommended C&H for those 'extra' services, often after I d spent a day in their waiting room, not getting the repairs scheduled or needed.I eventually realized that C&H is where I needed to go for all of the servicing. They didn't disappoint. What a difference, getting to know my car through the lens of experts, who are prepared and eager to complete the work as scheduled.This is the shop for my vehicle, hands down.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto interior vacuuming, Oil change

The service here was amazing! I used to go to another place for an oil change on my Volvo, but this year their price went way up. I called C&H and theirs was 1/3 of the cost, with even better service! They even wash and vacuumed my car, which was a pleasant surprise. This is a very reliable and honest repair shop. I used them many years and, but bought another car from a dealership. This car came with free maintenance for awhile. Excellent service. I have never had such great communication from a shop. Scott kept me informed along the way and clearly explained all my options. They offered me a ride home and picked me up when the repairs were complete. They even offer a complimentary car wash and vacuum. Superior service from Scott and the boys down at C&H. This time I needed engine oil and transmission fluid changes, engine and air cabin filter replacements, and some new wipers - everything explained in documented detail, a ride to/from work while they had my car, and even a shop dog to steal some pets from! Nobody loves vehicle maintenance, so you might as well get it done by the best and know your car is in overly capable hands. See you next time, C&H.
