I wish I could rate negative stars, they had my 125 Honda dirtbike for over 2 months, they pushed me towards directions that weren t even related to my problem on the bike, I took my bike elsewhere and they found the problem first day that they had it. So in conclusion I had to pay a ridiculous $750 to basically get a new rear tire and tube on my bike since they did not do anything else. I WILL NEVER BRING ANYTHING THERE AGAIN!!!

These guys went above and beyond, went in for brake rotors and pads before a big trip, and Thank goodness I took it to them, found out that my passenger outer tie rod was completely toast! I didn t even know! They got me back on the road within a few hours! These guys really know what they re doing and really put their all into making sure your vehicle is safe to drive. I needed spark plugs replaced. The mechanic made the great recommendation that I replace the manifold gasket as well which was delivered by courier in a short amount of time. All the work was completed very quickly and at an affordable price, MUCH less expensive than at the jeep dealership. The staff was very professional and I fell in love with their white german shepherd shop dog , Rex. I highly recommend James and his staff!

Another shop balanced my rims and several weights fell off, it was really weird.But the guys at Brap were much closer and checked and told me the wheels were still balanced correctly.They were great. Thanks guys!!

I called Brap on a Saturday in late August to see if they could take a look at my son's 1987 Yamaha Champ 100 quad, as it had a sticking shift mechanism among other maintenance items I wanted addressed. While all of the other powersports service centers in the area were telling me they could take a look at it in two to four weeks, Corey at Brap said to bring it to him that day.He dug into the machine the following week and we were prepared for the worst regarding the shifter - needing to split the engine case to repair/replace bent hardware. This would have ultimately led to a complete tear down and rebuild of the engine to the tune of $1,000+ dollars - on a quad that might be worth $1,000. The team discovered rusted components on the outside of the case and were hopeful that simply cleaning and repairing these areas would resolve the issue without needing to open the case. They were right!!! And it ended up being a sub-$200 repair.They did need to order some parts - gaskets for the covers they removed and some carburetor parts, which took a while to get, but the fact they tracked them down at all was surprising. Parts for a 35-year-old quad can be unobtanium. In all, they fixed the shifting issue, rebuilt the carb including a new float, adjusted the valve lash and put on a set of new rear tires.We are very happy to have our quad back up and running better than it ever has since we've owned it and for a very reasonable amount of coin.After this experience, all of our toys will be going to Brap for repairs, Corey and Griffin (I hope I'm spelling that right) are good people and do quality work. Highly recommended.Services: Tires, Transmission repair
