Roadside Assistance sent Big Jim s Towing and I have nothing but good to say about my experience. The driver was fantastic and a true pro. He arrived on time and had my vehicle loaded and at the shop before they closed. By far, the best towing experience by a company who definitely has raised the bar of towing service.

We were in Spokane for Middle School girls state basketball games and in all of the excitement of our next game, I locked my keys in the car. I called Big Jim's towing and was greeted by a man named Shawn. He said he could help us out. He was there in about 15 to 20 minutes after my call and got the door open and we were able to get to the next. Thank you for you quick response. I gave them 5 stars.

Great service and pricing. These guys arrived at lightning speed. Driver was professional and friendly. Totally exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Nobody wants to call for a tow. The person who answered my call could teach a master class in customer service. All around a great company from start to finish.

I was most pleased. My insurance company contacted Big Jim's for a tow. I was just amazed at their promptness. Got a call from Sean within 15 minutes. Met him at my car and watched a total pro at work. Their dispatch sent me several texts tracking the progress. Highly recommend.

Stuck on the side of the road with trailer full of horses and a blown tire on the trailer. Due to cross threading of lug bolts it was impossible to remove them with common spinner wrench. Needed the big tools these guys had. Super friendly, kind and funny. Even better: charged much less than quoted. Always a big win! Also, when I first started calling for help and didn't get an answer the first time I called them, they called me right back from the missed call! Amazing!Highly recommend them!!

They arrived when I was told they would be there. Everyone was so kind. My tow driver was so nice and professional. Can't remember his name right now but highly recommend Big Jim's Towing!

Wonderful experience. Your driver was amazing. First off he puts me in his warm truck and makes sure I am comfortable then he treats my car like his car. He carefully loads it and unloads it like it s special to him. U was so impressed. Thank you for having such a great employee

Had an excellent and amazing experience with Big Jim s Towing. I wish I would ve asked for my drivers name. I was stranded with my wife and my two year old son on the side of the road somewhat away from town on north Argonne and he wanted to drive us to a spot where we d be more safe and less cold. He drove us out of his way to the nearest gas station and waited for our ride to show up before heading to our drop off location. Thank you Big Jim s!!

The overall experience was good! The switchboard lady was pleasant and very helpful every step of process. I only encountered a little hiccup with the driver who was a bit rough with his initial approach, however I understand we all have good and bad days. It helps to be a bit tactful when dealing with customers over the phone. No business should make customers feel uncomfortable, especially when you are paying for a service! Just food for thought.

The best tow service I have ever gotten. The driver was there within 30 minutes(in peak season) and was able to winch and tow me out in less than 45 minutes. Both dispatch and the driver were urgent and communication was perfect. Levi, the driver, was awesome!! Great towing company. Will always use in the future if needed.

I was really pleased with the assistance from Big Jim s towing. Starting with the office, calling to confirm where I was located and where I was wanting to go, and then the prompt arrival of Travis. I was stranded by myself in the dark, and Travis was very friendly and welcoming, and I felt comfortable with him giving me and my car a ride back to my house at a stressful time for me. Travis also pulled my car into my garage for me. Thank you all at big Jim s!

They were great. They were very fast in showing up to the location and they had the right tools got the job done I was in the car in less than 5 minutes. Travis was extremely professional and polite. I hope I don't get locked out of my car again but if I do I will definitely be calling Big Jim's Towing Service.

The tow truck driver, Shawn, was very professional and pleasant. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my vehicle and was able to get it moving so it could be loaded for transport. The lady in the office, who s name I didn t get, was also good to work with.

I would highly recommend this company. After totally getting the runaround from a handful of other highly rated local tow companies, Big Jim's was actually less expensive and so fast and easy. I loved my experience! I was stuck with a bad starter at a particularly difficult place with a time stamp and they answered the call right away. I was stressed with not only having a broken down vehicle but with a 'time sensitive get it out of here' matter. Seeing the sponsored on the ad made me nervous thinking they would be the most expensive, but that wasn't the case at all. Not to mention they were there in 30 minutes. Not to leave out the driver though. LEVI was exceptionally professional and kind for the whole ordeal. Not to mention he made a stressful day make its best. I would highly recommend to anyone and especially if under duress and concerned about a money tight situation. They were straight forward with the price and were honest to it even though I was a pain in the butt. 10/10 ALWAYS RECOMMEND

I used Big Jims Towing Service to tow my car from my apartment to Les Schwab about 0.5 miles away for a tire replacement (hit a pothole and gashed the tire). I called at around 7:30 AM, and they arrived in about 30 minutes. They used flat bed towing, worked quickly, and were friendly. Would highly recommend.

Mike was wonderful! I didn't have to wait forever and he really knew what he was doing. He hooked up my car and had it towed to my house in a matter of minutes. Very pleased!

I called them this morning to schedule a tow and they were quick and efficient to send someone my way. While waiting for the truck I was able to get my vehicle started. When I called to cancel they were extremely nice about it and I ve dealt with other company s that are extremely rude. Thank you for acting like professionals and being respectful regardless!

I'm not a people person, most people I deal with are less than pleasant. Every now and again I'll find a place or an outfit I truly appreciate. Big Jim's Towing Service is one such place. Professional, curtious, good natured. From my contact with the office to the guy who loaded the my car and took me where I needed to go, good people. No one plans on breaking down, but if it happens again these guys will be my go to.

A little pricey but everything is these days. Great driver, got there fast. Trouble free upfront pricing that they stuck to. I would recommend them to anyone, and (I hope I don t) if I need a tow again I will call them first.

Tow driver was prompt and very friendly guy. Reminded me a little of riding in an Uber. Casual chitchat about work and different restaurants and reviews about them. Not only did I get a ride to the shop but was offered another trip to my other vehicle. Would recommend to anyone who needs a tow.

Big Jim's towing service was amazing and quick. And I wasn't there when the towing company picked up my jeep commander, But he did contact me to let me know when he picked it up and when he dropped it off at The Tire Store.He did suggest it looked like my alternator was out and he was absolutely correct. Very educated. I would use big Jim towing again if needed..

5 stars isn't enough. Can't say how impacted I was by this company. Tow showed up on time and was very professional. I had a weird situation that wasn't the fault of the driver or myself, but the driver went above and beyond by calling the owner to make sure I wouldn't be stranded. The owner came and picked me up personally, took me to get a car battery, and we had lunch together before he dropped me back off.Who does that for a customer??? Big Jim's does.

Levi was fantastic! Got to me in a timely manner, got things taken care of quickly. Great guy! Easy to talk to. Even when I changed locations for delivery he was very courteous!Definitely 5 stars and 2 thumbs way up!! Stellar service!!!

Driver arrived very quickly because he just happened to be in the area. He was very polite, explained exactly what he was going to do, got the vehicle loaded and delivered to Les Schwab in less than 40 minutes of my initial phone call. Overall a very good experience with Big Jim s Towing and would highly recommend them to family and friends.
