Outstanding customer service! I had a cracked windshield on my new Subaru last year. I took it into Parker Subaru, they had Alpine replace it. This morning I noticed that the rubber on the bottom of the windshield had moved a bit (about a year after they installed it) so I called Alpine, the receptionist checked with a technician then asked if I could bring it in right away, if so they'll squeeze me in. As soon as I arrived the tech came right out of the shop and started to fix it as I waited. He was done in about 10 minutes. Everyone that I dealt with was super friendly & professional. I highly recommend Alpine Auto Glass!

Excellent experience from start to finish. They contacted us the same day the insurance sent the referral for our windshield replacement. I talked to a couple people there, and both were very nice. They scheduled the appointment right away to come out to my work to replace the windshield. Jason who came to do the work was nice, efficient, and conscientious - even reset my mirror in the correct spot, and the replacement work was superb. Highly recommend them!

These guys did an awesome job. Not only where they able to find a windshield for 22 wrx, but they where able to do it for $2000 (yes two thousand) less than safelite. It took about a week for the windshield to show up and about two hours for install. Quick and painless. They scheduled me in quickly. Friendly, fast, easy to get to, and the windshield looks good. Just as important, they actually pick up their phones (we called a few other places and never got through). Their glass guru also did a quick fix on a drive-up. I went in last Thursday thinking I had two rock chips to be fixed. Uneducated me couldn't tell they had already been fixed! Jason was honest and explained how they'd already been drilled and filled.

Alpine Auto Glass is the best! Jason did a great job on installation, Mike and Aaron were very helpful and knowledgeable. They made everything so easy for me! I'll definitely go through them again!

I had another glass company cancel my appointment after I showed up to there business. I needed to get my window fixed soon and Alpine was able to get me in. I also had a tire that was low and they filled it up for free with me. Great customer service and would highly recommend if you have any car window damage.

They were very professional, the best thing for me was how kind and friendly they are. I called Safelite at first. It would of took them 2months. 3wk wait, then wrong order and another 4wks out. Alpine had me in within a weeks. GO ALPINE

Customer service is lacking and tone taken with customers is disrespectful. I called with a concern because the rear view mirror on the windshield they installed is now sitting too low. Their response was to argue about how I'm wrong. They say that's the only option and there is no other choice. I told them it's obviously not the right one because my custom fit sun shade no longer fits in my windshield right, according to him I must be wrong....I can't see how the factory one that I was given in the first place was wrong.....?!?! I understand that the mirrors that you're given are already on the windows, but when I'm telling you that the windshield you put on there is not right. I don't know how else I could explain it. I didn't have a problem with my factory windshield and now I do with the one just installed.

2020 update: Alpine just replaced another windshield for us. On-site service, done in 20 minutes even though it was on a Saab with sensors and such. It looks identical to the original, but without cracks. Excellent service.Previous review:I've had thee windshields replaced and a couple chip repairs by Alpine. Top notch service every time! On site, quick, professional. Highly recommended.

Alpine auto glass is terrific! I have used them twice now and they were able to repair and replace glass within 24 hours. Nice work and good customer service which is hard to come by these days! Absolutely recommend them

Very unhappy with the service from this company. I scheduled a windshield repair through my insurance company with this company and waited approximately 1-2 weeks for the windshield to come in and then Alpine Auto Glass tells me I have 10 days to have the windshield installed or they get stuck with the windshield. I have a scheduled vacation and cannot meet that 10 day timeline, so they tell me they will have to send the windshield back and I will have to reorder later. I have -0- deductible windshield repair so my insurance company is paying for the install and they cant even wait until I get back from vacation? Very poor customer service!

On a pacific northwest vacation, some rocks kicked up from a big rig and hit our windshield. Passing through Spokane we looked up an auto glass shop, and discovered this awesome business. They were able to take care of us quickly, efficiently, and very kindly. Insurance processing was a breeze. As soon as they got electronic confirmation, the paperwork was done in minutes. Highly reccommended!

Excellent customer service. The only place I found that would install a new windshield in my 77 C20. Warned me about the risk of it cracking and got it in with no damage. I've been to Alpine Auto Glass twice in the last year. Once for a windshield replacement, and then a month later for an unfortunate rock chip (doh). Both times they were easy to communicate with, and the second time they even requested a technician stay late to fill my rock chipon my commute home from work. Quality service both times, and a convenient location for someone who works in Spokane Valley.

I had my windshield replaced today and it was so convenient that they send someone out to where you are to do it! Only took 30 minutes or so, and did a wonderful job! Will definitely recommend to more people!!! Thank you!!!

Alpine replaced one of our windshields and it only lasted a year. When I called our insurance, they said Alpine would honor their lifetime warranty (they are a Safelite vendor) but John at Alpine was extremely difficult to deal with. I decided to go with another vendor and would not recommend Alpine.

I've had three windows replaced by this company with zero issues! Two windows were broken due to vandalism and one was a rock chip that resulted in a crack. If I have any further issues, I'm coming back to Alpine.
