Great customer service! Al was very professional and the pricing was exceptional! He did extra things such as replacing my cabin air filter and noticed one of my tires were low and to fill up my oil. He didn t have to do any of that and I appreciate that. He even knocked down the price when there was a mishap scratch that was out of his control. I called Al s after my rear view mirror randomly fell off. Al said it would be no problem for him to reattach it and worked me in at the end of his workday. He was timely, easy to communicate with, and professional. To top it off, he didn t even charge me! I wouldn t hesitate to use Al for any of your auto glass needs.

Al replaced my windshield on my suv. He has the best price in town. The work looks great, very clean install. (he even replaced my oil change sticker to the new windshield) great communication. He did a mobile service and my wife was at home while he did the job in our attached garage. She said he was very professional and respectful. I am very satisfied with the transaction.

Best place to get glass done. Very professional and great work. I have had Albert do a few windshields for me and won't use anyone else. Best price guaranteed. Several people I work with have used his service and all are as satisfied as myself. Definitely recommend!

We came to Al's Auto Glass for a windshield replacement on November 17, 2023. I highly recommend this business, Al is really friendly and he talked me through every process of the replacement. He didn't treat me as a typical female. Thank you Al!!

Al did a great job installing my new windshield but the plastic piece he put on my car to hold it was broken. All the tabs were broken off and it flopped around. After trying to get ahold of him for a month he finally responded and told me that he would order the replacement piece. 2 months went by and nothing. I then tried for a month to get ahold of him again and he finally responded and said he would order the piece. He never said anything as to why the first piece was never ordered. I have now waited another 2 months with not hearing anything again. Communication is not his thing, obviously! He has never apologized for this ongoing 6 month issue! His prices are better but getting the run around for 6 months and still not having the issue fixed is getting real old!

Albert did an amazing job on my tesla model 3. Tesla quoted me $1050 for a new front windshield, Jacob s quoted me $675, Albert quoted me $575 and he did it at my house!!He was extremely professional and took extra precautions when working on my car.I am extremely satisfied with the final result and will be using him again!

Had them do my windshield for my 2014 Ram 1500. It was 200.00 bucks. Every other place was over 350. It looks great and is tinted.

Al did an amazing job fixing my windshield! He showed me other things I might need and taught me how to fix them myself so I would only have to pay for parts! He warranties his work and he's honest with great prices! I highly recommend him to anyone who needs new windows!!!

Al's was the only glass place in the Spokane area that could find a new drivers side window for our 2014 Subaru CrossTrek. They gave us the lowest bid of several other shops in the area who were going to use a used window from a salvage yard.I also appreciated their professionalism and their excellent communication with me since I don't live in the area.I would highly recommend Al's Auto Glass and their mobile service to anybody in the Spokane area.Service: Installation

Albert did a fantastic job. He came to my office, he communicated with me, he was friendly, courteous and blew Safelite out of the water on pricing...half the price! The man at the Safelite counter was rude, inconsiderate and had poor customer service skills, making me feel like I was just a number to him. I will never use anyone but Albert now. What a wonderful man! He answers the phone, texts, and stays in contact if appointment is a week out. He made the whole process so easy for me. While I was at work, he replaced my windshield, messaged me when it was done. I couldn t ask for better service! The windshield was like one replaced, new rubber and even cleaned it for me. I recommend this business to anyone! Thanks Al!!!! You re the best!

Al's Auto Glass was the only shop in town that would touch my 1980 Chevy. The price I paid to have my windshield installed was beyond affordable and his communication was great. He was fast, efficient and friendly! He showed me the entire process of removing and installing a windshield on an older Chevy. Overall it was a great experience, and I will be suggesting him to all my friends!

Albert replaced my rear and driver side window that does not roll down. It looks better than the windows that were in it when I bought it! He was awesome and friendly and answered any question I had and went above and beyond to help me with any other issues I had with the vehicle he filled my car up with oil tighten my terminals on my battery and took off the stickers on the windows that I did not want FOR FREE! I ended up buying the windows before I had them installed by Als auto glass, but found out it would have been cheaper to just have him order brand new windows and install everything! If I am in this area or anybody that I know needs their Windows done guaranteed I will make sure that they go there!Services: Auto side window replacement, Auto rear window replacement

Absolutely fantastic service! Getting scheduled was super easy! Took about an hour to replace my windshield and he even put my daughters picture fully onto my review mirror so it would stop falling (which I found super cool!) Pricing was the best part! Definitely recommend using AL! I will be for sure passing his name along!

I was referred to Al's after telling my boyfriend how much i was qouted from other companies...and I am now a loyal customer! First of all, he is BY FAR the most reasonably priced, no question. I made my appointment for a few weeks out because he was booked. I ended up having to reschedule and he was accommodating. He text me the day before to confirm my appointment and let me know about the free mobile install in the Spokane area. I had intended to leave work and go to the shop but asked if the Geiger Heights area was within the free mobile service range. He confirmed and said that he was going to be in that area early in the morning and he could squeeze me in. I got my new windshield installed 4 ours earlier than originally planned and he was efficient and very courteous! He will be my go to guy from now on. He was referred to me and I will absolutely refer him to others. All these 5 star reviews are well deserved!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Al's service is amazing, and not only goes above and beyond, but also beats his competitors in cost. Not only did we get the best price, but he also came to us at home. While here, he was also able to show me how to fix another problem I had, at the same time. All this with new seals and a lifetime warranty, and we didn't have to go anywhere. Awesome experience! I called around for prices (Honda Fit windshield) and Al's was the only shop that wasn't rude over the phone. Great prices, very convenient - he came to my apartment building and replaced my windshield in my carport.
