5 star experience here. My tractor has been serviced here since new (I was the second owner) a 1979 Kubota L245DT. They have always done good work, and have never made me wait for weeks like some other s I ve done business with. I had work done on 3 separate occasions by them and in total spent about $3000 getting my tractor back up and running. When parts were hard to get, they would look them up on ebay for me, and then send me the listing so I didn't have to pay their markup on it. I always felt that they were fair to me. I also appreciated Matt Adams as he was personable and professional. Thanks team!

The young guys greeted me and tried to understand that I need a pretty generic part. if its not a Kubota part, and you don't have the part number you are better off going to Amazon etc, they are not Ag people here.

Justin the owner is a Rockstar I came in having done a ton of research but he asked me what i wanted to do and then hooked me up with the exact unit that I needed for a better price then the competition will definitely recommend if you are looking make sure to check here before you buy

Brought in my older tractor, wouldn't shift into drive. probably broken shift fork. they said yes it was fork but had "damage to inner components" and a few more things to the tune of $5000 dollars. Almost paid to have them fix it too, but then they told me that all of the parts may not really be available or whatever. The nice guys there "saved" me money and only put it together enough to roll so I could take it home. half of the rear end was in buckets and disassembled. as they shoved it onto trailer with their forklift I noticed one of the wheels was not turning! they put a wheel bearing in backwards! this actually cracked the rear wheel housing! to top it off I took it to get fixed by someone else later and guess what? the other guy said it didn't have other damage just shift fork and cracked wheel housing! also some parts mostly nuts and bolts were missing over $80 worth, had a missing metal plate fabricated too.Don't take them your old tractor, they don't want to fix them. they will charge you over $600 to take it apart and give you it back in pieces!

I didn't have my tractor fixed here as I owned a different manufacturer. I was just picking up my friend's tractor. One of the mechanics helped load the tractor up on my trailer and help me tied down properly. I was concerned about the safety of the truck, trailer and the tractor as all three vehicles belong to my best friend. If their customer service is as good as their technical ability then they must have a great shop

Had to pick up a part for my hubby but since I broke foot and was being chauffered they were kind enough to meet me at the car and let me take photos to text to him to verify the right part was in my hand. Thanks Jeremy for your kindness and extra special assistance.

We have a Kubota Sidekick and called Adams Tractor for oil and transmission fluid. Your parts department told us the trans fluid was in stock but no 0-40 oil was available. Raegan said that they would contact the Coeur d Alene dealer and have it sent to your store for us to pickup the next day.We arrived today expecting to pick up both products but Raegan said the oil wasn t in the store. No I m sorry it didn t arrive today - just gave us a blank look. This was some of the worst customer service we have experienced in any dealership.If this is the we want our customers to to feel cared for experience you promote on your website, you are totally missing the mark!!!In the future we will take our business to Coeur d Alene - where we received excellent customer service!I recommend other Kubota customers bypass this business and head to Coeur d Alene dealer instead!

My husband and I visited Adam's Tractor today and left with a phenomenal experience! They installed the new bar and chain and also adjusted a few things in our chainsaw at no additional cost! We definitely recommend visiting this store and staff. High reviews coming from a couple that believes and practices do it yourself! Absolutely phenomenal service and knowledge!

Service manager was a real jerk, rude, errigent and condenceding! The hose we needed stock price was $30.00 but not in stock. So to make one he charged $50.00. Plus he would not stand behind the warranty on the tractor. Will not go back to a place that treats a person like that.

I had a great experience with the parts department three months. I went back when I needed a different part. This experience did not start as well but since they did such a good job last I went to the store to discuss in person rather than moving on. Lance Sims took care of the pricing issue and stuck with the quote, even though it meant zero profit. Adams Tractor will continue to get my business!

Adams Tractor in Spokane and Justin in particular have earned my business for life. After being treated worse than dirt at Cd'A tractor by Pat Hill, I went to Adams Tractor in Spokane. Justin took fantastic care of me in a concise professional manner. I wasted more than 5 hours at Cd'A Tractor only to have Justin take care of my request in 15 minutes. Keep in mind I was not spending just a small piece of change.I would HIGHLY recommend this location for all your tractor needs. Give your business to those who appreciate it. Justin rocks and is truly working in the customers best interest and making certain you are satisficed. I wish I could give this location ,and Justin in particular, a higher rating.

I was having problems with my Kubota L3200. Couldn't get the PTO to disengage. Solved that problem through YouTube but then the dang thing wouldn't start. After a couple hours of checking things out I went down to Adams Tractor to see if I could get some help. I spoke with one of the mechanics in the service department. He graciously took some time to discuss, show me a couple schematics, and give me some clues as to a few additional things to look for. Got home and had her running in 2 minutes. My apologies for not remembering your name but THANK YOU for your help! I'm also thankful for Adams Tractor having a culture which allows this kind of experience.

Went there thinking we wanted a tractor and got some really personalized service from Scott. We had some concerns about our application. Some were confirmed, some resolved, and some he helped us work around. Never felt like we were being "sold". Have had good experiences at their parts counter also.

Concientious manager and mechanics in Tractor Repair, having work completed in good time. Always follow up well if there is something overlooked or that needs additional work. Having good machinery is only as good as the mechanics you can find to work on it, and these guys are good!

Made an appointment for a riding lawn mower servicing including a time/date for them to pick up my mower from my home. Nobody showed up or called me, so I called several hours after the appointment time and was told they had "computer issues" and they would get it the next day. Again, nobody showed up and nobody called me to let me know if something had changed. I left a voicemail with the small engine shop that day and got no response until the next business day, but by then I had made arrangements to take my machinery elsewhere.

I would give adams tractor 10 stars if I could. 5 for sales and 5 for service. My skid steer broke down just as the snows hit and I needed a solution for my half mile dirt driveway or we were going to be in a bad way up on this hill. I was in communication with maybe a dozen local dealers for a new piece of equipment. I say that loosely because most of the dealers wouldn t even respond. Seems that the nationwide shutdowns had backed up supply and inventory was short across the city. I was even given quotes by another place, but when I agreed to the price they strung me along for 3 weeks and finally admitted that they couldn t get the equipment they quoted me on.Scott at Adams put me on just the right tractor for the job and was honest about the timeline. He returned his messages in the same day without exception. Thorough and thoughtful delivery too.Now the snowblower I purchased had a problem. The main reduction sprocket on the snowblower side wasn t adequately tightened to the shaft and it was creeping forward. Went through my first chain in about 2 hours. Jeff in service walked me through the alignment and sent a new chain to my address the same day. I chewed that one up in about 20 minutes. Now I was getting worried that these tractors aren t up to my job, but turns out that sprocket was still creeping on the shaft even with red locktite on the setscrews. I dropped it off with Jeff and he spot welded the new sprocket to the shaft and had it ready for pick up just a day later. Now I m throwing snow like a beast and I am obsessed with this little tractor. User friendly, loaded with features, doesn t kill me to work with it for hours.A huge thank you to the crew at Adams for your professionalism and your great attitude and customer service.

Very good service and very helpful staff definitely Reagan (If I remember correctly), I went in for new indicators for my tractor, I was having issues obtaining them near by me.

The guy working on Saturday was super nice are super busy. We bought a mower from here and found the guy working to be so nice and very helpful. He let me test drive mowers and in the end we bought a mower. He delivered the unit later in the week.

Came in for a tractor suspension part. Standard tie rod end used on hundreds of different models.The millennial counterman could do absolutely nothing without a tractor model number. Without the computer he was useless. I waited for him to measure the threads on the two ends and look for one in the area they keep tie rod ends .but he just stared at the computer.Reminded me of the Rock Auto commercial showing a millennial counterman. uh, I don t think we have one of those sorry man I recommend you have the exact part number when you see these guys or it might be too much for them to handle.

Hard to work on in a foot of snow. They picked up repaired and returned it. Took some extra effort and they got everything up and running. Plowing again..

Don't plan on getting your expensive machine serviced in a reasonable time. They are constantly behind. My machine is three weeks out before they will even look at it.Service is lacking and it would be nice to get a call back. My business is suffering because of their shortcomings.

Great salesman: Jody M.!We visited Adams Tractor several times while deciding which tractor and what implements to purchase. Each time Jody helped us out. He is very knowledgeable and never put any pressure on us. He provided suggestions and shared his personal tractor experiences to help us make up our minds. When we did make up our minds to go with Kubota, he made the purchase process smooth and painless.The sales lot is sized just right to allow you to check out all of the products.If you are looking at Kubota products, seek this place out and insist on speaking with Jody. You will not be disappointed.

After rave reviews and my high expectations, I was sadly disappointed with service and after sales support. Jody is a great salesperson and one that keeps it together there. He has gone beyond the call of duty to help me when I could not get a safety service performed on my tractor, and sales information from others there. I guess spending over $40k on a new tractor and new RTV was not enough to even get a thank you card from them. Will be performing my own service on these pieces of equipment!

Love my Kubota tractor. Bought two tractors here over the years. Still have the older one (1991). Friendly staff. Service department has answered many questions over the years. Good access.including for trailers, and lots of parking.
