We had an accident last December. They told us they could fix it until march. We waited and on march we had it sent to them. They tore it apart and fired the employee who did it. Because of the work he did it didn t do they refused to finish the job and sent it back to us October. It is in worse condition than we had dropped it off in. It took over 8 months, of regular calling them, to have them say they were unable to fix a car they disassembled. They did drop the car off at our house in pieces and with the expectation that we will do the work ourselves now.

My car got stolen and wrecked they were very nice and let me weigh out my options and just gave me the best service I could ve asked for while dealing with an awful situation, I highly recommend them and would definitely go back to them for any of my towing needs or if I need any repairs. Would give 6 stars if possible!

We ve had to use A-Pro twice recently for two separate instances and I can assure you that their service is top notch! From fast towing time to sharing their knowledge and NOT overcharging for nonsense. They re honest and reliable and they will be our go to in the future if we ever need them again! Thank you to Moe specifically today. He made my morning that much brighter. Kudos to you and the rest of the staff!

INSURANCE COMPANIES & CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!We ve been waiting over 9 months for our vehicle. Every time we go in or call in to inquire about our vehicle they are extremely rude and unprofessional. We started checking in around the 5 month mark, we keep getting told two more weeks but obviously 9+ months later still only halfway done with our vehicle. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt but at this point I m beyond fed up.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

REPLY TO OWNER: Leti, I DO NOT have a vehicle belonging to you.. While every shop intown is behind, due to Parts Manufacturing Delay which is out of everyone's control I still DO NOT have vehicle that belongs to you. The truck belongs to my husband, it is our company vehicle, which you are aware of as I have been in the office in-person and it was made clear back in April that this was our company vehicle. I was in tears telling this rude older lady that we need that vehicle back, as it is creating hardship to our business to have to pay for a vehicle sitting in your shop and all I got in return was a condescending Okay with an eye roll from this lady. So therefore, WE are waiting, don t play smart with me you know exactly what vehicle I am referring to. Funny how my husband went in today and this rude older lady immediately attacked him, stating he knew this and that when in fact, we did not know anything! Rude, unprofessional, lack of communication especially on that females part. Also asking my husband to have me remove the review, I will not remove the review or stop reviewing until WE get our vehicle back in mint condition because it s been there long enough to be completely rebuilt. Also I don t care how many people are behind on vehicles or shortages that still does not excuse the rude unprofessional behavior and attitude. Get that lady some customer service training and better skills, keep her in check. Word of advice from a fellow business: communication is key and goes a long way. Check in with every delayed customer at least twice a month with progress or something, whether that be via call, text or email. Us driving by for weeks with our vehicle in the same exact state, in the same location with no communication.. looks like nothing is getting done to me. I ll consider removing the reviews when our vehicle is complete and again mint condition for the inconvenience and delay.

We went in to get an estimate for repairing our van. The man was very rude when I ask for an estimate. First he ask me if I had insurance or not and I told him no we were paying, at that point he gave us the opinion that he really didn't want to work with us. When we got out side almost to the van he stopped to say you know there is a $25.00 estimate fee. I told him no one else charged us for an estimate, He replied not my problem in sarcastic voice. I said NO I won't pay and left. Will tell all my friends & people I hunt and golf with NOT to do business with them because of the way we were treated. That tells me the way probably do work and stand behind it (NOT GOOD)!

Ive brought 2 vehicles to A-pro now. One was disabled due to a accident and they came and got it for me and it was super fast. Both vehicles were done to perfection. They do great work and do it quickly. They have great customer service and keep you updated throughout the whole process. Highly recommend this company for all your towing and auto body needs. Would give them 10 STARS if I could. Thanks for the great service guys

Not only did they do a Fantastic job, they also did it at least 30 to 90 days faster than anyone in Spokane! You couldn't even tell that my side mirror had ever been broken and Thank You! 200% would go back again.

I was in an accident August 5th 2021 damaged my front driver tire and drive shaft. It is Now October 4th nearly 2 months later and I still do not have my car. I have ran out of rental coverage as well. I called multiple times and talked to a woman there who is rude and unprofessional, I ve been told week after week that it will be ready at the end of the week. I have been unable to change locations due to my insurance. I was told by the owner I would get updates from him personally and this has yet to happen. After calling back the owner him self was beyond rude to me and my fianc� and threatened to not even finish my car. It took this place 3 months to complete my car. If I could give this company 0 stars I would , this company doesn t care about their clients or vehicles, are rude and very unprofessional. Go anywhere but here.

Awesome people! Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. It's not a fun time when you need something fixed on your car, but when I brought my vehicle in for the initial quote they put some plastic on my window so I could actually see through it.... which was awesome. I'm a busy gal and had a makeshift plastic bag on there. They did the best job. The body work and paint job were absolutely perfectly blended. They even vacuumed all the glass out of the inside, washed the outside of my car and the wheels were shining. It was wonderful. Highly recommended. Thanks Auto Pro folks!

After being turned away from regular mechanics that refuse to work on foreign cars and like to try to make simple things complicated I found this place. It s no B.S. They are straight to the point. They get you in and will get it done. And the price is absolutely fare. The large snow pack took out the underneath skid plate and offed my radiator, messed up my radiator hose and tweaked everything in between. They got me in and out same day.This is your honest hometown collision and mechanic. 15 thumbs up. Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

I love this place! Outstanding customer service by the entire team. They kept us up to date on what was going on, how they planned to fix our car, and even remained patient in waiting for answers from the insurance and dealership. They truly have their clients best interest at heart!

I was just in an accident recently, and they towed my car to their company. They were very rude when I explained to them that they took my car their and when they FINNALY found the paperwork on my car and let me get into it, they had asked which insurance company would come pick it up. And I let them know and she said okay and that they would release it to them. The insurance company called and they told them my car wasn't their, when I just was their the day beforehand. Honestly ridiculous

Nice Local company here in Spokane. I was dealing with the owner (Mitch) very kind and courteous gentlemen. They also have a automotive shop on Wellesley which was the one I went to and they didn't have a review page so I just droped it here. If you ever need to get your car serviced I highly recommend this company.-Paul

Very rude receptionist who stressed me out over a simple question about an estimate. I just wanted a quick answer on a possible quote to tow my vehicle to a auto repair shop and she started an argument over nothing. It s helpful to have a General ball park to make sure I have the funds for the tow and she simply made it worse by being unhelpful and unfriendly.

They are really on the ball, my mom blew a tire on the freeway at 4:30 am on her way to work, she called a cab and got picked up by 4:45 to get to work.... During this time the state cops called A-Pro towing to tow her car while my mom was at work claiming it was an abandon vehicle, while her insurance had a towing company on it's way..... Needless to say A-Pro beat her insurance companies towing to the punch, so 5 hrs later it cost her $313 to get her car out and then her insurance company sent their tow truck to pick up her car..... High priced but friendly

I had been dealing with a nightmare of an insurance claim and throughout the entire process of interacting with multiple parties, the friendliest and most understanding were those at A Pro Auto Body. They were quick, efficient, kind, and the quote provided was fair (not to mention the shop doggo is the cutest!).

I was going through a tough financial time when A pro towed my car right out from in front of my house while I was out of town. I pleaded with the guy I called at A Pro to see if they could help me out and lower the cost. He proceeded to toy with me, asking me for a proposal. I suggested a lower number and he turned it down. I said ok, what do you propose, and he told me the original number and that it's not negotiable. I have dubbed this place "kick 'em while their down towing"
