I only spoke with the tire truck driver. He seemed really nice. He took every protection possible to keep my sons vehicle secure on the truck and at location.Only disappointment I had, was I never received my confirmation text of the tow bill.

They towed my truck and car and destroyed my car dolly, wouldn't give me my wallet out of my vehicle, so I had to reorder all my cards, drivers licence, because they were to lazy to just walk out to there yard and get my wallet for me.I told them I had the bill of sale in my car, in glove box and they refused to get it for me,if they would of got my wallet and my bill of sale I could of saved my car,but they did nothing to help.they said to me, we don't find nothing with your name on it or in it to say that it's mine, but I told them we're everything was in the car, like court papers the guy that worked there went and got my jacket and my court papers out of the car,my wallet was gone and some of my papers was gone, so someone had gone threw my stuff, they wouldn't let me go to my car ,far as I'm concerned they stole my car from me.

If i could give 0 i would. Suuuper rude customer service, Ashley one of the girls working there yelled at us and told us different prices everytime. Super rude. Towed our car from our own place, at night , within an hour, and didnt even contact us. Which might also be our lease managements problem too. Super unprofessional and rude.

Absolutely wretched company, towed a car within an hour at an apartment complex while visiting a friend, had one lousy little sign that you can barely see. Took 700$ from a college student.

The only towing service in/around Spokane with a review rating over 3 stars that answered their phone with no hold time. The rep was fantastic and personable! She gave me a realistic time frame for assistance and was able to explain the whole process from top to bottom. I didn t end up needing the towing, but I will be using these folk when I eventually need a tow!

Really friendly and helpful staff. Car was recovered by police and towed to their impound yard. Tweekers went crazy strapping a bike to the roof, building a hammock, hanging a noose inside and painted graffiti was all over.The staff was awesome!

No answer but took pride in having "The only towing service in/around Spokane with a review rating over 3 stars that answered their phone with no hold time" plastered on the website. Glad the experience matched the reviews, hopefully everyone else's experience matches this review.

Very unprofessional and Ignorant too. Dolly Towed my vehicle when the manufacturer stats doing so is unsafe and can cause damage. Also, left my Emergency brake on while towing for miles. When I pointed these things out, Ashley just reiterated my vehicle was towed at my risk. (Factually untrue) Take your business elsewhere, this company is SLIMEY.Service: Local hauling

So my car was impounded and it was Protech that got the call. When i asked how much it would be to get it she told me $550. When we got there to get the charge was only $ 511. She was fast, courteous, and very pleasant. I really appreciate the way she acted when i called. Most of the other tow companies I've had the pleasure of dealing with acted like i was inconveniencing them. She was great !! I would recommend them any time someone needs serviceService: Car towing

Im going to do everyone a favor and make a very long story very short: theres an evil company called Agero that left me stuck in a Chevron parking lot for two days. These folks at ProTech not only towed me home at midnight for four hours into rural Montana, they battled for hours with the evil Agero just to make it happen. If it werent for Ashley and Justin at ProTech, Id probably still be sitting in that Chevron parking lot, living as a contemporary Robinson Crusoe. I owe em a great big favor if they ever find themselves out this way in the future.So call these guys if youre busted down around Spokane. The list of tow companies who are quick to respond, have roomy cabs in their trucks, and are willing to fight with the evil Agero is a very short list, and if I were you Id stick these guys up at the top.Three cheers to ProTech - and if someone is good at voodoo dolls, kindly make one for Agero and stick needles right in their corrupt, soulless eyes.

Didn't end up using this tow company, I called and talked to a lady that seemed irritated I called them quoted me almost $800 when two other companies quoted me under $400

These guys are great. Called them and they were able to send out a truck immediately. The staff was friendly and efficient with one doing paperwork while the other went right to work. They made a bad situation as painless as possible. Highly recommended!

They are amazing. Got my jeep towed by them, of course I was heated Ashley turned that around and made the situation alot better. She was just doing her job due to my negligence. Amazing company and people.

Professional, kind, helpful and clean impound yard. I hope we don t have to work with an impound/tow place again but if we do, I hope it s this place. They didn t let our situation impact how they treated us. Thank you, Pro-Tech for your professionalism.

This company helped me after I was involved in a multi vehicle accident on I-90 with around 70 cars in accidents. They are so nice and kind, even drove me home up north after taking my car to the valley. I have never had such a great experience with a tow truck business. These are awesome people.

This Company has what it need to be incredible. They took a terrible situation with my roadside assistance company and made it a simple easy fix in no time at all. A nightmare lasting hours they corrected in 15 minutes. You guys are saved contacts in my phone now. Thank you!!!!

I never thought that I would be saying this!!! My car was reported as abandoned Pro-Tec did there job and towed it. It is never the tow company's fault your car has been impounded yet they get the blame so nobody is happy when they pick up there car and so it's not a pleasant experience for them or you. Thats probably because you didn't have your car towed by Pro-tec the whole team there was so amazing some of the best people I have ever met they were very polite even though I showed up after they had closed they did not turn me away and charge me for 2 more days because of the weekend. After I got paid up and then taken to my car I found that some one had broken into my car and took everything my tools that I use to make a living was the worst thing they could have done the SOB'S even tried to cut my Catalytic converters off but the pro-tec team was super helpful and lifted my spirits maybe all this bad happened so I could meet some truly amazing people. To everyone at pro-tec Thank you!! YOUR KINDNESS MEANT MORE THAN YOU KNOW

My daughter was shook and a bit rude when she had the accident and her car needed towed. They didn't let that judge her and was very kind the next day when we went to the yard.

Justin and Ashley towed our School Bus (and us) off I-90 and to a diesel mechanic, while using 2 vehicles to keep Covid safe. 40 miles!!!! Amazing! Highly recommend! Thank you Justin and Ashley!
