I've been here a few times and always right before they close (I'm always running late) and everytime I'd see one of the guys staying way past closing time to not only work on my car but others as well. Never having a poor attitude cause they have to stay late.Always nice and helpful and get the work done on my car. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Thanks guys for not sending me away when you could have.

So far good experience with them got two tires for a great deal were they switched them over and balanced them as well everyone was polite and helpful especially the female helping me today! Got them for 130.00! As long as they last for awhile I'll recommend this place and continue my business there over any other

This place is awesome. The guy there I believe he is the owner, and the only guy working there. He help me find a new rim and matching tire for my 2004 Nissan pickup today. He even spray painted the rim black to match the other rims at no extra charge and even help me install it back under the pickup! This went far and beyond from what I expected from a local used tire distributor. I can't say enough good things about Big Bubba's used tire store. The prices and services are great! I will definitely be back again.

The men here are so amazing! They busted their butts to get me tires for my car and make sure I was out of there by when I needed to be even though they were busy. I ve been looking for a new local shop since hillyard tires is no more and I will be going here from now on!

Id give him 10 stars if I could. He went above and beyond. Helped so much more then was needed. Genourocity was definitely shown.

What a terrible place. When I pulled up I should have turned around. I dropped off my tire and left my name and contact info. They said they would call the next day. 2 days later I called asking and they had no idea and said I would have to come in and look for my wheel as they had a lot and didn't now where mine was ot if it was done.

10/10 would recommend. I got two used tires with 90% tread or better balanced and mounted for $130. There s no cute office to sit in but the man who installed my new tires was more than happy to allow me to watch him work, and answer all my questions. I called 4 different places and this was by far the best deal I could find. I know where I ll be sending all my family from here on out. It s not often you leave a place like this with nothing bad to say!

Top notch tire repair shop. Very nice man named Brian helped us when we needed it the most. I highly recommend this tire shop for all your used tire and tire repair needs.

Went here on a friends recommendation and was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was friendly, they got my car in and on the lift quickly, total time in was around 30 minutes.While working on my car they also had a few other customers being helped just as quickly.When this set wears down, they will positively receive my return business.***3 Years later and Bubba's is still my go to place for used tires, they've always done a great job.

Very kind and knowledgeable owner who found and balanced and mounted great snow tires on my Mazda. I was comfy enough that I took a tiny nap in their waiting room! I feel secure in drive safely this winter now! I was scared before. Thank you Bubba!

Ended up getting a flat tire while on our family camping trip. I didn't have a lot of extra money but I definitely needed a tire so we could drive home.Not only did Big Bubba's get us the right tire and replace our flat quickly, the price was incredibly affordable.My family truly thanks you

Awesome tire store! Very honest and offered a solution to our tire dilemma that we could afford; after trying to replace some may-pops on our truck for a week. We finally went here because a friend of the family said Bubba's would take care of the truck. He kept us safe from a bad set of tires, we happened into, and provided us with awesome customer service. Three tires cost us next to nothing, are high quality tires, and they treated my dad and I awesome.Bubba really knows tires and is very honest!

Went in today to get a decent set of 'cheap' tires. The man set me up with 4 /50% tires for my KIA for an awesome price. Less than half I would havepaid at the stores. Thank you so much!!

Worst shop I ve gone to.. I showed up there was no parking.. took me awhile to even get an employees attention .. they said I d be next.. sat in my car for over a half an hour.. when I went back in to see what was taking so long not a single employee approached or asked if they could help me.. I stood in front of the garage for over 10 min they all saw me.. no one approached to ask me if they could help .. no one.. so I left WOOOW only went here cuz I had a bad tire and it was closest

Got a hole in the side of my tire. Bought a tire repair kit. Didn't fix it. Just made the leak slow enough to handle. Drove to bubba's and got a new Goodwrench tire for $75.00. For my Chevy 2500. Compared to the $150.00 to $250.00. that everyone was quoting. Thanks for makein my life a little easier

I was at a car wash washing my car and my tire valve popped off and was letting air out and wouldn t go back on. A guy was walking by and I asked him to help me out. Just so happens that he has a tire shop and knows what he s doing. So Brandon had his partner get the supplies from their shop and come fix my tire at the car wash. Let s just say I ll be a forever customer!

I've known and have done business with Big Bubba's Tires for 20 plus years and will continue to , what you won't get at Bubba's is over priced tires or people telling you that you need something you don't just to make a buck. It's not a high over priced chain store trying to make there high overhead at the price of our local community. What you will find is honesty, fair prices and a local home grown business that actually cares about the community, what Big Bubba's lack in flashy appearance they excel in integrity and honesty. 10 out of 10

Wen I showed up the man working had me go and look for my own size tires in the used lot and when I finally found some he would not even put them on my car because he said he closed in 15 minutes keep in mind I showed up at 425 pm and if I had not had to go dig around in a used tire lot he would have had plenty of time some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered

Nice guys and they make sure everything is balanced and put on correctly. You gotta watch some of the other used tire places, I swear one guy nodded off while putting my studs on last year at a shop off division....worth the drive to trent to use bubba for your next mount and balance

Never go in the mornings!!! This morning I waited 2.5 hours for 2 cars to get done, 45 mins of which they hadn't even jacked up the car, employees tell you to find your own tires, never had such an issue with this place until the older afternoon guy wasn't working

Dale (Bubba) is awesome. They not only had the new tires I needed but did my rear brakes for me while I was there and paid a fraction of the cost I would have anywhere else. I love Bubba's Tires!
