When my wife and I read the reviews I have to say I was very nervous getting our car fixed here. I had already scheduled the appointment and we were driving there from out of town so we decided to keep the appointment. I was very hesitant and asked a lot of questions.BUT... From the moment I got there, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our car was under warranty and we had a strict 1 day time frame we needed the car done. They diagnosed and fixed both front ball bearings.We dropped our Atlas off Friday night and they had it fixed Saturday afternoon and did a great job communicating the status of the car.Everything was covered under our warranty and there were no extra costs. We have been driving the car the past few days and the car drives 100% better. The problem feels fixed.Thanks so much for quick and quality service!

We purchased a 2024 Volkswagen Golf GTI Autobahn from Autonation Volkswagen. Our sales person Jason was amazing. He was fun, no pressure, accommodating and very knowledgeable. We had a great experience and highly recommend Autonation Volkswagen. The showroom is very nice and all of the staff are very pleasant and make sure you are comfortable. Our finance person Gez was very quick with the paperwork and our experience was awesome. From the time we decided to purchase the vehicle, to the time of delivery, we were out in a little over an hour. The car was given a final clean up and was ready to roll. Love our new little car.

We were shopping for my daughter s first car. We looked at several vehicles from private parties and all seemed a little Too good to be true. We decided to try a trusted, established business and went to AutoNation - Audi. The experience was great! Joey was courteous and professional from first contact all the way through to the end. He showed us several options and we found a car that met our requirements and budget.I would highly recommend AutoNation as fair, kind, patient and professional. We now have a car for my teenage daughter that I feel comfortable with.Chris Coder

This is a mixed review-I had a wonderful experience initially purchasing the vehicle, the sale and financing was great, until I had to bring it in for a sensor issue-no big deal. When I took it into my appointment, the service guy Tim had no clue what he was doing, and made my small issue an actual problem. Not only did he treat me like an idiot for something he did, I was ignored for weeks. I had emailed, online messaged and called the dealership 2-3 per weeks for over 6 weeks until someone finally called me back. It took another 3 weeks before I actually got the issue fixed. The only person who stepped up after I had been persistent for so long was Leon in service, he was very communicative and treated me like an actual person but what a nightmare until that point. Maybe take your $$ elsewhere. They also pay for their reviews, so take the good ones with a grain of salt

My wife and myself are first time car buyers along with our two babies. We had an idea of what we wanted but we re unfamiliar with the options and process. Joey knight was very knowledgeable and patient with us. The entire team was very friendly. I m happy we came here and found our Family car.

I purchased a 2018 vehicle a couple weeks ago. It was sold to me as a one owner vehicle with all functions working properly. A few days after owning it, it was cold so I went to turn on the heated steering wheel. It didn t work. I reached out to the dealership to get it fixed. They told me that I didn t purchase the extra warranty they offer so they won t fix it. They sold me a car with a defect and refuse to take responsibility. If it was something that worked when the car was sold to me, that would be one thing. But selling a car that has things that don t work and not stating it and then refusing to fix it, that is shady business. The managers refuse to call me back and my salesperson is basically saying I m out of luck. Spokane is too small to be doing this kind of business. I will be buying my cars elsewhere from now on and letting people know about my experience.

The sales person was very helpful in securing the vehicle of my choice and did a wonderful job of negotiating with management to get the vehicle priced within my range. I was very happy with the results of the purchase and will return my business in the future . I have already recommended this dealership to a couple of friends for their vehicle needs .

The service manager went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive. He even offered to come pick up my vehicle and return it which was so unexpected but very much appreciated. It is clear that customer satisfaction is important to this service center. We were waiting on a part to complete the service and it came in so he made sure to get my car in ASAP. I'm grateful I will feel safe to drive my car again.

The entire sales process went very smoothly. Both Tanner and Mary were great, will definitely be first place I look when I'm in the market again for a car. This is the vehicle I've purchased through Tanner this year and my parents purchased a vehicle from him as well. Buying a car can be extremely stressful however Tanner has a great disposition, Tanner is upfront and honest and makes the entire process comforting.

DO NOT buy a warranty from these guys. When I initially bought the car they roped me into getting a warranty and I said yes because they told me I d be able to cancel at any time. I ve been trying to sell my car and wanted to cancel the warranty since I ve never used it and it was $8,000, but every time I call the office to cancel they hang up on me or not return my call. The other day I spoke to Jason, when I asked if I could speak to someone who deals with the warranties he responded with why? and I said I just want to speak to someone, I haven t been able to get ahold of the department and he rudely said are you gonna answer the question?! Then when I asked to speak with the manager he said ummm no we re too busy right now . They are making it impossible to cancel and it s very frustrating and not what I was told. I understand that s how they make their money but you should not tell someone false information!

My rear view mirror fell off my windshield in my VW. I scheduled a service with this dealership to re-attach the mirror. They quoted me $235 (basically same price to replace a windshield with Safelite). I arrived and waited 2 hours for them to tell me they didn t have the correct adhesive and they couldn t fix it. The dealership didn t offer any compensation for lost time; however, after I explained my discontent, they offered to wash the car off (nothing on the inside). I drove the car not 30 feet to the collision repair shop adjacent, where they not only had the adhesive, but did it for free.Their timeliness to tell me they didn t have adhesive, quoted price, and lack of initiative to rectify the situation has earned them 2 stars. This is 2 stars, rather than 1, because they at least offered to wash the outside of the car after haggling with the representative.

Do not consider Autonation for your car purchase. I was completely misled about the features of the car I bought. The car was supposedly "brand new" but still had wrapping on it. There was residue all over the car, indicating it was not properly cleaned. The windows were faulty and they suggested ripping apart the door panel to fix them. The middle dash had numerous glitches, requiring multiple visits to the service center for a brand new car. I never encountered such issues with vehicles from other companies. Removing the previous loan from my credit took longer than expected, with the credit bureau failing to report for over 2 months. I had to dispute it with the bureaus to have it corrected. They also insisted on charging me for a mandatory hard coating on the car, which is not true and misleading. Avoid Autonation at all costs. Choose any other dealership over Autonation.

I have never had a car buying experience where I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off or pushed into something I didn't want, until working with Travis. He went out of his way to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, including showing me non-VW cars. He made AutoNation an easy one stop shop for every car I wanted to compare. He was honest and rather than exaggerating or making up information, he admitted when he wasn't the expert, then either looked it up or found an expert. It changed the way I look at buying cars.

Awesome place. The staff are really friendly and are very knowledgeable and understanding of your wants and needs. I unfortunately wasn't able to buy from them right now. However, when I get ready to buy a new vehicle, I'm definitely going to Autonation. Plus, they have a payment breakdown of how much you will pay per month based on how much you put down. They also only charge you msrp or lower until the dealerships in Idaho charge msrp or higher. So if you want a good deal on a new or used vehicle, hit up Autonation in Spokane Valley

Kristen is a good friend and her quality of service is 10/10! I also appreciate Megan being both quick and efficient with paperwork so we could try to be in and out ASAP. The VW experience is much better than our AutoNation Toyota experience last year.

We went in for a 2024 Atlas! Gezz was our salesman. He told me from the beginning he was going to do everything he could to earn our business, and he did! We are obsessed with our new car, and overall had a great buying experience! Would recommend Gezz to anyone buying a car!

My girlfriend and I were on the hunt for a new vehicle. Our original #1 pick was a brand new Toyota Highlander. While waiting for one to be ready to drive down the street, we stopped in at Volkswagen to check out their options. We had the absolute best service possible. Got in and out with a brand new 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan off the showroom floor! When a salesman tells you their number one priority is customer service with or without a sale it s very reassuring. Brandon was exceptional, very knowledgeable, and even stayed late to help us out. John was great at explaining the process of purchasing and was direct and to the point. Isaiah was quick and polite with the financing, went the extra mile to ensure we got the lowest possible rate. This whole crew was spectacular and the store was in immaculate condition. Great job guys, AutoNation should be more than thrilled to have you guys working with one another.

I did not have a good experience at this place! They had my car for a month and never called me to let me know what was going on. I had to come in once a week personally to ask for an update. They never even seemed like they really knew what was going on or really cared! The advisor Tim told me multiple times my car would be ready that day and it never was! It wasn t until I had to ask to speak to the manager that I finally got my car back! Awful experience and customer service

When buying my car this dealership went above and beyond to make sure that I was well educated and happy with my choice. Travis went over every detail of the car and wanted to help my get exactly what I wanted. I left feeling like i knew exactly what had just happened. They have kept in contact with me afterwards as well. Great service. I'm happy to work with the them for the remainder of my car's future.

Car was towed in on a wednesday to repair "turn over, no start" with many, many dash lights on.. Scheduled an appointment for Thurs 7am. But that "appointment" wasn't really an appointment. just to register the car in their system.. car was there and didn't get looked at til Monday. Advisor texted me with wrong car info. Then told me that it wasnt getting fuel.. replaced fuel filter and cleared fuel lines. Changed oil as requested. Car started and droveDid not get car back for 1 week and was billed over 530$ for a fuel filter and oil change...couple weeks later the car returned to shop when airbag error and steering controls wouldn't work. The tech stayed late to fix it so my 19 yr old wasn't stranded without a car again. and it was fully covered by vw extended clockspring warranty.

Absolutely, unequivocally, with zero hesitation, would not recommend to anyone having service done here.During the 9 MONTH wait for parts, I tried getting answers from at least 3 different service managers over that time period in regards to how long they would have my vehicle before making the repairs. Every time I called, the excuse was different, and I felt they were taking advantage of me.In addition to having an inexcusably long wait for a part, my vehicle was also broken into, with a window being smashed out and property stolen from within. With all of this considered, VW Autonation took no responsibility, nor made any effort to rectify the situation.The last service manager I dealt with was professional, but initially had no idea that my vehicle had even been damaged while under their care. The failure in communication between the dealership and their clientele is atrocious.

Really friendly staff.Tyson was awesome, he give us multiple options on trims for the VW Atlas which it was really convenient for us. We end up getting the 2024 Atlas cross sport and we re loving this car. Thanks to Tyson for finding this car and a great deal for us!
