Excellent customer service. I was treated very well. Quick and easy to check in my vehicle. Great information on other service needed as I had requested. Everything with smooth as silk. I appreciate the professional way everything was handled. I waited for my vehicle in the very nice waiting center. I was able to hook my laptop to power and was busy doing my work as they did their work. Except for not washing my car, I was very, very satisfied.

I bought my truck here back in 2021, and since then, Toyota has made an appoint to notify me of service, and keep my truck working in top shape. The most recent visit with Tim and Jaimie proved Toyota is willing to make sure your service experience is the least stressful as possible. Thank you everyone at Toyota for caring about my vehicle.

I appreciate the work the Service Advisors and mechanics do, but I think 4 hours is extremely excessive for an oil change, tires and alignment. Got a decent deal on tires though. It was also recommended that I have them do a fuel cleaning service, which is also expensive, when they could have suggested the appropriate additive for me to run through the fuel system myself. I skipped on the fuel service.

Super happy with the service department! I was greeted right when I pulled in, & directed to my service advisor Matthew. The check in was quick, & the wait was short. I received information & check ins during the visit, & follow up after. Very professional & efficient. Thumbs up!

I was having them look at a vehicle I was looking at purchasing from another party as the vehicle was in Spokane and I was in Sacramento. I told them when I booked the appointment, and called the day of explaining As the seller had a clear (and fully previously explained to the service center) vested fiscal interest in the vehicle having a clean bill of health communicated to me, I had requested multiple times as I would be the one paying that they should not communicate with the seller but rather send me a copy of the results. Naturally the day that the appointment took place I was traveling and you can imagine my dismay when landing I received multiple videos of a tie rod with no audio narration explaining why it had been sent, and then found out that they had not only given the results to the seller when he paid, they didn't even keep a photocopy of the only handwritten inspection report of the vehicle for which I had paid. Nothing was sent to me electronically except a video that made no sense, so I had to trust that the seller had not in any way doctored the document, which I never actually saw the original of and which this dealership / service center didn't keep a copy of, which boggles my mind, much less the fact that I had requested the same twice prior to the service being performed. At this point I've bought the vehicle and can only hope that the seller didn't doctor or simply send me something he had created himself because AutoNation Spokane keeps no digital records Of a pre purchase inspection report, which is insane to me.

First time having my car serviced. I was told it would take 1 hour to 1.5 hours which is what I expected. It only took 45 minutes. They got me in and out quickly. They also explained how the Toyota care worked which was helpful to me as this is my first car with them. Definitely will be returning!

Went for a oil change and fix my back hatch had to resedual a couple times due to it taking longer than I was told. Living 2 hrs. Away this doesn't work unless it's planned. They did a good job. Loved the courtesy shuttle drive. He was the best employee I encountered that day.

I was very happy with everyone I dealt with at autonation toyota from my salesman Jim Brown to the sales manager to the finance department. I was treated with respect and never during the process of purchasing a 4runner did I feel that autonation wasn t working there hardest to make the deal for me. Great experience from start to finish

I went there for a rotor and break job. They had advertised that it was 299. Before I went, I called and ask what all was included because I knew I needed rotors. They informed me that it was breaks and rotors. I talked with the guy in the front on how that was a great deal because another shop down the road quoted 375. Well they called and said it needed new rotors and that was an extra 150. When I went to pick up the car, the service guy gave me the total and kept saying is that okay? I said no! Not at all, but you already did the work so I don t have any options. You screwed Mr out of $150 because the total price was $150 MORE that the quoted $375 from the other place. He kept trying to explain that I saved $70 with his coupon. I said no, I didn t because I would have saved $150 if I took it to the other shop. They get you in door with a nice price, but jack it up fast.

The 50,000 mile service appointment for my 2019 Tacoma was accomplished. My service advisor (Jamie) had previously prepared me for this extensive service that is highly recommended. So no surprises were encountered when the time for this service was required. She even introduced me to my specific service technician who went over the details of my service in person.

While I bought my vehicle at another dealership out of state it s been great to work with the team here for my basic maintenance and most recently a recall I needed to handle. Matt has helped me several times and is great but thankfully so are most of the team there.

Autonation Toyota's thorough inspection of my car found critical issues and kept me well informed throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions and explained everything in depth. The service was quicker than I expected and my car is running great now. I recommend them to everyone looking for a great team to care for their vehicle.

Oil change service was good. I made sure to ask the to give me old O-rings and copper washer from the oil filter and housing. Which they did and i'm sure found weird But i do that for 2 reasons, to make sure they actually changed them and i like to see the deterioration of the rings and compare. One was missing so i'm not sure if they changed that one or maybe they don't change that specific one. Overall a good experience and I will be definitely be coming back for them to work on my 2011 Tundra. But next time i want both oil rings and copper washer replaced

Was fine. They were nice and helpful and my car still ran afterwards so that's a plus. My pockets may hurt a little after so I wish they was cheaper but other than that all good.

A check engine light came on and I called and was given an appointment to diagnose the problem in a timely manner. The repair was also completed in a timely manner and the service person was very courteous and helpful. I will continue to bring all service needs to Auto Nation Toyota

My 60,000 mile service was preformed last week on my Toyota Highlander. Service personal explained what needed to be doneand since it would take a few hours they they took me home and picked me up when the work was done. They did a great job.

There is a known software malfunction that Toyota is aware of, in turn, depleting the battery in the RAV4 Hybrid. Battery has been replaced, at my expense, and the software malfunction is not fixed because that would also be at my expense. Toyota is aware of said software malfunction that is depleting the battery for something that is not covered and they choose to not notify you on this until you show up, at your own expense for a tow to the dealership because the expensive extended warranty they sold you doesn t actually pay for anything, I see this as a terrible business practice on behalf of Toyota. No one should have to pay out of pocket for a software malfunction, that Toyota owns, that is harmful to other parts of the vehicle that are not covered under warranty. I sold my Toyota 24 hours after receiving it back from the shop with the new battery, that I paid for out of pocket. I did not pay for the software update. Do right by your customers and they will return happy. I will never own another Toyota and the service department at the AutoNation Toyota dealership in Spokane Valley is atrocious.

We bought our Dodge Durango Citadel from Auto Nation Toyota over a year ago and though all we've needed has been iol and filter changes, we've had excellent service and a comfortable waiting area while they service the Durango. Friendly staff an easy to set up a service.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and was pressured to buy new tires and replace my brake fluid that was not needed. Very disappointed in how I was treated. I felt like it was bait and switch and get as much money out of a widow!!!
